The app is by no means cheap, forces you to do a subscription which also doesn’t have any support. I’ve tried reaching out and can’t get to anyone . I just want my money back because I have very good quality pictures of my card, but it does not have an option to upload. You have to settled for less quality photos for AI to grade your card while no way of finding support if you have questions.
Disappointed
Literally spent an hour trying to scan one single card for it to not even be able to find the correct card I was trying to scan.
Whatever OCR is being used to capture the images of the front and back of the card seems to be very Janky especially if the card has a lot going on. Even after getting the OCR to capture the image when I searched for my card it was still unable to even find the one I was scanning.

They won’t let you grade cards unless you pay for the top subscription, and you have to buy credits on top of that. I paid for 5 dollars worth of credits and it didn’t even show up on my app after multiple refreshes. Waste of ten dollars don’t waste your time people.
This app is a complete joke
My son saw this being promoted by some YouTube channels and he begged me to try it. First, it’s between $10-$15 per month. But wait, there’s more! If you just subscribe you have to wait at least 30 min to get a digital grade back. Why? Because they want to upsell you. Now you need to buy tokens to actually get a speedy “grade”. To teach my son an economics lesson I splurged for an additional $5. That’s $20 we have spent. Nowhere when signing up does it tell you this. It just tells you that you get unlimited scans with your hefty monthly subscription. Onto the grading and how the app actually performs. It’s trash. It caught some minor known issues on 1 card and missed it on several others. We only used cards we knew had issues to see how it would perform. Oh, and its image recognition is so bad it couldn’t even find some cards after snapping pics. We cancelled immediately because it’s stupid expensive and this was more of a teaching lesson for my son.
Bottom line: save your money. This app is ridiculously expensive, doesn’t work and absolutely would not give accurate grading results. To those that say it works: a broken clock is right twice a day. It’s merely coincidence.

Limited and no Customer Service
App is far too limited in its database, which was not visible before subscribing, only to find once I did, the app was totally useless. No contact options visible either; hiding behind scammy interface no doubt. You want to be credible? Allow people to easily interact with you and your product.

I had just tried the app, and would not open the camera even though on settings it is allowed. Spent money on a subscription I can even use. Tried to contact costumer service but wouldn’t allow me to send any messages.

Likewise, the card centering “tool” is a useless. The image from the camera is black and white and cannot be zoomed for accuracy in placing the edge identifiers. Don’t waste your time or money on this app for sports cards.

Horrendous
Tried 4 different baseball cards (after selecting the manufacturer) and none could be “found”. All I wanted to do was check the centering. Cost me $9.99 but hey, it was worth giving it a shot. Absolutely useless scam.
Waste of Money
First of all I purchased the best tier and come to find out that I need to pay additional money to actually have my cards graded in a decent time. If you don’t then you have to wait hours for the grade to come back. To be paying the best tier there should not be a wait time on grading cards. Plus when I did grade my cards the AI detected white spots that were clearly not on the card. I did everything the directions said to do and I know that there are things that are hard to see with the naked eye but I know I can definitely see white spots. So the grades I got back were not accurate due to this therefore it was useless to even spend my money on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Okay look, I NEVER leave a review…. ESPECIALLY on the app store. I am a collector and grade cards for my PC and i came across this app and thought it was very interesting. I figured i grade a lot, it might give me better insight for my pregrading, or maybe another perspective behind the card….. this app is the MOST INACCURATE thing I have ever seen in my entire life. I wish I would get my money back for the premium membership. It has been inaccurate every single scan, i feel like kt borderline just makes up the grades. IMHO, do NOT get this if youre a serious grader or collector, its terrible!

App makes you confirm your email then you can't even use or try to forget how to use it. They're asking for money right away. Unbelievable. There's other apps. Sport cards
I bought a one month subscription for $14.99. I also paid five dollars to grade 25 cards. The app will not work and let me grade my sports cards. Every email I tried does not go through not valid. Can somebody please contact me? I would like a refund.

It’s very hard for me to pay 15 dollars each month knowing that I’m a kid. 15 times 12 equals 180 dollars a year. Me being a kid, I don’t have that type of money to spend. So if you are thinking this app is free it’s not. I wouldn’t be willing to pay money for something that’s just going to scan my card once.
Money Pit/Customer Deception/Honest Review
Decided to give the app a try. As soon as I open I was prompted to Subscribe with different tiers available with each tier only offering 1/2 options more than lower tier. I bit the bullet and decided to give it a try. After using the app the only thing I have nice to say is the layout. They promote to grade cards and give you all the information. What they fail to tell you is have to wait 1-4 hours for AI grade. UNLESS YOU PAY FOR CREDITS! Then you use 2 credits for a speedy grade. So not only are you paying for Subscription to do what 90% of other apps do for free BUT paying for grading too, unless you want to wait potentially up to 4 hours. Waist of money and recommend not using or supporting this company.

