What a scam
Zomato should stick to delivering food. The app barely works, pathetic ticketing experience, all of this when they would avidly scam people on their platform by attracting them in the guise of offers, and then crashing their own app. Absolute joke of a service.
HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTING
They do not respect customers, they gave me advanced payment option and never any notifications about my ticket status. No emails or notifications at all. And they took my 3000 rupees, scammers. Deleted my account dont trust them
Friday 10rs Scam
The app doesnt allow u to book tickets during this offer “so called marketing gimmick” .
Don’t bother downloading
Downloaded this app just to make a restaurant reservation. Made the reservation - got a screenshot saying it was processed, amount gets changed to my credit card. 3 days later app support calls to let me know that the reservation processed was a glitch and I don’t actually have the reservation. Saying not to worry the amount charged will be refunded within 7 days is the icing on the cake. Should I be grateful that you’re not charging me 24k for a non existent service? Needless to say the app is getting deleted.
Hopeless restaurant
Very disappointing and unfortunate experience at Daily rituals dining restaurant we had to wait for 1 hour at valet parking for our car and it was run 18 kms extra for valet parking I request people not to visit this restaurant
Not good
Last year I tried multiple times to purchase ticket on this platform and it didn’t allow me. Not possible to buy with USA cc!!
