Used to be good

Use to be a 5 star game
I had been playing this game for about 7 years now ( same iPad with only 2gb of RAM) until 10 days ago when they started a New update that your device HAS to have 4 gb of RAM . So now 95% of the time it won’t load and the 5% when it does load after couple of seconds it shuts down. I really liked playing but I’m not going out and BUY a a new iPad to continue! Hope they decide to make some adjustments ,for us iPad users
Update killed my game
The last update, 06/26, killed my game. It will upload until 90% then shut down. I’ve played and supported Diggy’s for 5 years. Disappointed ☹️
Dont bother… waste of time..
I have played this game for years… was one of my absolute favorites…wasted countless dollars purchasing product only to recently find out i will no longer be able to play because their new update requires you have 4 GB RAM…. I have 3…. the game crashes as soon as it opens… Thanks Pixel federation for taking advantage of my time and money…
Crashing Diggy’s
This was my favorite game that I played every day the last update made the game crash every time I tried to play it. I used the support robot and it told me on the last update I will have to have 4 gigs of ram to play. Thank you Pixel for taking away my favorite game. This is a great letdown.
Terrible recent updates to what was great
So frustrating! I refuse to buy a new iPad to play a free game. I have been playing for years, love the quests, challenges and community but the game with its most recent update won’t load on my older iPad. I will not continue to play if this isn’t resolved. So disappointing. (I was willing to overlook the insane recent ads update but no more) This is one of two games I play with any consistency and i thought it would stand the test of time. I do hope this will be resolved
4 GB RAM REQUIRED
Diggy is dead to me. I’m not buying a new device just for the game.
Crashes
I used to love playing this game but for the last month it won’t load anymore. It gets to 91% and crashes. Looks like I’m going to have to delete it. If I try deleting it and downloading again and I lose all my progress, I’ll just delete it for good.

Nothing but a money grab
Total frustration! I loved the game and got to Greece in the game, now it crashes every time I try to play. They told me to reload the game and it started me at the beginning all over again! When I tried to reload my saved version it crashes again and again! This is after I paid for energy and special abilities. I have given up after almost a year playing this game there is zero support!

Game Crashes
Your most recent update is causing constant game crashes. I have submitted repeated notifications to you Support department with no response and no fixes. People have made micro-transactions with your company for the game. Failure to provide the service /product could be viewed as fraud. Fix your game.
Practically unplayable
Since the last update, the game is practically unplayable. The kbs indicates that it now requires 4 mb ram, and my iPad is only 2 years old gen 9 and only has 3. I’ve been playing over 10 years, and now it’s ruined.

So I have been playing Diggy for just over a year and was really enjoying it, the stories, the variety of games, the rewards, BUT,,,,, there was a recent update in April 2026, that requires a lot of RAM, my iPad Air 2020, iOS 26 has 4RAM and it will not load now, keeps crashing upon loads cycle, I have done ALL work arounds to try to be able to keep playing, level 309, nothing works, sent in a support ticket, said they will get right on it, a week later, Crickets! Nothing, no help. So is the answer to have to buy a new device? Or are they working on another update, to try to fix this problem? Because I can tell I am not the only one who can no longer play, check Facebook. I did try playing on the Portal, but that is so difficult I gave up, screen won’t stay locked in full screen mode, can o see how many tiles there are left to find, cannot collect rewards because the screen keeps reverting to a small screen, and so many more issues. Hoping this review is seen by the people that might be able to fix it, as many people do not have the funds to buy a new device, which means less people playing, not watching ads, loss of revenue.
Latest update issues
I have been playing this game for years and love it dearly. You have identified a known issue for devices with less than 4GB of RAM, knowing full well thousands of 9th generation iPad owners will not be able to continue playing with their devices as they only have 3GB. Shame on Pixel Federation for failing to consider and support these players when developing this latest version. I had no option but to install this update and have not been able to play since due to constant game crashes and incomplete screens. Not everyone can afford to replace their iPad that works perfectly fine with other games as well as previous versions of Diggy. Please fix this!
No longer runs on 9th Gen iPads
Was a great game that was relaxing to play until they upped the memory requirements to 4GB of RAM making the game no longer run on 9th generation iPads
Today’s update lacks testing
Today’s forced upgrade loaded, but crashes every time the game loads to 91%. I have repeatedly shut the app down and restarted it for the last 30 minutes. So frustrating…
Not nearly as good as it use to be
I use to play this on my PC and iPad. It was so nice to be able to catch up wherever I was. Even on my phone if it was a dull moment waiting somewhere. I played this game for YEARS! All linked no matter what platform I was on.
No idea what happened to my game but I was off line for a while and now zero game. And starting over it’s like a totally different game. And not in a good way. Use to be zero ads. Now even on a PC I’m getting ads. Literally ads for EVERYTHING!
Also there are always way too many stories going on at once I never have time to get anything done. Once I was almost done and it said I still had like 6 days left. The next day… gone. I was at the treasure room and so many blocks were super high energy.

