Force Closing

I used to love this game but for some reason it keeps crashing. It used to be fun playing this game now it’s just irritating.
Horrible scam game
I used to absolutely love this game, but I don’t know what the creators have done but it crashes literally- I counted -20 times within 30 minutes of gameplay every single time, which is wildly unacceptable. the creators do not respond to any support outreach other than giving general restart the game ineffective instructions that don’t help. I obviously restart the game because you have to after a crash and when you restart the game a lot of time you lose the points that you were in the middle of when it crashed and you and it resets what you were bidding at so that you spend way way more dice rolls than you ever would have. It has become a horrible, horrible waste of time and money. I’ve spent a lot of money on in app purchases and noticed the dice rolls reward way less than they used to to make you spend even more money.
Too many glitches
The game is pretty fun however the amount of times that it closes out on me is ridiculous. I previously uninstalled it last year and reinstalled today. As I’m playing, I realized why I uninstalled it!
Glitch
For the past week the app kept booting me out every couple rolls and I’ve lost 2.6k in paid rolls and 900 free rolls that I won during task…. Every time It glitches and boots me out I lose w/e rolls that were in progress only to reopen the app to no rolls and 0 progress…..There hasn’t been an update in months…. Game fell off badly STAY AWAY!!!
Constantly crashes
App is unusable at this point. Constantly crashes on opening on my 17 pro max. Too bad as it used to be a fun game.

Customer service poor
Game has errors customer service is slow and doesn’t do anything about it. It will literally take days, I’m still working on a resolution but will likely delete as I don’t need to stress about it.

Game won’t stop malfunctioning every time I go in, changing my dice count.
Failing & sinking fast!!!
Used to be able to advance in game now it’s just glitches, crashes & no fulfillment of rewards won, which is especially frustrating if you’ve spent your hard earned money on it!! Support doesn’t respond in a timely manner, doesn’t reward you prizes won, even with verifiable proof, instead giving woefully inadequate “compensation” compared to actual rewards if they respond at all. Time to yeet this game in favor of an honest company.
Glitches
For some reason when I’m winning I get glitches and I haven’t gotten my reward because of this a have a lot of pending rewards I haven’t received

I don’t know if anybody else has experienced issues with contacting support on the app but, horrible customer service. Nobody will answer me or help me troubleshoot my issues.
Rip Off
I have been playing this game for about a year and it’s a total waste! It’s always freezing and there’s always an error especially if you’re winning! I have spent a lot of money on this game and it constantly cheats me out of prizes. Definitely deleting this app!
Mindless stupidity & privacy invasion
UPDATE: now they want you to “duel” for damn spins and seem to have eliminated watching ads for spins! Screw that! I don’t want to have to compete against some stranger across the globe! The “Kingdom” can rot. I will literally get my reward from Fetch for this damn game and DELETE IT! | Support is utterly useless. They close discussions without letting you reply. And now the app says it needs updated but there’s no update here! Horrible. Down to 1 Star | what’s really dumb about this game is it making decisions for you. For example the roll multiplier. Even if you have over 200 rolls it will limit your multiplier to 10 instead of 25 bc it wants you to have to play longer. 😒 Stuff like this is why I delete games as soon as they are no longer beneficial to me |Unlike the Domino game from this developer there is literally no thought process to this game. It’s utterly mindless and requires no thought whatsoever. The ‘fight’ part is really stupid. You still get coins 🙄 so it doesn’t matter if you win or lose. What’s really annoying is the popups that they let other players ‘steal’ or ‘raid’ or pushing you to buy something… I couldn’t care less. 🤦🏻♀️Just let me play. Fun while it lasted
The game was fun and entertaining but it keeps crashing. Oddly it crashes when I win 2800 free rolls, another time when I won 20,000 on the map spins, many times during the attack and I end up losing game money.

Robbed of dice count
Had over 2,000 dice rolls and it it ripped me off by dropping me to only six hundred and something rolls left in a matter of two seconds.

This company routinely advertises on the apps that pay you to play their apps, then charge back the earnings so you’ve spent hours playing and watching ads, believed you were getting money, then they claim either an issue with tracking or fraud.

Friends rewards are nonexistent
I sent a link to my daughter so she could join the game and I could get a friend reward. I downloaded from my link onto her device myself. I received no reward and when I contacted the support team they stated that their research showed the download wasn’t originated from my link but a generic download from the App Store. I would have believed them had I not downloaded from her device through my link myself. Decent game play until this happened.

