After this latest update, my app won’t open. It gets stuck on the loading screen and never loads. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have plenty of room on my phone, I have a Stable connection… I’m not sure how to fix this.

What is with your damn app every time I get a reward your damn game locks up and it has to search for new magical items which there isn’t any. Guess it’s time to delete your game.

There are now ads that can't be muted or silenced by turning off the sound OR EVEN CLOSING THE APP. NOT ACCEPTABLE! There are times when I don't want to bother others (or my phone needs to be silenced) but I'll still play this game. NOT ANYMORE. What on earth makes you think this is ok? FIX IT!
Never any new games
On level 1808 and it’s so disheartening that it’s just the same games over and over and over just different ways to do it. I guess it’s time for me to start playing this game because they obviously don’t have an imagination. Every time you win a level, the next level is almost the same thing you just got done doing. I would say whoever the developer is does a pretty lousy job.

I have played this game since its inception. Recently ads started appearing during play, some not appropriate, then the ads stopped. I read multiple reviews voicing the disappointment with this new ad intrusion then figured someone heeded the feedback and stopped the ads. The ads have returned and are inappropriate and intrusion.

Will delete this review once this is fixed. I’ve paid a lot of real money to play this game - all I’m asking for is a response. There needs to be a confirmation that you want to use snowballs. When you don’t pass the level and your thumb is in the middle of the screen, it wipes out a snowball if you are distracted watching TV or you fall asleep while playing late at night. I’ve paid REAL MONEY for snowballs so this isn’t right.
The snowball button should be elsewhere on the screen and a confirmation you want to use one. It’s the most expensive and hardest power up to earn so this has to be on purpose. Players have had this complaint for years. At first it was a plea now many of us have stopped paying REAL money until it is fixed. I *just* lost more snowballs and upset.

Why ads now
Have been playing this game for years. It was a favorite because it’s mostly ad free - could watch an ad for bonuses but none for normal play. Now after most recent update, there are ads popping up after every round. So frustrating. This happened a few years ago and the ads were thankfully removed. Please remove again or I sadly will be removing the app
Spammy garbage ads
ETA: Well I know I'm only one player and I really don't matter to you, but let us know when you disable these garbage ads and I'll start playing again. Until then I'll just enjoy a bit more free time. I have 12 lives in the game so I indulge playing when I get free play, and this morning I watch over a minute of that precious time be lost as I'm treated to a 60 second plus (only ends if you tap on an arrow) ad for vaginal estrogen cream....keeping it classy I see. This is not a voluntary ad for more moves or any advantages, it's a non-avoidable piece of junk crammed in between levels eating away at precious free play time. I've already abandoned this game on another device I used to play on, this device may soon join it. there are hundreds of match 3 games out there - maybe thousands, and I've avoided them because there is only so much time, but if I have to deal with spammy garbage I may as well consider them because what do I have to lose at this point. I've had this game since 2014, so 13 years of loyalty rewarded with mandatory ads. Feel free to 'pass this onto the devs' which I know is customer service code for 'Apple gives us points for responding but we really can't/won't do anything to help you', but I gotta tell you my hour spent playing the game this morning has turned into a hunt for something else. I really, really wish that Apple set the App Store up so that ratings reset with every update so future players can really see how 'good' a game is. Because you guys get to ride the coat tails of Disney's former good development and good service and disguise how players really feel about your app.
The mandatory ads are back
With the latest update even those who have made a purchase are randomly forced to watch ads either when choosing “next”, “retry” or “x” to close. Are you (developers) really that desperate??

I have played this game for years. However, this update it’s nothing but ads. Whether I beat a level or not, ADS! They don’t go away. Just keeps going. So I close out of the game. I may just close out completely.

I have religiously played this game since its original release- I actually just reached platinum status. I have also spent money on this app in the past. I loved this game for its free to play experience, playability regardless of age, graphics and simplicity. It was straightforward in what it was and nothing more. However, I will likely be deleting entirely due to the new mandatory ad experience. Previously it was optional to get additional moves or extra lives here and there but now an ad plays after every level which disrupts the game and how responsive the game is. This has completely ruined the peaceful and smooth setup the game used to have. It’s just like every other mobile game now which is disappointing to say the least. Do better.

Too many ads
Used to love to play this game. Now there are too many ads that are too long at every turn. Atleast allow my videos to play over the ads. The app seems desperate to make you pay for anything it can and by dragging out long boring ads. In addition, I’ve noticed it doesn’t see to track the three pairs and such accurately now. It misses matches and when items are collected or trolls killed. Sometimes it doesn’t subtract them. Frustrating. Looking elsewhere. And refuse to use the games they have SO many ads for. It’s a deterrent more than advertisement at this point.
Why so BREAKY
I used to love this game. I even made it through 6 months in 2025 of the tech team not fixing my problem. Then in July they were fixed and all was good again. Now, as of the beginning of this year, I am not being given the little side games to get extra playing time and achievements. Not sure what going on, but all this breaking is getting old.

I have been playing this game for years and now all of a sudden the game will not load. It just closes out. I’ve never had that issue before. I done all the troubleshooting and it doesn’t work. I have reported this several times and I never get a response back.

Double and Triple Charges
Do not make in-app purchases in this game. Jam City has charged me double and sometimes triple the price of my purchase. Looking back I discovered they have done this for years. This is fraud. When I contacted them they said they can’t (or won’t) do anything about it and that I would have to contact Apple to see if they will refund the incorrect charges. I would rate it zero stars I could.

Last week my game froze for 3 days after being on level 20,000+ I had played for years. It wouldn’t let me continue so I had to delete and reinstall the game which had me start over after I had just purchased snowballs and picks… that really upset me. Now I’m back to level 1…. Game Won’t Load
Like a previous reviewer stated…. The game will no longer load. I have also played for many, years and don’t remember this ever happening. I’m running it on a relatively newer iPad. Please fix this bug for us so we can keep on playing. Thank you.
