Downloaded the app and made me sign up right away, after signing up then prompts you to pay immediately afterwards by showing you the different plans they offer, if none of those appeal to you and you want to get rid of the account settings button in the top right doesn’t do a thing… so not sure if it’s just a me thing or if the button is truly for appearance.

Not for PSA
7 months of $15 a month to pre-grade my cards. I send 8 cards at a time and I am just now getting them back from early in the year. Here are the 5 that are causing em to write this review. 10.0 came back an 8, 9.6 came back an 8, 9.8 came back an 8, 9.4 came back an 8 and 8.2 came back a 5. I get PSA has its problems and maybe this works for tag. But get a centering app, a little lens and a bright light and trust your judgement. Don’t pay $15 a month.

Multiple I have submitted cards and all my cards have had false grading environments also saying I have white spots on the corner of my cards when I clearly don’t and this is very upsetting but I really like this app but this one flaw is messing up my card grading

Terrible UI and User experience
I tried signing up for the elite membership to grade my collection, it says I already am but I don’t get charged or any of the membership benefits. When trying to email their support through the app it wouldn’t even send. Not sure where I went wrong but it seems impossible to fix
Inconsistent results
Looks like it’s a basic computer vision approach and not as accurate as manually inspecting. Most of the flaws it pointed out did not exist on the card.

I tried using this app to pre grade some of my cards yet I’ve tried so much pre grading apps and all of them cos money

If you have to pay to try something it’s already a red flag. I did pay, sent the same card 3 different lighting and got 3 different grades and all with 3 very different “return times”. Influencers get paid to “influence” don’t use this
Bait-and-switch pricing scam!
You are led to believe if you buy the premium subscription you will be all ready to go. I went ahead and did that and as soon as I go in the app, I was instructed that I needed to then buy “grading credits” after I literally just paid $15 for premium. Deceptive and absolutely unacceptable. There should have been mention of that when you sign up.

I can’t speak to the accuracy of the app or any of its features. All I can attest to that it is listed as free to download but you hit a paywall instantly. $15 for all the tools per month $10 for some of the tools per month

Grading seems off
Whenever it you click on the view grading strategy, it shows you to grade immediately because your profit is like 200% but sometimes the card raw is worth more than the psa 9 and it still tells you to grade it, I think it’s because it counts just the grading cost so anything that surpasses grading cost it counts as profit when that’s not the case. Very weird and inconsistent with grades

I got this app and NEVER did they advertise that even after you pay for the $15/month charge for the app you have to pay even more for “Grading Credits”. Way to rip people off. Greed is a hell of a thing. I guess I just don’t like businesses that hide the reality from people because they know no one will really use it. Pretty deceptive imo.
Paying for inaccurate grading
This really sucks because I paid for only a mouth and did a demo on 5 of my cards and then I turned them into PSA and the grades returned inaccurate for example the app said I would get a 10 and I got a 7

Charges $15 a month for “exclusivities” but doesn’t tell you that it’s 30 minutes per grade to use AI. They make you buy credits to speed up the process. This company is the worst!

This is absolutely junk. Bought 4.99 sub to test and bought 25 credits. Could use any credits. Did the centering thing twice. First time I did everything to make it perfect. Got a “10” then second time didn’t adjust anything and got a 10. Waste of money. Instantly canceled my sub and deleting app
Once you stop paying, you lose everything
Paid $15 for app plus bought the credits when I realized you have to wait an hour for each grade even when paying $15… cancelled auto renewal, and now I’ve lost access to all the grades I paid for with the $15 and all the credits I used to pay for grades… I’m paywalled to what I already paid for unless if I pay another $15. Whoever runs this pricing model is burying their own business. How could someone be this disconnected from reality? Not paying again. Got scammed out of my grades I paid for already.

You pay $15 monthly for a membership to find out that in order to actually get your cards graded you must then buy "credits" which cost PER SCAN in order to actually get your cards pre-graded. This is clearly a 100% money grab and the developers are scum. Apple should pull this app immediately. Gfys!

