This Game Scams You!!! BEWARE!!!
This game took $49 from me when I purchased 90K diamonds. I’ve been playing this game for years but, it’s been acting up lately. I was unable to launch it for days but finally got in a couple days ago. I purchased more diamonds to complete a challenge and the game said the purchase was unsuccessful. Right after I got a notification from my bank that the purchase went through to Xsolla. I checked my diamonds and the balance doesn’t reflect the purchase. I contacted their help chat and got the run around. They told me to check back in 24 hours. I told them I’ve never had to wait a day to see my purchases and I’m was in the middle of a challenge and needed the diamonds to complete it. Then they told me to pull up an email receipt. I told them I don’t receive emails on purchases anymore. I have received an email since March. I sent them screenshots of everything. Then they tell me to login into Xsolla to see my purchase history. I did that and there is no purchase history there at all. Again, I’ve played this game for years and have spent money on this app. No record of it in that website. Can someone help me?! I’ve lost $49 and have nothing to show for it. That is bad business.
My game won’t open
I can not open my game and have zero reason or response from Design Home. They’ve established a good membership but don’t care to respond to one lone account who can’t log on. Very crummy customer service and I literally spend $100 or more a month on the game. Really poor customer service.
Mini game keeps crashing
The mini game series keeps crashing & it takes away your life. Annoying & takes forever to be resolved so the event is over by the time support gets back to you.

Won’t open anymore!
I’ve played this game for years & now it won’t open past the opening page at the “arranging” part. I’ve rebooted my iPad, deleted and redownloaded the app & nothing works! So frustrating!
Game won’t load
I love this game I play everyday but this is ridiculous. It’s been DAYS. Most developers would have this fixed by now. Especially with how much everything costs in game 🤦🏽♀️
Disappointed
I have not been able to get on the app to play in weeks. Error? Bugs? I never finishes the introduction load when opening the app.
Will not work on I pad
Game has not worked with my iPad for a week. The status bar loads to half way and stops. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it still won’t work. Need a fix for IPad users. Can’t even get in contact with anyone.

Game WONT Open
Ever since the update, the game won’t open! I’ve tried deleting and re-installing a few times and it still won’t open.

So disappointing that EA’s ruined another game! They keep giving us the same decor pieces, just in a new color, and everything is way overpriced now. I used to get so excited for fresh new items, now it just feels like lazy design and designers. The match game to earn money/diamonds is pretty pathetic too. And don’t get me started on the scoring-sometimes I’ll design something really cute and cohesive get a “meh” score, then see the “top” rooms and think… who is voting for these? It’s like a colorblind toddler got loose in the game! I really miss the fun, innovative, relaxing, low-stress, and affordable original version. So disappointed!
Not Working
Haven’t been able to open the app for three days. I tried reinstalling it. It starts to open, and then just sits and lags about halfway through. Disappointed.
Love this game but....
This was one of my favorite games! Spent lots of real freaking money on it and now it won’t load. Thought maybe like my other games I could delete and reinstall, but still nothing so now I’ve lost everything! I had over 55,000 gems! How very upsetting!

I’ve been using this game for years never had this problem, comma the game does not wanna load. I deleted it. I put it back on three times and it doesn’t wanna come on. It just shows me the the beginning starts loading and it stays stuck. It doesn’t finish. I’m sad because I’ve been on here in many years.

I definitely started enjoying the game and have been using the game for about two weeks now however now when I loaded it won’t load. I’ve deleted the game and re-downloaded it back and it’s still just buffering or something not too sure what it is definitely would’ve gave more stars if I can continue playing, but obviously I cannot.

Love it but it stopped working
I absolutely love this game and have played it for years. I love the variety of places you get to design. However, it suddenly stopped working yesterday. I can’t get it to load at all. All my other apps are working but this one so it isn’t my device or connection. I am missing out on my daily bonuses and I was hoping to win a competition I was in but now I can’t even get into the app. Very upset. I hope they fix this soon!
Disappointed
I was enjoying the app and even made a purchase. However, once I made the purchase, I couldn't get back into the app. Redownloaded, and troubleshooting proved unsuccessful. I will not recommend this app.
Crashing
I have spent money on this game and have enjoyed it, yet it keeps crashing and won’t load. I have done numerous reboots and reloads (which worked the first time) but no longer. THIS IS A WARNING.
Won't open
I've been playing consecutively for a few days, all of a sudden every time I open the app I'm in a never ending loading screen. I've redownloaded the app I few times and reset my iPad even.
So Many Errors!
In the ‘Cozy Into Comfort’ design challenge the app challenge creators have included a layered rug as a mandatory item. When clicking on the layered rug icon, the results filter indicated “Sorry, no items meet your filter requirement.” Because of this error, I cannot complete the challenge! I have seen so many errors in the challenges since ownership of this app has changed. You want end users to pay-to-play, yet the standards of the game have decreased significantly. And you censor reviews when information re: the new owners is referenced. Do better!!!

THIS GAME IS Terrible. Do not download this game. I hate the fact that you have to buy the furniture because it’s because when you run out of diamonds, you can’t get any more diamonds. It’s just stupid second of all for some reason it’s not letting me go over level 200. And as a personal interior designer myself, this game is terrible. Do not download.

MANY timesI go to the offers for diamonds, they do not work! It is incredibly annoying. I click around on the site probably 5, 10 15, 25 times - it doesn’t matter! Most of the times, they don’t work. And I’m sick of hearing about how it’s tapjoy’s fault. This is your game and you should straighten it out. It’s really annoying!
ALSO you keep putting me back to day one or day two when I’m claiming my daily awards and I have definitely been going every single day! What can you do about that?