FRAUD APP.
This app is a fraud. It requires you to pay a base fee just to use, and the require you to pay even more to actually use the app for its intended purpose. It all doesn’t accurately grade anything and is not based.
Can’t even Verify Account!!
I tried sign in with email, never got my link to verify my account! I tried reaching out to customer support but haven’t gotten anything yet. Can somebody pls help!
Garbage
Unless you’re grading Pokémon cards or magic cards…don’t waste your time! This Does not work on baseball cards and it’s not at all user friendly. Cancelled my subscription a half hour after I subscribed. This thing is straight garbage but hey, they got my $14.99…oh well, lesson learned. Only way to grade your cards is to send them to PSA!
Can’t even get in
Downloaded the app and a verification email was sent. Nowhere to be found. Tried support and the page isn’t even exist. Deleted the app.
inaccurate
Followed all steps for lighting and camera angle. Put on a white surface. Said all corners were whitened but none are I've looked with black light. Payed 15$ for a blindfolded shot at a grade. Do not pay for this or even download it.

After using this app and submitting 3 cards that the app graded 10,10 and 9.8 the grades came back from PSA 9,8,7

Already unsubscribed - kinda feels like the app is discouraging people from submitting cards with bogus grading scores - IMO. IF YOU’RE GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW - be genuine.

Paying For What?
I downloaded this as it looked like something I would like to try and there’s no way to even give this app a test run. Cash up front to see if it even works. No thanks.

So I bought the 5.99 a month plan to try out this app then I buy 5.00 in credits to get an instant grade only for it not to be included in the plan. Are you kidding me it’s called Al grading not ai centering tool.
Do not trust
Not only does this app charge you to use their services which is understandable but it is not to be trusted. I graded five different cards they all got tens then I decided to grade one that I knew was no wig ever gonna be a tent in this app still gave it a 10 so for it to be wrong about one it could be wrong about all because it was certainly wrong about the one I submitted.

i paid for a basic membership thats not bad for what it is. However, offering pay as you go credits to use premium subscription features and then taking said accessibility away with no notice that i cannot use my already purchased credits. With a slap in the face of being prompted to upgrade my membership is reprehensible. Do better

Don’t even bother, this will be a waste of money, you can’t even use the app unless you subscribe first..other grading apps let you at the very least check the centering of the front and back of the card…on a side note how does a “brother” rip packs and then promote his “sister’s” grading company? that’s just textbook bias.
Costs to much
I had a horrible app experience before even getting to use the scanner I put in the wrong password on accident then I tried to change it and get it to send me an email that never came through I used a different email the second time and after doing everything correct it hits me with a subscription to use the app with the bare minimum being $5 for a scanner that might not even get the grade correct.
Pretty easy to use
I am giving a 5 star because of how easy it is to use for my intended goal of a preliminary assessment of whether I should grade a card or not. I do think there are improvements to be made and perhaps with the upgraded experience those issues are fewer, but largely I like the app and will continue to use it a lot over the next month. I will also update after submitting for grading the cards that came back with a high grade to compare.
Update : currently the structure subgrade is coming back as a 0 every time and I believe may be impacting the scoring of all my graded cards unusable as a result at this time.

Credits cost more after already buying premium
Why did I pay $15 expecting anything decent to be met with more pay walls and awful centering that I have to manually fix or you will get a sub 8 on a psa 10 card

Just got scammed $15 for their “elite” tier. App is awful isn’t even close to grading what they should be. Don’t bother.

Does not work
I “scanned” a bunch of cards and sent the ones that graded high enough to be a 10 but I had maybe 1 or 2 out 14!!! 14!! That only got a PSA 10. I got the screen shots from the app and the PSA grading to prove it. I want a refund! I wasted money and lost out of supposedly PSA 10 valued cards -1000 out of 10 my rating for this app
Other options are better
The minimum payment to use the app is $5 a month, but only includes a centering tool (that is not accurate at all btw). You have to pay over $10 to get any real benefit. Since there are other options that do not cost this much, I would steer clear.
Terrible turn around time
For using AI the time it takes to receive a report is insane. Graded cards and never received a report for 2 months about the grade for the card. Even just the numerical grade took over 6 days. For a monthly fee makes sense they’re slow for turn around.
Not Accurate
After testing the app with definitely not even a Grade 8, I received a 9.5 from the app. Almost everything comes out as a 9.5. Prices are also too high for the inaccurate results.
