Driver arrived to the customer with different cars, color and different plate number describe in the app . the driver give hard time to the customer to cancel the ride.
And The Customer was surprised by the company's response of closing his account instead of contacting him by phone when the problem occurred. They didn't even bother to check on him immediately after he reported the issue; instead, they called him the next day and closed his account pending the completion of the investigation. The company's response was far from satisfactory for the customer.

When a product isn’t available for a refund it will show “refund sent to bank card” when I asked the worker about my refunds of 2+ months they told me it was returned in COUPONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT!! Don’t download, just use Uber!!!

I could see someone from Argentina using my email and name for Didi. Crazy you don’t let them verify account! (it happened again after my complaint! Clearly, you don’t care about identity theft!)
Presuntos Robos y mal trabajo
Estoy cansado de estar quejándome y pidiendo reembolsos que nunca llegan. Cada rato el domiciliario se roba los pedidos y siempre son falsas las identidades de los domiciliarios. Los reembolsos supuestamente son en 15 días hábiles y llevo 2 meses esperando y nada. Decepción total, ya me cansé.
Cobran por adelantado y no devuelven el dinero
No descarguen la App. He pedido servicios en los cuales el conductor cancela y ya se ha cobrado el viaje, es decir si te cancelan 3 veces, ya te cobraron 3 viajes diferentes, llevo casi un mes haciendo el trámite de reembolso y hasta ahora solo me han regresado el dinero de un viaje.

En el día de hoy pedí mediante la app una pizza de little caesars y después de 2 horas y 10 minutos esperando y revisando por dónde iba el repartidor asignado(con nombre, apellidos, foto y teléfono)pues me cancelaron en pedido dicen que porque no habían repartidores cerca.(entonces es cuando yo me pregunto: cuando me notificaron que ya el repartidor estaba en camino hacia mi casa me estaban mintiendo???)

No encuentro conductores serca te manda por unas rutas muy largas tardan demasiado en llegar los conductores y si candelas te cobran y siempre que uno se quiere sentar adelante no te dejan o tienen cosas como herramientas o cualquier cosa si pagamos viaje de 4 pasajeros

I was at the Hiroshima station and I went to the Hiroshima Station south underground plaza to order a Didi pickup. The app showed I have a “normal taxi” so I was waiting for my driver to show up. After a long time the driver finally showed up and he complained I was at the wrong pickup spot. I literally took a picture in our message and I couldn’t understand why my location is wrong. The car is a normal taxi and the spot is an underground pickup spot for taxi. This is the first and last time I use Didi.

Se me olvidó algo en mi último viaje, lo reporté e hice todo lo que el soporte me decía, marque al “número de teléfono” del tipo que conducía y era un número que no existía, en fin perdí aprox 100 dólares en ese producto y no hay soporte técnico donde pueda tener una buena respuesta, solo tiempo perdido esperando respuesta

Tome un servicio de moto el conductor manejaba horrible el casco estaba vuelto nada y adicional la moto no tenía la coraza de protección que mandatoriamente todos los arrendadores tiene que tener en el exosto y resulte en mi pierna con quemadura de segundo grado, como es posible que no les obliguen cuando por ley si prestas un servicio tienes que tenerlo

Si tienes prisa no te recomiendo este servicio. Toma más de 20 minutos esperar a un conductor y el costo sube, dejan que cualquiera sea conductor y yo que soy usuaria frecuente de esta clase de servicios he tenido PÉSIMAS experiencias con sus conductores , como mujer busco la seguridad y sus conductores han sido en muchas ocasiones acosadores . Me han robado ( en otras plataformas siento que tienen más control sobre esto ). Además la parte de atención al cliente no es sino una explicación elvaorada de que “no van a hacer ni el más mínimo esfruerzo por resolver tu problema “ . Cuando he tenido inconvenientes tengo que buscar por otros medios por qué el app simplemente no funciona para el usuario ( además de pedir viajes ) . Por lo demás la aplicación funciona bastante bien, GPS precisó , rápida .Repito , el servicio es el problema . No ofrece ni seguridad , ni rapidez , ni un mejor precio

MEDIOCRE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
This app is so bad and mediocre. Customer service isn’t helpful at all! I lost an item in one of my rides in Cartagena Colombia. I’m leaving tomorrow morning and their only answer is that I have to wait 72 hours to get it resolved!! Incredibly mediocre and it’s almost impossible to get and answer from the support team. Save yourself a headache and download another app for rides or taxis. This app SUCKS!!!!
False coupons
This app will routinely tell you that a coupon for 40% is available and then it will not actually let you use the coupon. After you hit apply coupon it says that it does but then when you try to book a ride it makes it impossible for you to select that coupon and it will give you a smaller less money off coupon or give you a fake sounding coupon like oh here’s 10% off if your ride isn’t booked in 60 seconds but then your ride is booked in 60 seconds but the driver doesn’t show up for 10 minutes. This app is a lie from top to bottom.

Unfair treatment
In October 2025 I took a ride from my hotel to the airport in puerto Vallarta I paid cash to the driver and now I have a request for payment which I have tried to dispute but they don’t believe as I don’t have proof of payment, it was cash for gods sake, moral of the story need to take a picture of the driver and the cash as I am payment because they take his word over mine. I will never use this app again. Horrendous customer service

No help from customer service
The app worked (for 2 weeks) until it asked to change payment methods. Then none of them worked. Followed all the directions: made sure phone was updated, deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted all the credit cards, added them back, along with new one. Would not use the card to book the trip, but did charge the tip to the card. Used the chat to try and get help. They suggested just adding cash to the account, not best solution since we are on vacation and limit cash to the markets. Then they said it would take a few days. Well here we are a few days later still trying and customer service was no help. Said we just need to be patient. Then after not being able to fix the problem asked if we could give a positive review. Seriously.
And it won’t even let me delete the account so I can create a new one.

I originally booked the ride with estimated rate 2.400 yen, but ended charged and scammed for 7.700 yen. i will never use didi again.

Customer Compensation or Clever Theft?
They overcharged me $20 for a ride because the driver forgot to end it. To “make up” for their mistake, they gave me coupons equal to the amount I was wrongly billed. But when I used one of those coupons on a ride that cost less than its value, they pocketed the leftover balance instead of crediting it back. What a business model-taking money from customers under the guise of compensation.

I enjoy it but Drivers always take longer than the 2 min it says, sometimes a lot longer, and sometimes they cancel after making you wait 10min. And then you’re late.
DiDi food is often a bad experience. A place will be top rated but ultimately the food will be poor quality and small portions. Not worth it.
