Through an app nightmare quagmire, I can now purchase park tickets. But why would I buy tickets if I don’t know if I can make a park reservation for the dates I want, why would I buy tickets?? If it doesn’t make sense, why would I want to go there and not be able to use my tickets??? How can I possibly book airline tickets, hotel reservations and reserve a rental car if I can’t for sure buy tickets and make a park reservation for the dates I need?? I am sooooo FRUSTRATED! 😬😬

You can smell the corporate committee in every high profile useless banner and hidden critical function. Also the corpo-speak in having every feature or function named in the least helpful way possible. Lightning Lane, Lightning Lane+, Virtual Line, Magic Band, Magic Pass, Magic Key…
Basically, this is a zombie app kept animated by the dark magic of the Disney Parks. By making it nearly required for Park

The chat is useless if no one answers. It’s been 4 days and no answer to my question.
Misleading Ticket Purchase Process
There was a sign at the ticket line directing guests to purchase tickets through the app. We followed the instructions, only to find that tickets were sold out. In the end, we still had to purchase tickets in person, which wasted valuable time and created unnecessary frustration, especially with little kids.

Mobile order doesn’t work and no one knows how to fix it
Apps ruined the experience for food.
The apps ruined the food experience at the park. The lines are longer because half of the space is taken up by mobile orders pick up. When you try to order mobile pick up it’s usually an hour out for pick up.. the restaurants are always booked up and we had a better experience at the park prior to 2020.

This is the dumbest process I’ve ever seen. I just want to buy three tickets for my family for a certain day at Disneyland. I’ve been at this two or three hours leaning heavily on ChatGPT to decode all of the extremely confusing information. Your terms, your nomenclature does not match your directions do not match. The instructions that you give do not match what to do. Disneyland makes enough money to create system systems that normal people can understand. It’s like you have to be really willing to learn a lot of new things in order to buy a ticket to Disneyland. Seriously you guys….

It took me TEN times for the app to register I connected bluetooth, and when I tried to login, IT LOADED FOR THIRTY MINUTES

We tried to purchase tickets online. It showed that there was availability we thought maybe it was just something wrong with the system so we came down to Disneyland and now everything is closed at the gate and we can’t purchase tickets so we wasted time coming down here
Small world
We went on small world first ride. I use a walker. They docked us on the opposite side and said we’ll if you have that wheelchair or walker you have to step through on the boat over there. Mind you it was step down. Across and back up. To get out. If I could do that I wouldn’t need a walker. Needless to say it’s our first of four days and o am in pain that is no was to treat and Ada person.
Confusing for Cruise Use
The need to navigate between different apps and the website, and to sign-in multiple times, is confusing. Some of the links take you in circles. Chat support to answer questions is rarely available.

Horrendous magic band problems
Tried repeatedly to change my magic band from one park to another and it’s literally impossible. None of the instructions listed help it go through to the next park totally frustrating.

Every time I log into the app and need to update, change, or make a reservation my screen goes into a load screen for eons. I love the big thunder mountain, but I do not want to wait to see if I can visit forever and a day only to get more errors.

Ticket Purchase
I tried to purchase Disneyland tickets using Disney gift cards. The site recognized my gift card but every time I got to the last step it said there was an error and to try again later. Also, I have a few gift cards but I was only allowed to try one and the balance had to be paid with a credit or debit card. It wouldn’t let me add another gift card. I tried over and over and still couldn’t make the purchase. Also, I wanted to buy three regular one day tickets and one park hopper ticket but I couldn’t see how to do that without buying the three and then doing it all over again to buy the one.

All jokes aside they go way to deep in personal stuff like address, date of birth, phone number, state and the state zip code or whatever that’s called plus food is over priced and cali adventure has almost no shade (dated 4/20/2026) also a trinket should not be 15 to 20 $ some time more

With the update, all my plans disappeared and apparently I have to re link them? I miss seeing the week at one time instead having to go to each day.

Disneyland sucks not the happiest place on earth
Disneyland is nowhere near what it used to be. Everything is on the app. It’s not the happiest place on earth. The people that work here are rude. My 83-year-old mother was told she could sit down and watch the parade I think that’s and then some worker came up so rude and told her that she had to stand up. It’s like nobody cares everybody’s rude. We walk up to a restaurant. There’s two people just standing there and making my daughter go on the app what has happened? What has happened to Disneyland my last time!

Purchased 3 Day Disneyland passes but for whatever reason it refuses to show me my tickets even though I have a confirmation number from the purchase and everything.