I love the game but I’m getting tired of getting kicked out once every 2-5 minutes. I’m about to delete this game. I’ve played 30 minutes today and it has kicked me out of the game all together between 10-20 times in 30 MIN!
SLOW LAG AND GLITCHING
I downloaded this from the FreeCash App and once I got to the 100’s levels it just keep glitching and trying to load.

I buy in app packages and the glitching right when I earn a chest or things to level up the app freezes and I lose it completely and never get my rewards.
Please fix the bugs! And maybe a refund for my last 5 purchases?!

Too many bugs
The game freezes too often causing problems loading and in the middle of plays
No credit for friends joining
I had my husband join through my text message link and never got credit for it. I emailed and they said I won’t get credit because he didn’t click my link. He DID or he would not even known which game to download so be so for real. Anyways I sent screenshots proving I had even sent him invites in messenger for him to join and they refuse any credit at all. That’s ridiculous for them to be acting like that and I’ve even put real money in to the game and they treat people that are inviting their friends and family that way

In order to really get anywhere in this game you have to spend an insane amount of money. You need more opportunities to earn significant rolls (not 50 here and there). There are too many pop-ups. It’s annoying. And stop asking for money for every little thing. I’d rather watch an ad.

Too many Ads for in app purchases
Honestly I thought the game was cool. However this game is no longer enjoyable, after every roll I get like 5 pop ups to make an in app purchase for coins etc. it’s seriously annoying and impacts the experience. Its every roll and after every mini game.. I can’t even play it anymore and I’d rather close out of the game.
Support sucks
Was obsessed with this game even spent money on it which is something I never do on app games however when I did the add a friend feature it didn’t work even though we followed all the rules for it to work. Contacted support to get it resolved and all they told me was that it was done wrong. When I asked for clarification since I did all the steps they never answered me. I hate when apps try and trick you and when support won’t admit they made a mistake and resolve it or even compensate you. Sad I had to uninstall.
Pornographic ads
Beware. There are ads after every game level. And I have gotten 2 very explicit sexual ads. I emailed the game and never heard back. I emailed again and said I was deleting game and leaving a 1 star review.
Didn’t get my reward
I like this game but this is the second time I have won 1st place in the tournament and not getting my reward after waking up in the middle of the night and playing for two hours. I will be unloading this game cause atp it’s rage bait. I’m tired of not getting my rewards

I really like playing this game when I’m actually able to. It crashes so frequently that I can’t even play it at all. It’s ridiculous that so many people have complained about this for some time now, but it hasn’t been fixed.

I downloaded the game and it’s soooo boring because everything takes forever, for example when your attacking somebody’s board it takes so much time
Not user friendly
I have to resort to writing a review when I try to get Support help all it is is animated. I can’t really talk to anybody. All you do is have pre-reset issues and it’s not any of the issues that I have. For seven months now I have not been able to get 10 Dice added to my account for sharing with Facebook. I have asked you guys repeatedly to help me and nobody responds now I have to go to an outside source to review your app I would appreciate some feedback and some help. Hopefully somebody is willing to help.

Constantly crashes
I have been playing this game for a really long time and have spent a good amount of money on it the game is fun but it constantly crashes if I play it for five minutes it will crash I’m not sure what’s going on when I first started playing it never happened but lately it crashes EVERY time I play
Quits all the time
I love playing the game but over the last month or so it constantly quits and I have to start over. I have a strong signal so that is not the problem. I may have to stop playing until this is fixed. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

I love this game. For the last 3 years I’ve had 3 games that I play right when I wake up waiting on my meds and coffee to kick in and this was my 2nd top favorite one. But for the last year or so it’s been crashing out constantly and I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall that didn’t work. I even tried uninstalling it on my iPhone 12 and playing it on my iPhone SE and that didn’t help. It’s got to be something on their end. I’ve emailed support only for them to tell me it’s something on my end. So now I only play it every once in a while. I can tell when it’s about to crash. Anytime I click on any of the sub games in the app it’s like it too much for the phone or app to load it so it just shuts down! I’m frustrated

Fun but unfair
I like the game, but I noticed the game is rigged. They give you just enough to keep you coming back then boom nothing. Or buy this to get that. I’ve noticed the game is just a money grab. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game because of it. And I’ll admit I’ve fallen victim to purchasing things in the game just to complete a mission. They won’t get another cent from me.

I didn’t mind the game so much it was pretty fun, but when I started randomly trying to charge me a dollar and keeps charging me for something that did not pay for is not a good game please quit charging me. I didn’t buy anything from you. I just wanna play the game so I gave you two stars because of the ridiculousness of constantly trying to charge my credit card through Apple.