There should be 1 main story line. 1 event that is MONTHLY.. and the pet thing is new to me but I suppose for people that burn through their energy and still have time to play it’s fine.

100% pay-to-play
They let you do some stuff, but you very quickly run into an ⚡️ pay wall. Don’t bother with this one, unless you just want to dump you’re 💸 into something.

Just updated the game in app store, opened game and can’t play. Then uninstalled game and reinstalled game, same nonsense, can’t play game. Message on home screen says close and reopen. STILL NO RESULTS

How do u get the rewards for watching the ads when the only way out is to close the app and lose the time spent playing that stupid water challenge??? Isn’t there some kind of rule that states there has to be a way to close the advertisements after a set amount of time??? This game fails at providing a way out UNLESS you complete the challenge but they can’t even let you do that uninterrupted!!! I’m uninstalling this trap it’s not worth it… no one has time for this endless loop

This game has been fairly fun. But, it won’t open about half the time. Want you to restart game manually. Only thing I can do is restart my phone. But, that doesn’t work. About time to delete.

I really loved this game until it stop working
I was playing this game for a couple of years, progressing nicely. Until one day, I could not load the game at all on my iPad. I deleted the app and reinstalled but was sent back to the beginning of the game. I could handle that as I now knew some tricks and things to look for but now it will not load at all. I am not willing to restart a 3rd time so as much as I like the game it is not worth my time.

Please Help!
I love this game, but I’ve been experiencing a LOT of crashes with it (at least 3 or 4 in less than an hour) for a long time … As of today, it crashes almost immediately every time I try to open it. 😩
LOTS of lag and game crashes recently
I really enjoy the game, but for the last several weeks, I’ve experienced the game shutting down more than usual. However, today, It crashes as soon as it loads so it’s impossible to even play.
Game got boring
Events are wash, rinse and repeat with no breaks in-between and they all require high energy levels or for you to spend real money to finish. For me the game was no longer fun and entertaining but more of a chore to bother continuing quests that you’ve made too hard to finish and rewards that frankly truely suck for the effort you must do. Good luck with this game, maybe one day you’ll actually make it enjoyable again for others or maybe not, will make no difference to me cause I’m done forever
Broken ads freezing game make this ANNOYING to play
I have reported this and get no reply from them. They don’t seem to care that broken ads are RUINING this game for the players. Everything you try to do (change a location, go through a door, whatever) there’s a chance an ad will pop up first. And they have so many broken ads that just freeze the screen and then you sit there waiting only to find you have to restart the game for the millionth time! Not to mention watching ads for energy causes the same thing because they have so many broken ads cycling through. I understand sometimes things go wrong and they need fixed but this has been happening for well over a week and I keep reporting and they do nothing to fix it! There are plenty of games that don’t cost anything and they take care of managing their system to prevent glitches like this. Seems like these folks just don’t care about their players.

I played this game all excited for all of those little puzzles they showed on the Ad but not like that at all. Very upsetting. I felt like it was a trade.
Too many commercials
I have played Diggie for probably a decade now on and off. From the very beginning when there was only Egypt. Then there were NO commercials. Now so many years later, I am repeatedly discouraged by the way the game forces you to watch so many commercials, the commercials are unregulated and out of control, some 30+ seconds or more, and you can’t even click out of them because the X is so tiny, and you must click multiple times to close it. They force commercials on you at room changes, about 50% of the time, and you don’t get anything extra for it nor did you choose it. They put extra and smaller rooms into the game to force you to watch more commercials. Not to mention the pop up’s every time you go to your camp, so the pleas for money are blatant, demanding, and annoying. I stopped playing another Pixel game because the commercials made it unplayable and a waste of time. Diggy’s is heading in that direction fast. Or slow since they have been ramping up the commercials over years now. When I watch a 30 second commercials but can’t quit because the X is too tiny so I have to hard quit and start over, losing my reward, that is the last straw. Sorry greedy devs, this game is not worth it.