It’s literally telling me the actual artwork from vintage PSA10 contenders are scratches. Like that’s not a scratch bro, that’s electricity in the artwork from pikachu cheeks. Needs to be refined waste of time

No upload option
The app is by no means cheap, forces you to do a subscription which also doesn’t have any support. I’ve tried reaching out and can’t get to anyone . I just want my money back because I have very good quality pictures of my card, but it does not have an option to upload. You have to settled for less quality photos for AI to grade your card while no way of finding support if you have questions.

Literally spent an hour trying to scan one single card for it to not even be able to find the correct card I was trying to scan.
Whatever OCR is being used to capture the images of the front and back of the card seems to be very Janky especially if the card has a lot going on. Even after getting the OCR to capture the image when I searched for my card it was still unable to even find the one I was scanning.

Scam
They won’t let you grade cards unless you pay for the top subscription, and you have to buy credits on top of that. I paid for 5 dollars worth of credits and it didn’t even show up on my app after multiple refreshes. Waste of ten dollars don’t waste your time people.
This app is a complete joke
My son saw this being promoted by some YouTube channels and he begged me to try it. First, it’s between $10-$15 per month. But wait, there’s more! If you just subscribe you have to wait at least 30 min to get a digital grade back. Why? Because they want to upsell you. Now you need to buy tokens to actually get a speedy “grade”. To teach my son an economics lesson I splurged for an additional $5. That’s $20 we have spent. Nowhere when signing up does it tell you this. It just tells you that you get unlimited scans with your hefty monthly subscription. Onto the grading and how the app actually performs. It’s trash. It caught some minor known issues on 1 card and missed it on several others. We only used cards we knew had issues to see how it would perform. Oh, and its image recognition is so bad it couldn’t even find some cards after snapping pics. We cancelled immediately because it’s stupid expensive and this was more of a teaching lesson for my son.
Bottom line: save your money. This app is ridiculously expensive, doesn’t work and absolutely would not give accurate grading results. To those that say it works: a broken clock is right twice a day. It’s merely coincidence.

Limited and no Customer Service
App is far too limited in its database, which was not visible before subscribing, only to find once I did, the app was totally useless. No contact options visible either; hiding behind scammy interface no doubt. You want to be credible? Allow people to easily interact with you and your product.

This app implies that it is useful for sports cards. I scanned numerous Topps, Bowman, and Panini cards and NONE of them were identified by the app. The database for sports cards appears to be minuscule, if it exists at all. Likewise, the card centering “tool” is a useless. The image from the camera is black and white and cannot be zoomed for accuracy in placing the edge identifiers. Don’t waste your time or money on this app for sports cards.

Horrendous
Tried 4 different baseball cards (after selecting the manufacturer) and none could be “found”. All I wanted to do was check the centering. Cost me $9.99 but hey, it was worth giving it a shot. Absolutely useless scam.
Waste of Money
First of all I purchased the best tier and come to find out that I need to pay additional money to actually have my cards graded in a decent time. If you don’t then you have to wait hours for the grade to come back. To be paying the best tier there should not be a wait time on grading cards. Plus when I did grade my cards the AI detected white spots that were clearly not on the card. I did everything the directions said to do and I know that there are things that are hard to see with the naked eye but I know I can definitely see white spots. So the grades I got back were not accurate due to this therefore it was useless to even spend my money on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Okay look, I NEVER leave a review…. ESPECIALLY on the app store. I am a collector and grade cards for my PC and i came across this app and thought it was very interesting. I figured i grade a lot, it might give me better insight for my pregrading, or maybe another perspective behind the card….. this app is the MOST INACCURATE thing I have ever seen in my entire life. I wish I would get my money back for the premium membership. It has been inaccurate every single scan, i feel like kt borderline just makes up the grades. IMHO, do NOT get this if youre a serious grader or collector, its terrible!

Sport cards
I bought a one month subscription for $14.99. I also paid five dollars to grade 25 cards. The app will not work and let me grade my sports cards. Every email I tried does not go through not valid. Can somebody please contact me? I would like a refund.

It’s very hard for me to pay 15 dollars each month knowing that I’m a kid. 15 times 12 equals 180 dollars a year. Me being a kid, I don’t have that type of money to spend. So if you are thinking this app is free it’s not. I wouldn’t be willing to pay money for something that’s just going to scan my card once.