Who gonna tell them tariffs don’t apply to online furniture and decor that doesn’t actually exist????
Make stuff cheaper and give me back the daily 500 (or more) diamonds and I’ll give your stars back. Now who has to pay a tariff. 🤣
Edited 6-3-17 Needs to have options to buy accessories (plants, art, table decor) other than needing diamonds! Lots of rooms receiving lower scores due to lack of diamonds. This doesn't encourage us to buy with real money, it discourages use of the app.
I absolutely love this game, but there are some things that need improvements before I lose interest.
* faster ways to earn cash and diamonds (I read that you receive 500 diamonds daily, I do not)
* items need to be less expensive; it takes too long to build an inventory
* different voting criteria; I have also done rooms/followed criteria that should have been higher score but scored low
* rugs and sofas priced too high in comparison to challenges available for those just starting.
I really think you'd keep interest and still "encourage" people to make real cash purchases if you make those adjustments.

Why are you forcing people to play a different game. Had I wanted to play that game I would have downloaded it. Otherwise, 4.5 stars.
Rewards
Ridiculous expensive items!! Very very small daily rewards!!! If you fail to sign on at correct (based on their rules which have never been told) time you just don’t receive the extremely low reward of 500 diamonds a day. Ironically I have played this game for 6 years and the daily diamonds reward have not increased. However, the merchandise has increased exponentially.

Unauthorized charges
Yesterday I was charged, without authorization, 14.06 and 11.90. This happens about once a month. Sometimes every other…it’s sporadic but occurs regularly. Love the game but not being stolen from without recourse. This time they’ve lost a player.
Stupid Change
I don't want to play a stupid matching game. I want to design like I have for years. They have ruined this app with the stupid match game obliterating everything else. Gane designers: are you that stupid??? If I wanted a matching game, I'd get one. This is supposed to be a designing app. It isn't any more. It's just a stupid match game.
This used to be my go to . . .
However, since I met Rohit, I have had glitch after glitch. Our relationship is antagonistic. He has not helped, and has flat out accused me of not complying and he cannot help me if I don’t comply! His words! Granted, when someone is not listening to what I’m saying and they are supposed to help me through the issues I’m having, I can be quite Salty! I have flat out advised to just give me my scores/results and I will delete this game as his assistance is not forthcoming nor is it helpful and I do not appreciate the fact that he denies that I have sent him over 20 printscreens! But I can clearly see those printscreens on my side of our many conversations! THAT IN ITSELF IS AN ISSUE SO I DONT KNOW WHAT IM GOING TO DO. I cannot play the game if I do not have access to the diamonds. If I cannot get money to play the game how do I compete! And I have noticed that the designs that are available to me I need ten thousand dollars for a couch! Honestly, I’m upset that although I have been trying to work with Mr Rohit, I get the impression he would like me to go away! So I’m asking you what started out as a 50 diamond error several weeks ago is now full fledged “I CANNOT PLAY”. So I’ll take my money and delete. Thank you so much for listening.
Too diamond-driven and expensive to be fun anymore
I've enjoyed designing for a few years and was excited about the addition of pets, curtains, wall paper, etc., until realizing the majority (and best options) are only available via diamonds and diamonds have become more and more time-consuming to achieve or way to expensive to buy. It's taken all the joy out of it, so I rarely open the app any more. Such a shame!
So disappointed
I’ve been playing this game for eight years and I chose it over other design games because there were no puzzle games that had to be unlocked in order to design rooms. I opened the game this morning to puzzle games. I’m so disappointed. I’m an adult that wants to design rooms. I’m not some Child that wants to play puzzle games. It’s impossible to play this game without purchasing diamonds. It didn’t used to be like this. Customer Service is of no help. They’re now repeating prizes. They’re behind in the levels. There’s too much going on and not enough being fixed.
Can I even start this game
When I tap on this game and play it I can’t even start the game it won’t even let me get in the Internet is connected I don’t get why it’s not working so I’m trying to figure out how to do that. I have tried for six months and it’s still not working if they don’t fix this I’m going to delete this app game it’s not a good game
New update with neutral rooms sucks

UPDATE: The bar carts still show up as a required item, albeit less frequently, so they did listen a little bit. I’ve dropped down to doing only the daily, and I’ve noticed how much my scores dropped (even though my style has not changed a bit). I used to get all high 4s and lots of 5s, and now many of my designs are getting in the 3s. Perhaps it’s retaliation for the review?

Game not working
This game glitches so often! I’ve put money into this game and it’s so frustrating that it won’t work. It gets stuck on the loading screen and won’t even bypass it. You can’t report it on the app because it won’t even LOAD the app! Annoying
No longer loads
Have loved this game for several years but it’s been glitchy this week and now it won’t even load/open so that I can play. It’s updated, as is my phone but I see I’m not the only one having issues. Hopefully they can fix it soon!

1.lots of variety
This app has a lot of variety with it’s paintings and it’s beautiful couches and chairs and etc. 😁 sure, there are some dull items, but you need them for the themes of some rooms.
2. Realistic
This app has realistic paintings, items, hanging things. Wherever you go with this app, it’s very realistic.
3. Voting key system
If you don’t know what im talking about because you haven’t played yet, im talking about a thing called keys. Now, you need keys to submit your level. You get keys by voting. I think this is a very creative idea. 😊

1. Pay to play
It’s really hard to complete events when your short on money, because events have these things called requirements. They tell you specific styles or what items to put the styles on, or color, etc. You have to buy furniture with in game money (dollors and gems)
to progress. If your short on money, then it gets really difficult to find events with tame requirements.

When looking for events, try to do the ones with no requirements first. You can usually tell because these events have 300 dollars as the reward, and they give you some money to buy stuff

Lost money
I purchased the monthly pass as I always do and this time my diamonds didn’t reflect in my acct. I wrote in through the app for support they have yet to respond. I will not continue playing this game if they are just taking money
