The app was good. Now it is really glitchy and I have to restart it every so often. Kind of frustrating.

Please fix your app
The app just continues to get worse and crashes within a min or two of opening the app. I can’t get through opening packs because the screen app freezes and then shuts down or I have to force close it because the screen starts glitching. The last two times it completely froze my phone for 3 mins and I had to google a solution to force a reset. There are many people posting similar issues - it’s not my phone. No other app does this, including my larger apps that with higher memory and performance impacts. Love the cards and the all the functionality within the app…but it does no good when the app itself fails constantly.

Greedy pay to play app
Do not download this app unless you like spending money on every little thing in this app. Money to buy cards, to craft and now to do events. Greed greed greed! And no fun at all!
Toxic
Horribly toxic online community that Topps has cultivated here. Not at all representative of the Disney fandom, rather adults leaving hateful messages to kids that wanted to play this app. Topps doesn’t care as it’s a cash cow for them.
App Crashes after update
I use to be on this app multiple times daily collecting and trading my cards. I wasn’t a huge fan of the recent UI changes since the update, but was dealing with it mostly okay until this past week the app crashes and freezes my phone anytime I open the trading menu. Please fix this!!!
What happened?
This game used to be so fun and easy to lean how to play. Now with this new updated it has thrown all that out the window. It is no longer fun or easy to navigate. The packs aren’t even good anymore.
Can’t even play anymore
The app used to be great, until they updated it with trade certification. The app is basically unusable if you don’t have trade certification and you have to buy something to get it. Seems like I’m quitting again lol!
Well this stinks.
This game was so fun from its release until maybe a year and a half ago. Then the fun started to be down graded drastically. It seems that Topps designers either hate their jobs or the app users. Because they have pulled out all the stops to make sure there is little to no fun or joy in this app any longer.

Used to be magical
This used to be a fun trading card app. Not crazy flashy, but whimsical and very “Disney”. There was content for both paid and free subscribers, with activities to match. With the last update, it is heavily commercialized and gives me the feel of an off brand casino. Not as much content or activities unless you are willing to pay for it.
Horrible update!
Please consider the feedback of all the users. I have yet to see one positive comment about the update to the app. It has made the experience awful. I’ve spent thousands of dollars each year on this app and haven’t spent a dime since the update and will not. I will not be using the app any longer. At least it frees up some time in my life.
New UI update
The new update brought new aspects to the app, some good, mostly bad. They’re more greedy with currency, available packs, and making it harder to not pay to get through events. They took away the ability to craft previous seasons cards, therefore making crafting more annoying than it already was. The text is small, and barely readable now as well. The game is now too much of a grind to enjoy. Not to mention the pack opening takes a decade with some store packs and even having issues with app crashing now.
New update
This new update is so hard to understand and work with. I have completely lost the joy I felt trading cards with this new one. I am seriously considering deleting my account and accepting the loss of money I spent in app.
Not worth it
They just updated this app. Before it was a lot better and easier to use. It really sucks now! It really saddens me because I have faithfully used it since the app first launched. Now its not fun anymore or worth the time to play it. Please switch it back to before the last update!
Don’t bother
UPDATE: the app update that occurred on 2/17/26 is TERRIBLE! The layout completely changed after years and isn’t user friendly. Have to pay $$ now to use certain features and it’s like they rebuilt the app so people would stop using it. Honestly so disappointing after all this time.
All of the positive reviews are from long ago of that proves just how drastically this game has become a mess. Rarely any new cards, no crafting, no coins for completing tasks, no free cards to craft, no JOY. Horrible
The re-design of the whole game is horrible! They want you to pay now to be “certified” to make trades and to be able to comment. Everything is more complicated. Visually it’s all cluttered! You are stuck with all the duplicates you have because you can. o longer craft them. We have lost our lists of people we liked to trade with. The events apparently are year long events now. The game is no longer fun. Don’t waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would!
Wow this new update made it so much worse
The new UI is absolutely horrid, I have no idea why they made things so much more of a pain to do. Are they actively trying to get people to get fed up with the app so they quit?

