Just updated the game in app store, opened game and can’t play. Then uninstalled game and reinstalled game, same nonsense, can’t play game. Message on home screen says close and reopen. STILL NO RESULTS

How do u get the rewards for watching the ads when the only way out is to close the app and lose the time spent playing that stupid water challenge??? Isn’t there some kind of rule that states there has to be a way to close the advertisements after a set amount of time??? This game fails at providing a way out UNLESS you complete the challenge but they can’t even let you do that uninterrupted!!! I’m uninstalling this trap it’s not worth it… no one has time for this endless loop
Won’t start
This game has been fairly fun. But, it won’t open about half the time. Want you to restart game manually. Only thing I can do is restart my phone. But, that doesn’t work. About time to delete.
Forced timed puzzles
This has forced timed puzzles which I greatly dislike and uninstalled. Not recommended.
Liars won’t give what they advertise!
I loved playing the game and played it daily!!! On the playing screen it was advertised 2x free gems. I purchased gems and they did NOT give me double gems as advertised. I emailed them with screenshots as proof and they still won’t honor their advertisement or give me a refund. I had made it to rank 117. I watch their videos every time I play and have made several purchases. They lost me as a player and I do not recommend them to anyone until they decide to honor what they advertise. I wouldn’t give them 1 star if it didn’t make me.
Good Game but Money Trap
Fun and time consuming game, but once you get to the later levels, you use so much energy in each adventure that you constantly must pay to continue.
Disgusting ads
Why would you have crotches and breasts advertised in underwear advertisements for a game that is rated for 7 yr old children? Shame on you.
Extremely glitchy
Been playing consistently through the holiday maps and doing quite well until this morning there is a message that continues to pop up saying that “something went wrong.” I tried restarting MULTIPLE times, restarted my phone, even removed and reinstalled that l the game. NOTHING. Too many games like this today pushing so hard to either add material to the game and running gameplay or pushing events that cause players to purchase “player incentive packages” to get energy, gems, etc. Either way, developers seem to care more about purchases and cluttered content before they even consider player experience and ease. 🤷♂️
Kee’s crashing
I used to play daily, then today it keeps crashing staying “oops something went wrong, try manually restarting”. I’ve manually restated several times & the same error message occurs…bummer 😒
Inaccurate legal info here
When you read it, they collect name, location, disability, personal pronoun and other personal information from their legal page. This was supposed to be just for fun; not a detailed analysis by the company of me who shares then with everyone else.
Disappointed
Game doesn’t allow you to collect enough energy to match all that has to be expended to play the game. I have to continually spend cash to stay in the game. I have to admit it was fun while it lasted; I just got tired of spending money to do it.
Unreal how greedy this game has become
Diggy’s Adventure used to be a fun, creative puzzle game - something you could enjoy casually without feeling pressured. Now? It’s basically a spending contest. They run a Tower event every 3 weeks that’s designed around who can shell out the most money, not who actually plays well. That event awards about 18x more leaderboard points than normal events, so heavy spenders have risen through the ranks and now dominate the leaderboard.
The balance is gone, the fun is gone, and the developers seem more interested in squeezing players than keeping the game enjoyable. It’s really disappointing to see a once-great game taken over by pay-to-win mechanics.

Relentless
I hate games that constantly bug me to rate them so games that won’t take “no” for an answer when they ask me to rate them I always give only 1 star. Quit bugging me.
App keeps crashing
The game keeps crashing since the last two updates. I put in a support ticket six days ago. I only received an auto-reply without a follow-up.
Crashes after update
The most recent update broke the game. Now it crashes constantly. It wouldn’t let me play without updating, now I still can’t play after updating.
Why?
I understand the need to collect user data as to how, how often, and when the game is used. I see no reason why you need the volume of personal information you want to collect. I had downloaded this game some time ago, played briefly, then moved on. Thought I might give it another try. But with as nosy and unnecessary as your data collection is, I won’t bother.
Boring to the extreme.
Sorry, but the age rating should be for 5-9 year olds. No real challenge just tap till out of energy then wait or spend real money to recharge. Why spend any money on this? Even the story is bland.

I have reported this and get no reply from them. They don’t seem to care that broken ads are RUINING this game for the players. Everything you try to do (change a location, go through a door, whatever) there’s a chance an ad will pop up first. And they have so many broken ads that just freeze the screen and then you sit there waiting only to find you have to restart the game for the millionth time! Not to mention watching ads for energy causes the same thing because they have so many broken ads cycling through. I understand sometimes things go wrong and they need fixed but this has been happening for well over a week and I keep reporting and they do nothing to fix it! There are plenty of games that don’t cost anything and they take care of managing their system to prevent glitches like this. Seems like these folks just don’t care about their players.

Too many commercials

Now so many years later, I am repeatedly discouraged by the way the game forces you to watch so many commercials, the commercials are unregulated and out of control, some 30+ seconds or more, and you can’t even click out of them because the X is so tiny, and you must click multiple times to close it. They force commercials on you at room changes, about 50% of the time, and you don’t get anything extra for it nor did you choose it. They put extra and smaller rooms into the game to force you to watch more commercials. Not to mention the pop up’s every time you go to your camp, so the pleas for money are blatant, demanding, and annoying. I stopped playing another Pixel game because the commercials made it unplayable and a waste of time. Diggy’s is heading in that direction fast. Or slow since they have been ramping up the commercials over years now. When I watch a 30 second commercials but can’t quit because the X is too tiny so I have to hard quit and start over, losing my reward, that is the last straw. Sorry greedy devs, this game is not worth it.
Glitch is annoying
There is a glitch that keeps popping up. It says server error and asks to reload the game and when I do that I lose all the energy I had. It happened like 4-5 times and I have lost over 1000 energy. Other than that, the game is fun.
Fun while it lasted
Fun game. However it has crashed 3 times on me during gameplay and stripped me of my energy each time. Game has some serious crashing issues. Deleted.

Think I’ve been playing this game since 2017. Used to really like it because there wasn’t a ton of adds. But lately they have way too many adds and not they will have 4 events going at the same time. It is driving me away from it

Boring
Played for a few minutes, and it’s so boring that I’ve already deleted the app. Maybe it gets better after a while, but if you don’t capture the player’s attention from the get-go, you may lose them. Very simplistic and no challenges at all. What the heck?!
Money black hole
This game is a lot of fun. However, if you’re not willing to spend a ton of money to level up, don’t even bother to download. By the time a player reaches China (only the 3rd area out of 6, then each sub-area has 16 quests !!)it can require half a million in energy to finish a quest. Multiply that times 16 and you get an idea of how much energy it takes to complete China. It’s a slog to “make” energy and can take up to 12 hours.
The developers just realized that buying energy with gems allows players to spend less real money. So this afternoon, that option is no longer available. Very sneaky and very very greedy.
I’m on level 152 and it’s cost me hundreds of dollars. I can afford it but if you can’t, avoid this game like the plague.
