What do you get to keep if Disney decides to cancel the whole thing?

Everything was fine until they asked for my information like (address, phone number and social security number) I don’t trust this app anymore.

Got this app since Disney+ is offering free pins as rewards - you have to pay for everything- and trying to unlock other pins it wants me to provide my social security number?! Do people actually do this? Paying $10+ for an imaginary pin and then entering my social?

It absolutely fries my phone makes it freeze and won’t load any keys just freezes and restarts my phone
What’s the point?
I downloaded the app thinking it’d be a fun way of posting pins I’ve already had. I quickly realized that this was not it and nothing was free. Why would I spend real money on something I’ll never get to hold.

Digital for $$$$?
I found this app through an ad on Facebook. I was excited and interested to collect pins for fun. When I officially got on, I noticed EVERYTHING cost money. I was hoping for something like the trading cards for Disney where you open a free pack and get a few for fun and the option to buy more of something later. This is not that. I’d rather just go buy actual pins in the store.

Don’t waste your time. Freezes everytime you access the account portion. Very disappointing app
Doesn’t load
Most of the time it just gets stuck on loading, can’t see the shop or any of your collections.
Expensive, poorly executed.
These are digital pins. No, you don’t get a physical copy, but yes, they expect you to spend the same price as a real pin for the digital portfolio. Maybe if they were cheaper, like $1-5, or had the capacity to be traded and sold at ANY time, but you can only sell at set times and events. Really lame. I doubt the market will be great for these, so the app is only good if you have an excess of money you’d like to dump into non-physical items and have an itch for gambling or collectibles.

App doesn’t work, crash while trying to login. First time using it. Deleted twice and doesn’t work. iOS updated and etc.
Not happy
Disney + gave me a code where I’m supposed to get early access. I downloaded the app and signed up and there is no place to put in a code. I have to make a $6 purchase to use a free code from Disney +. That’s stupid! What’s the point in offering free codes if I have to pay to even be able to use it!
Worst app ever
I couldn’t get in to see pins I want until I had to buy not just one pin I didn’t want but 4! I don’t want to pay 50$ for pins I don’t even want!
Do Not Buy - No Way to Sell/Trade
Many collectors of this app have been expecting a Marketplace for almost a year now. The starter set came with a message that read, “This digital pin will remain untradable and unsellable until November 5th, 2024”. It is now November 7th and there are no ways to trade or sell the pins. Dapper just keeps on selling and selling, and are not living up to their word.
Can’t trade in app
One of the main functions of the app is being able to trade the pins. I have submitted no less than three service questions over a month and all I get back is that they are working on it. No more patience
Would be good if it worked.
When I downloaded Disney pinnacle I was excited to be able to collect digital Disney pins as well as real ones. After I signed up I then had to wait over 3 months to be approved and able to join. Then once I finally was able to join it kept not letting me sign in. It had an error message pop up saying “authentication error” as well as an email saying my account has been blocked for suspicious activity, even when I unblocked it I was still not able to sign in. Very disappointing. 😢
Typical Crypto Ponzi scheme
No limited edition pins in the store yet people have them. If you’re getting in now you’re late and you will hold the bag.

So they released limited pins, $49.95 for a mystery pod, random pin (odds are shown which is nice). Super slow selling, maybe should have set a time limit as well as the cap to drive exclusivity harder. You have to wait in a queue of 1 (just you) still makes you wait for some reason... guessing they were anticipating way better demand.

If you want to use , you must open new account in other website which is not approved by apple

Don’t forget password
Reset option on app doesn’t work. Then they lock your account and no email. Looks like they are trying to steal your investment. Watch out.
Cool app for pins but….
I’ve only had this app for 2 days yes the pins look cool and you can set your pin book and trade how you would in the parks however I have an issue.
There needs to be more FREE PINS !!!!! Not everyone can buy the pin sets they display and the ones that are opened after a certain amount of keys are reached they are short supply as well so first come first serve. I get it the app needs the funding but can’t they come up where they can get a free pin every day or something along those lines so people who can’t afford can also have fun with the pins as well please.

Confusion
As a pin collector myself, I was excited about the prospect of digital pins. After being in the waiting list, I joined just to find out the pins cost money. A decent amount too. These are not physical pins, so without a stock market or sell market they mean nothing. Great look, clean art on the digital pins. But they’re digital, and thusly your buying a bunch of Disney NFTs. Again I collect pins, but to charge to make pretend collect pins is wild. Just a personal let down
