I have been playing this game for I think 10 years now. My park is only just so big. I play all the quests. I cannot afford some things but more importantly I cannot expand my park. I’ve reached out and they only tell me to keep playing. I don’t want to lose all that I’ve put into the game which could be 100’s of dollars to have little to show for it. I would think you could or should be able to use magic to purchase things but often it’s gems or real money of which I don’t have much of. But magic wow got lots of that. I would not recommend this game for children because of the real money expense it takes to get anywhere with the game. So I’d say this is for Disney lovers (like me) and teenagers someone with responsibilities. Sorry gameloft you need to open stuff up more often.

My account was restarted and I’m even logged into two different cloud accounts to prevent this from happening. Based on other reviews, it’s happened to other players who started playing years ago. I wouldn’t recommend starting this if you’re new.
Pay to win
You clearly have to keep paying to actually play not even “win” lol there aren’t enough gems to function without spending some money and you’ll blow through gems like nothing because anything that does anything requires them. So you pay people to review your games right? Because this is not a 5 star game.

Needs to change
I love the game but hate how it’s so hard to expand and you cant have all the characters out at one time. They need to make it easier to expand and make where you can have everyone out at one time. If it doesn’t change I probably would stop playing

I was far in the game
I was far in this game now I lost everything out of nowhere. The game wouldn’t load so I deleted and redownloaded the game again and now the game made me start all over again I saved my progress on the game and everything.
Ads are killing the game!
I just started the game, and about 30 minutes into it I started getting ads constantly popping up and freezing up the game when it ends. It is making the game impossible to play.

Poorly designed money grab
This used to be a fun little game for Disney fans, but more and more it’s become a crash-prone money grab. It’s always lacked some of the basics found in other games, like a way to log in when launching (instead it forces you to start playing at level 0, go thru the entire tutorial, and THEN try and connect to your account thru Gameloft) or a way to redownload purchased items (instead you must open a ticket with customer service, wait days for a generic response, and then try again to try and get your purchase back). Lately, the game has gotten so glitchy that it’s unplayable.
Edited to add that I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times for help. Responses are most often not relevant to the actual problem or non-existent. “Fixes” that have been offered don’t actually fix the game glitches or purchases lost.

Tower Challenge Issue
I have been playing this game for years and have not had any issues. I am having an issue with the current Tower event and cannot get anyone to help me! I’m stuck on chapter 2 and cannot go back!!! I’m told the issue is fixed but it clearly is not. I paid for the season pass and am very frustrated!!! Please help!!
Meh game way too many ads
Literally a ad every 3 seconds I started the game likeing it but now I can’t do anything without ads. Had to delete the game “developer” responds to these things saying “they’re working on it” but it’s clearly a ai response in hope you spend more money. Let me be clear I downloaded this because I had it as a kid now it’s so bad with the ads

I have been playing this game for years and not to mention the money spent. I had to restart the game and my id came up but it made me start over at the most recent tasks.

Multiple ads for other companies pop up while playing this game. Adult themed ads , example tic tock and others that put download menu on screen automatically.

Not for families - danger
In my opinion: It is offensive and disturbing that they would have a loot box mechanic where young children are trying to unlock Disney characters with a 1% chance (published stat) of getting them. What’s worse is they don’t even remove duplicate filler items; just got four benches in a row. The designers should be ashamed of themselves for exploiting children and creating a stacked gambling scenario. It’s dangerous.
Furthermore, the developer response suggests that this is a problem they are working on and to contact in-game support for help, yet in game support says the mechanic and is working as intended. So not only do they have this predatory approach, they are deceitful about their true intentions. How disturbing.

Money Grubbing
Game is fun at first but it quickly becomes clear you are gonna have to pay to play. The current event is a great example. You want the limited character even though you are actively playing just pay $30 dollars for one character. What a joke. Disney you make plenty, think of your consumer. Deleting the game.
Disney’s fairies
Also, for the Disney fairies event stop making everything expensive in the game like the attractions and getting the last character of the event just give the last character free to the person who can’t get that character. And the attraction cost 9,000 tokens and the float cost 75 gems. Make this game easier so I can finish quicker. Not hard to finish and stop putting premium characters at 500 gems. The legendary chests just put characters in them instead.

This game has SOOOO many ads that it makes the actual game play impossible most of the time. Definitely not worth the download due to this

I like that this app is more forgiving and you can collect more characters or pens now but the ads! The ads were bad but not every 30s to 2 min Bad. Also ads like simply mobile or Disney’s misleading mini ads that are okay flash games. Those are and we’re fine.
But now I see multiple AI ads that are inappropriate. A app that claims it’s safe for four and up. (4+) so why would they need to see news articles with abundant amounts of ads or every refresh you have to tell coppa you don’t want this ad to collect my data? Ads that are almost a minute long. And about ai investments, slots, black doctor, Ipsy, and fungi doctor treatment in peoples skin. Also ads like drawing that pop up to discourage you from leaving the ad because you will loose some prize that dosen’t exist.

Used to be a fun game
This game used to be fun for me, but after opening it back up after a while of not playing, it forced me to start completely over from the beginning despite my Apple and Game Center accounts being connected to the game. Customer support did not help at all. I’ve deleted the game since I have lost everything including stuff I paid real money for. Don’t waste your time on this game.
I got screwed
I just opened up my Beauty and the Beast chest for my goal and my phone froze. When I logged back in it said it was selected but I got nothing from it. I’m so ticked about this. This is not fair and I have spent allot of money on this game. I was really looking forward to this Chest. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I updated my game and now it won’t load in the sound goes off after I watch an add it started yesterday I hope you will fix this you don’t let a us report a problem if something ting is wrong with the game you only let us report if we want a refund on anything else I have an issue with the sound my sound is high and it turns off after I watch an add it never did that before now it won’t give prize after I watch the add please fix it I uninstalled my game and I lost what I had now it’s making me start over and I have to buy stuff I already purchased and you’re making me spend more money
Rip off
I have loved this game for years. I will spend money because I enjoy the game. This latest event I’ve spent $30 to get McQueen ( they say guaranteed 1 epic or better ). Every chest I received only a food stand or a flag stand. Nothing epic about that!! Very disappointed will now be deleting a game I always loved playing and didn’t mind spending money on it.
Lost all progress
I recently got a new phone. I had to undownload the game on my old phone due to space and when I tried recover my old account where I paid so much money on the game it had me logged into my Apple and gameloft account but cleared all of my progress and doesn’t let me recover anything I previously had or paid for. I’m disappointed because I’d gotten so far.

Not only are the developers greedy, but they allow ads that blare loudly and will override what I’m listening to.
Lost during update
The game was fun until latest update and I lost progress and items and set back 3 days. So unfair and they do nothing about it. All the hard work progress and lost like that. New character almost unlocked now not even unlocked. So many items lost and rewards yes I can redo but I can’t finish new character in time left and so disappointed and sad Now no answer from them to resolve it. If they fix it I will change this review but they have done nothing
