Had several issue with the app. It would allow me to select my address for shipping. Had to wait 5 mins then the button became live and allowed me to move forward.

I am intent on deleting app after less than a month. My primary complaint is post-purchase data access - nonexistent. Tracking purchases leads back to app which provides an error page repeatedly. Dick’s fails to include FedEx tracking number for all items in email confirmation if single purchase results in multiple mailings leaving consumer with defective app unable to track all items in a purchase. Going back to REI exclusively.
Still haven’t gotten my 4 pair of shoes from this app
⭐️I ordered bought 4 pair of shoes from this app and I only gotten received 1 email from them about my shoes was on the way still haven’t gotten any emails from them since that one and still haven’t gotten my shoes that I bought back in February lesson taught never ever again

Shopping Cart Timing
An item disappeared from my cart as I continued to shop for other items. Why did this happen? No time is left to shop for other items if items can be taken from your cart so others can buy it.

You have to buy something to add your debit or credit card which is forcing you to buy something so in my case you can’t sign up for a Kobe release call customer support all she says is sorry nothing she can do

Search and Browse Functions Never Work
Browsing or searching the product catalog doesn’t work 95% of the time. Results never load. I have restarted app, re-downloaded app, and tried on iPhone 13 Pro and 17 Pro. I would love to use this app and when it works it’s great but can’t get it to work. Please fix this, this bug has been around for months at this point.

Problem after problem
Nothing but issues with Dicks this year. Make online orders and spend plenty of money to get my items shipped for free. Last order was 181 dollars and I was still charged for shipping. Then they canceled my order but didn’t refund me the shipping amount. Called customer service for them to reorder and make sure I was not charged shipping. Instead of taking shipping off she took off 8 dollars even though shipping was 8.99. Items ended up being too small and they wouldn’t give me my money back because they said I used a promotion. They really know how to screw you.
