The app is currently unusable. Even for a tech-savvy user, the refresh process is overly complex, and the system consistently logs me out within seconds of authentication. Please prioritize a fix for these stability issues.

Need alternative to open it
They ask for otp while trying to open, even though I have security pin, it doesn't let me open it. I live in USA and want to access my doc but cant do it because my number is back in india. Really irritating
Aadhar card issuance failes with cancelled message
On my iPhone ( latest OS version - 16.5.1 ), if I try to retrieve my Aadhar card , it fails to send me an OTP amd cancelled error message is shown. How to fix this ? We tried from 2 different iphones and it is the same issue.
Unable to log in
Unable to login as can’t remember my 6 digit passcode. Tried to re-set doesn’t work. Rubbish app . No option to contact any customer service representative to solve the issue

Worst App
Every time I try to sign in it says, wrong phone number. When I put Aadhaar number it says wrong Aadhaar number. When I try with username it says wrong pin. And when I click on forget pin and enter Aadhaar number that time it doesn’t say wrong Aadhaar number and sends otp on the same number which it says wrong number before after changing my pin and trying to sign in same loop starts again wrong Aadhaar then wrong number then wrong pin. This loops doesn’t end.

iPhone version is buggy
Tried using the iPhone version to access the PAN and Aadhar card; it didn’t work despite deleting the app and logging again.
