Both the app and the web have fatal user experience flaws that make the app in this case a real pain to activate. Onboarding new users has never been more frustrating than with this app.

The app crashes when I need to check my passport.

Van de 10x inloggen komt de app 9,5 keer met fout melding en kom je er niet in. Zeer slecht en niet gebruikersvriendelijk

Waardeloze app, wanneer je via de app door gelinkt wordt dan krijg je een melding sessie verlopen. Hoe kan ik dan vanuit het buitenland mijn zaken regelen?? Inloggen sessie verlopen wijzigingen sessie verlopen. Doe iets aan de app!

Waardeloze app. Heb nu al tig aantal codes aangevraagd en elke keer melding, sessie verlopen. Slecht systeem. Waarom niet gewoon met wachtwoord en paswoord?????

Dear DigiD Programmers & Institutions using this App Service,
There are a plethora of functions which don’t run. Logging in is a frustrating hassle. As well, changing your phone number is impossible. The app crashes constantly. The best recommendation is for the designers to trash the DigiD app, and start over again with all of the malfunctions in mind; and/or all the websites and institutions that require the DigiD app services must switch to a new and improved app other than DigiD which actually works.

Whenever I try to login’an error has occurred’. Government agency with unlimited budget still not able to create a way to log in securely.

QR code displayed on mac os 10.14.5 / firefox 68.0b10, trying to scan with iphone ios 12.1.4. No luck :(

I have QR code open on laptop, but DigID app on my phone doesn’t scan it. Whichever angle I use, portrait or horizontal mode...nothing works.

Ben al maanden bezig kom niet door deze ellende van codes heen hoe krijgen ze dit toch verzonnen

The issues with iOS 11 have not been remedied.
ID SCANNING FAIL
I have been trying to scan my ID from the Netherlands for about a week with NO LUCK. I have tried several ways. It says I am connected and to wait while it finish s loading but stops at 12%. After. re-do it, I get a message or that says “It's not possible to perform the ID check with your current identity document” It is VERY frustrating. I CANNOT call because I have no international calling/texting/cannot receive very fixation codes since I am from America. For now (after trying 1hr), I give up. I will try to find another solution by googling or snap gpting my way.
I STILL CANNOT UPLOAD MY IDENTIFICATION CARD. My phone is set up for all and still NO LUCK. I don’t know who to turnt to. I cannot recieve phone codes through text and no phone calls. I have been ligging in and out with no luck

Id check werkt alleen met Nederlandse setting en na iPhone reset
Waste of time but unfortunately essential for doing business with Dutch (semi) government. Wish this was beta tested with overseas users.
ID check does not work
The ID scan always fails for my residence ID, followed the steps online & tried several times with 3 iPhones. It simply doesn’t work!
Na laatste update werkt niet meer. Heel frustrerend!! Daarvoor was tevreden ermee.
