客服就是垃圾
我小孩在中国打车 过路费自己现金交的， 结果司机再系统上又扣了一笔， 找客服， 全部是自动选项 根本没有人工处理， 而自动选项有没有这一项， 整个系统就像一个庞大而又漏洞百出的的机器在吸血 My kid was taking a ride-hailing car in China and paid the toll fee in cash. But then the driver charged it again through the app. I tried to contact customer service, but it was all automated options with no human support at all-and that scenario wasn’t even one of the options. The whole system is like a huge, leaky machine sucking money out of people.

定位问题
这个滴滴的定位不准，用着也卡，非常糟糕的app
收取的费用不提供对应的发票
打车从首都机场会天津。平台多收了60元高速费和30元停车费，但是不提供对应的发票。这个让人很疑惑。既然平台能收费就应该提供对应的发票，如果提供不了就不该收费。不然就是平台乱收费，或者偷税漏税。
优惠与实际不符
本来打车去程用的其他软件只要36，在搭车的过程中收到短信有个优惠10元的券，就下载了APP，返程用的滴滴APP，结果算上优惠的10元还要42多点，那你就是还收了我你APP打广告的费用，垃圾玩意。卸载了，再次打车我用其他软件
差👎
客服都是什么？等待40分钟没人应答，始终显示排队第一名？遇到紧急事情第一时间客服都联系不到？太差了！

At the airport. Drivers keep arriving then canceling then calling to ask me to pay them directly. Meanwhile I get stuck with cancellation fee.

Dangerous Drivers Even with Babies in Car (including premium drivers)
I live in China and often have to get around. Didi drivers in Wuhan drive insanely recklessly including the premium drivers on the app. Even when you politely ask them to drive safely and point out there’s a baby in the car, many get annoyed / offended (Not all drivers but at least a third.) Tailgating is super common even when in very bad weather. It’s unbelievable that this problem has persisted for so long on didi. The app should be held accountable for their drivers behavior. A few drivers being bad is the drivers problem, but many drivers being terrible is the app and managements problem.

Only getting worse it seems
I’ve been using this app for many years and it’s just getting worse and worse. It used to be so convenient but perhaps the psychotic nationalism is making their customer service and drivers more racist against foreign customers than usual. No one wants to take responsibility for anything here. What a joke.
Absolute garbage app
DO NOT install it! I’ll completely crash your device. I tried three times and every time I tried to open it, my iPhone turned unresponsive. Absolute garbage!

This app is engaging in price gouging and stealing users' photo albums. The displayed price is the price after using a coupon, but the actual payment is the full price without using the coupon, and there is no way to restrict the app from using the pictures in the photo album. 这个app有价格欺诈行为并且偷取用户相册。显示的价格是使用优惠券之后的，但实际要支付全款不能使用优惠券，也没法限制app使用相册里面的图片
用户体验很差
遇到司机问题，用户投诉给平台根本得不到解决，只管收取手续费不注重用户体验
