★★★★★ "$100 for subscribers. I thought this would be a useful way to pay off my debt. It didn’t list the cards I wanted to pay off and therefore I canceled my account the same day. A week later they charged me $93.14 for a service I didn’t use and canceled same day. It…" - soph.mill1881

No trial, immediate subscription
What’s the point if I can’t see the effectiveness of the app if there’s not even a small trial period or anything? I would be more willing to subscribe if I could see if it actually works the way I’m hoping it does. Would appreciate if it showed the subscription portion at the VERY beginning before people make accounts so they don’t waste their time if they’re unaware it requires a subscription with no trial.
Not Free, and this onboarding process is awful
If you aim to pay $500 off your debt each month, you’ll be paying $29 a month after fees and the subscription cost. Just put that money towards your debt, you’ll be better off. On onboarding: I’m a patient person, I don’t mind long onboardings when it makes sense and the end result is worthwhile. I’ve logged into Plaid and my bank accounts over 20 times, including 2FA, and I am on step 3. Most apps will just require a single Plaid connection. Very, very poor engineering
Why Not Offer a Free Version? Keep the App Experience Clean
Hey, cool idea, but I wanted to share some feedback from a developer’s perspective. I don’t understand why the app forces users into a subscription right from the start. While I get that you might rely on premium services (like AI integrations or Plaid), why not adopt a freemium model?
It would be great to allow users to explore the app first, even in a limited capacity, to see if it meets their needs before committing to a subscription. For example, you could offer a demo mode to showcase features, like what the Copilot financial app does. Alternatively, you could allow access to basic features to encourage users to explore and feel confident about subscribing. Even offering a 1-2 month free trial could help users experience the app’s benefits without feeling locked out from the start.
Overall, I think it’s a good concept, and I appreciate the innovation. However, the onboarding experience feels a bit restrictive with the current paywall. Giving users a chance to see the app in action before subscribing could go a long way in building trust and improving user experience. Best of luck with the app, and I hope you continue growing and expanding to other countries!
Thanks for your hard work!

Can’t link my bank
Bummer that I can’t use this app because PNC can’t link with Plaid.
Seems like the developers ditched their own app.
Unable to add accounts, they advertise a trial but immediately charge you, support was unresponsive.
Can’t select my country’s number.
I am trying everything, but I still can’t select the country I live in.
$100 for subscribers
I thought this would be a useful way to pay off my debt. It didn’t list the cards I wanted to pay off and therefore I canceled my account the same day. A week later they charged me $93.14 for a service I didn’t use and canceled same day. It’s a little steep for people trying to pay off debt I think. Also make sure to cancel in the app and online AND in your Apple subscription or they’ll still charge you.
Great app but expensive
Very beneficial app but for $10 a month I can easily just scheduled auto payments myself
