Very buggy with shocking review score
I still cannot believe this app has a 4.7 start rating. Itself is an extremely buggy app. The app does not load or work half of the time. And the most frustrating thing is that there’re no apparent reasons!!! You are totally at this app’s mercy! Overall, a very poorly developed app.

The app is powerful but they won’t allow you to register or search anything unless you had a mainland ID # and a cellphone associate with it.
I had a US cellphone number and the app won’t allow me to register. It becomes ridiculous that I spend an hour trying to register the app and an hour with their customer support but at the end it goes no where.
If DIANPING wants to be so vicious to foreigners so be it.

Not usable
Not usable without registration. The registration process is impossible; the app doesn’t accept the SMS verification code and instead tells me to… use the app to verify. I am using the app!
Trash app for non Chinese phone number
This app is completely useless because there is a bug that prevents non Chinese phone number from registering for a new account. After you get your verification code, the app just dies and there’s no way to go past the verification process. Very disappointed for this.
