Frustrating
This game I’ve played for years and now you have too many ads and they stick or crash making it impossible to play maybe go back to original format and see if it corrects the problem and issue, now this games constantly shuts off and I have to reload, no one seems to want to fix the problem, I have used multiple formats and the same thing happens there too. I’m ready to just delete the game and go elsewhere, where the problem is taken seriously and they actually listen so I can play with no problems

To play the game without ads interrupting you every time you finish a quest you must buy a character or premium currency. The lowest priced item is $1.99. These are not just a short pop ups that you can close, no, it is a full ad that is over 10 seconds. It’s unplayable without buying something.

Can’t expand
I wish I could expand my kingdom. I repeatedly have been told keep playing in order to expand but nothing has happened in YEARS!!!!! I’m feeling like I’m wasting my time and money. If I knew this I’d have not started playing it.
The Ads!
I downloaded this app last night to help fill the void left after Disney Battle Mode shut down. I enjoyed it through the tutorial, but once I got past that, every time I completed a character’s task, I’d be sidetracked to an ad.
This morning, I completed my first spell from Merlin, the an Ad. Once done, I completed a task Mickey had to advance the story line, then Ad. Once, done, Woody had a side quest that I clicked to end, then Ad. On and on through each character I have currently unlocked was followed up by an Ad. In all, played for about 5 minutes when I woke up this morning, and 3 of those minutes were ads.
I understand this is a free game, and because of that, ads are used to help keep the game profitable. But the balance between game play and watching ads seems off with this game. I’m not saying that ads should be removed, but I think that the frequency at which they show up needs to be tweaked so it’s not so frequent

Lots of issues
I was a day 1 player and I’ve weathered a lot of storms with this game but whatever they’ve done with the ads is too much. Instead of a straightforward ad watch it shows you half a video with a countdown timer and then stops, requires an action and then a second ad plays. Most of the time after the second ad it freezes and I have to reset the game and I don’t get the reward even if it says reward granted. I’ll do this 2-3 times and then it’ll say no more ads available but never get any of the rewards. I wouldn’t care that much except they’ve made ad watching part of the required daily, weekly and event tasks.
Lost All Progress
I am assuming this is caused by a recent update and I am not too happy with it. All the progress that I had on this game and for me to open it and to be back to level 1 again and nothing was saved on my account whenever I know it was because I have switched to new phones in the past and when going to the new phone, my progress was still there. This is very upsetting. If I could no stars I would.
No good
I spent HUNDREDS of dollars on diamonds and the special perks of the event. I got logged out one day and lost everything. I tried to email support and never heard anything back. What a scam. Save your time.
How do you make a Disney game that is not appropriate for young children?
This game used to be for ages 4 and up, Now they say it’s 9 and up. Why Disney would allow a game with their name on it to be converted to no longer be appropriate for ages four through eight is beyond me! It is too big and has lost its way.

This game is fun yes but in the last 5 or more years you almost have to take out 2~3 or whatever mortgage just to play this game. It’s no longer any fun
Cleared my account
My account was restarted and I’m even logged into two different cloud accounts to prevent this from happening. Based on other reviews, it’s happened to other players who started playing years ago. I wouldn’t recommend starting this if you’re new.
Pay to win
You clearly have to keep paying to actually play not even “win” lol there aren’t enough gems to function without spending some money and you’ll blow through gems like nothing because anything that does anything requires them. So you pay people to review your games right? Because this is not a 5 star game.
Needs to change
I love the game but hate how it’s so hard to expand and you cant have all the characters out at one time. They need to make it easier to expand and make where you can have everyone out at one time. If it doesn’t change I probably would stop playing

I was far in the game
I was far in this game now I lost everything out of nowhere. The game wouldn’t load so I deleted and redownloaded the game again and now the game made me start all over again I saved my progress on the game and everything.
Ads are killing the game!
I just started the game, and about 30 minutes into it I started getting ads constantly popping up and freezing up the game when it ends. It is making the game impossible to play.

Poorly designed money grab
This used to be a fun little game for Disney fans, but more and more it’s become a crash-prone money grab. It’s always lacked some of the basics found in other games, like a way to log in when launching (instead it forces you to start playing at level 0, go thru the entire tutorial, and THEN try and connect to your account thru Gameloft) or a way to redownload purchased items (instead you must open a ticket with customer service, wait days for a generic response, and then try again to try and get your purchase back). Lately, the game has gotten so glitchy that it’s unplayable.
Edited to add that I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times for help. Responses are most often not relevant to the actual problem or non-existent. “Fixes” that have been offered don’t actually fix the game glitches or purchases lost.

Tower Challenge Issue
I have been playing this game for years and have not had any issues. I am having an issue with the current Tower event and cannot get anyone to help me! I’m stuck on chapter 2 and cannot go back!!! I’m told the issue is fixed but it clearly is not. I paid for the season pass and am very frustrated!!! Please help!!
Meh game way too many ads
Literally a ad every 3 seconds I started the game likeing it but now I can’t do anything without ads. Had to delete the game “developer” responds to these things saying “they’re working on it” but it’s clearly a ai response in hope you spend more money. Let me be clear I downloaded this because I had it as a kid now it’s so bad with the ads

I would love too play this game however..regarding lore
Dont get me wrong i love the idea of this but why add curses and stuff that seems demonic? if there was a option too skip that whole scene that would be nice and too filter certain things since my cousins freak out and get scared and i dont feel comfortable letting them play or me download it with what it has inside the game.
Forced to watch way too many ads that are getting longer in duration
There are way too many ads users are forced to watch to achieve tasks. Also the length of the ads keeps growing. On average a player wastes 6-7 minutes PER DAY on them.
It is fun but…
I’m not one to usually write reviews but I had so much hope for this game. It is fun to learn the story and slowly progress, but it’s not fun when it almost feels nearly impossible to go through the events without having to spend 15+ dollars. I don’t want to spend my money. I just want to enjoy a game, but I also don’t want to spend pretty much the whole event time to get one character and then expect me to spend 500 gems to be able to do the very next task. That is crazy. It feels money hungry.
Forced pop up ads??
This game has potential, but honestly is ridiculously frustrating. You have to level up each individual character and then you run out of items ridiculously quickly for some reason. All of the characters are significantly larger than they should be., the animation style kind of freak freaks me out, and why would you have pop-up ads when they’re literally is a system where you can ask the user to get gems for watching an ad?? why would you force pop-up ads in your own game?? it literally made me delete the app it’s so frustrating. Some characters you can get from level up, but the level of Is very high, some characters you won’t be able to unlock for months and months, and you can’t even unlock unless you pay for it.

But now I see multiple AI ads that are inappropriate. A app that claims it’s safe for four and up. (4+) so why would they need to see news articles with abundant amounts of ads or every refresh you have to tell coppa you don’t want this ad to collect my data? Ads that are almost a minute long. And about ai investments, slots, black doctor, Ipsy, and fungi doctor treatment in peoples skin. Also ads like drawing that pop up to discourage you from leaving the ad because you will loose some prize that dosen’t exist.

Used to be a fun game
This game used to be fun for me, but after opening it back up after a while of not playing, it forced me to start completely over from the beginning despite my Apple and Game Center accounts being connected to the game. Customer support did not help at all. I’ve deleted the game since I have lost everything including stuff I paid real money for. Don’t waste your time on this game.
I got screwed
I just opened up my Beauty and the Beast chest for my goal and my phone froze. When I logged back in it said it was selected but I got nothing from it. I’m so ticked about this. This is not fair and I have spent allot of money on this game. I was really looking forward to this Chest. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