Terrible update. Too much change all at once. Tried for 2 days to navigate. Use to be fun collecting, doing the events and trading. Now it’s a headache.
Horrible redesign
The latest update is an absolutely horrible redesign. I’m amazed it passed acceptance testing. Very convoluted menus and non intuitive interface.
Awful Update
Lost all of my cards in their latest update which conveniently happened right after a new season started so they got $5 out of me before wiping all my history in the game with this latest update. I immediately requested an account deletion and will be seeking my $$ back thru my bank. 0/10 do NOT recommend.
2026 Update Stinks
The new 2026 update is horrible. Not only does it seem clunky and not user friendly, it’s just ugly to look at. It’s like using Windows97 after using Windows2011. Definitely making me question whether I want to continue using the app at all anymore.

Why?? It is horrible! I’m one of those people that purchase from this app, I used to love it, there is nothing about the update that is nice, it no longer feels like “Disney” , it now seems generic, please change it back or update again to make it more like it was

The new version, updated 2/18/26 is AWFUL. It’s not user friendly, it’s not “Disney” like at all, and the removed so many things that long time users had spent a lot of time collecting.

Don’t waste your time
I used to really enjoy this app. It was slow but had charm and an active player base. Then in the last update, they completely changed the user interface. It is no faster (the main issue I had), it is no less buggy, it is difficult to navigate, and it feels painfully generic. Unless this is changed back (and I doubt it will) you will find no fun or magic here, so don’t bother downloading or coming back to the app.

I used to love this app. I was a casual collector, loved seeing my favorite characters. The events were fun, the app design was engaging. The new update has ruined all of this. The UI is terrible-super generic with no magical Disney flair. Everything is more difficult. I’m so disappointed. Not sure how this design ever got approved.
The new update is a mess
What a disappointment! The app was updated today and it’s confusing, nothing is streamlined, and generally unappealing. For the first time in over a year and a half, I barely opened the app today. Without the Sorcerer’s Academy to push me to open the app every hour to get the magical gift to get some extra coins to open more packs, it hardly was worth it to be bothered with collecting. Just like the WWE app, unfortunately, I think I’m going to lose interest. 219K+ cards and this might be the update that makes me give up. What a shame.

Used to be able to craft older cards not anymore, used to be able to see tiers good when sending or receiving trades now it’s tiny, the layout is super hard to navigate, can’t do multiple events at once gotta complete one before starting the other. I couldn’t care less about the princess event or the other ones, gotta do those to unlock the Pixar event. Seems as if new layout is more focused on money grabs to everyone to spend or need diamonds. If you don’t spend $$$ on the app you also lose the ability to open trade you can only trade with a bot. Which is annoying bc my daughter has never spent money on this app. I on the other hand have hundreds. She can no longer trade cards I grab for her.

New version HORRIBLE
After the almost universally negative feedback on the Star Wars Card trader App update…they decide to destroy the Disney app design also. This is the definition of insanity! I’ve been with these Topps apps almost since day one. I’ll check back in the future to see if anybody sane gets control of these apps again, but now I’m officially DONE.
Lost my whole collection
I was playing for awhile spend a lot of money on this app signed up knowing I’ll probably delete it for space come back and all my cards were wiped clean hundreds of dollars wasted
Down the drain
Update: They put out a “law enforcement appreciation” card two days after an unarmed woman was shot in her car. This company is disgusting.

Wishcaster coins are rude
These coins must be removed from the wishcaster because it force three times rarely. Shame on those coins!! Coins need to be get lost on daily wishcaster!
I hate it
It’s keeps buffering I try to install and reinstall. I try to log back in with Facebook it says login approved but it keeps on putting me on the Facebook page it doesn’t wanna continue
Worse game ever
Very toxic game you need lots of cash to collect the cards you want. Nobody trades cards because they selling them on eBay

What the heck is the point of this? It’s not fun at all. It’s not even mindless fun, like popping bubble wrap. It’s just not fun at all.
App Steals Your Money
App on more then 1 occasion has charged for a purchase then freezes forcing you to shut down and restart app. After reloading your money is still gone without receiving any items that were purchased. Customer service if they even respond with automated excuses never has resolved these issues. Purchase items at own risk.
Trade is terrible
There are free gifts on Topps but some require completing missions, and one of them is trading with another collector. Unless you know the game, trading is terrible so if you can’t get that mission completed then you might as well forget this app.
