Don’t download! App times out and you’ll lose dining card balance
I purchased a dining card and followed instructions to order on the app. Upon inputting the dining card info, the order timed out but I still get charged. The restaurant confirmed that the mobile order never went through, yet I will still charged. 4 cast members and a dining card customer service call later, they cannot do anything about it. I’ll be disputing the charge under my bank.

Disneyland just can’t stop jacking up the prices on their annual passes year over year. What’s the goal, to make the place as unaffordable as possible? The Genie + pass is also a scam as the best rides sell out quickly and are not guaranteed.
Do not want the disabled
Disney sends a very clear message that they do not want the disabled in the park. The process to even apply for accommodation is extraordinarily stressful and you can be approved multiple times to then be denied. They are upfront that they will separate families as a means of accommodation making disabled people feel even more isolated and like burdens.
App is not user friendly as universal
The wait line info should have a filter to see just wait time and not lightening lane. Also should have a filter to separate out shows and attractions. Take a look at universal’s app. It’s more user friendly to track wait time for attractions

Don’t offer 2:00 PM ride reservations and when you purchase the fast pass, it’s 10 PM!!!
This is my third year in a row with the top passes, but I’m seriously considering not engaging for next year!!

Ruins the Experience
The phone-ification of Disneyland ruins the point of Disneyland, which is escapism into a curated, physically realized fantasy world. Also, it overcomplicates everything that should and could be intuitive. Things should be seamless and joyful for the customer. At a certain point, brand withdrawals in the name of “efficiency” and profit will dilute the brand at the Disney brand’s longterm peril.

Not so happy place
I tried to upgrade our tickets to multipass. When I try to do it, the links are grayed out or the next page is grayed out. I put in a request ticket for Help. They sent me instructions to go to the same page where I can’t access anything.

I tried many times to purchase tickets online, but the website kept shutting down, or my card would not go through. I tried both debit and credit cards, but neither was accepted. As a result, I had to stand in a long line for almost two hours just to get my tickets. The app really sucks.

Every time I open the app they ask for a rating so now I give them one star every time I open the app.

Been trying to purchase ticket for 4 hours. Downloaded app and tried website- both have same error messsge. Was told via phone that no one can assist with same day tickets.

Here’s the racket - everything in the park uses this app, but it’s power hungry af and drains your battery constantly. So then for $40 they rent you a portable battery whose only purpose is to keep your phone alive so you can keep using the app they make you use. 🙄

There are a few things more annoying than getting asked t to write an app when you’ve only just started using it.
Ridiculous
Not letting me login to my account. Keeps saying no internet connection. You want people to visit the park but to do so you have to make park reservations via the app. Think I’ll take my money and go to the parks in Orlando less stress less hassle and no park reservations.

This app never works for me. Even in the park it won’t work and Disney employees can’t make it work. Very frustrating.
Rides break down a ton waist your time
Waited an hour to get on space mountain for them to kick us all out of line because it broke down no fast lane comps or anything!
Mobile ordering ruins food experience
The days of actually being able to order a quick snack are gone. Bengal bbq and dole whip are glacially slow now due to mobile ordering
