Are you kidding me?
Spent $400 on this camera and a case so I could document diving on a brief trip to Micronesia. Got in the water and had it telling me to scan a QR code before I could use the camera. Are you kidding me? I need to scan a QR and download an app to use a camera? Absolutely horrible and ridiculous, I will be seeking a refund. Should not have to have a quantum computer and a data center to record a video on the camera that I bought, charged, and formatted an SD card in.

I been trying to log in after I made my account is impossible and no help support either
No choice
DJI Hijacked my files and duplicates and saved versions on phone and iCloud without my consent or selection. Cannot delete all info or turn off "app background" refresh. Frustratingly disappointed. There should be no reason that DJI Mimo is selected as the only default app choice to open music files. I don't want my local files linked to DJI Mimo.
Privacy compromised
This behemoth app presents a lot of privacy issues. And you can’t even use the DJI camera without it. It collects and transmits a lot of sensitive data for no legitimate reason. On top of that the interface is not well thought out. Menus are not ordered logically. And the app is very bulky and heavy running.
I hate using this app.
It would get majority things right but not the most important thing. I got the gimbal and the audio equipment and it will only show gain levels only when you use Bluetooth to the mic and not using the transmitter. And it’s very difficult trying to find a solution for this issue.
The app focuses on what they can sell to you instead of helping use the product. Yes it has tutorials but that’s for very green users.

They alway give bad video when I dowload , the video have big wrong , it’s slow and have wrong voice
What’s the point of this app if I can’t use my dji osmo pocket
I got my osmo pocket a few years back only got to use it once then the screen went black n never used it after that everything works but the screen but i tried a few times on the app n nothing
App says memory full
I have well over 20gb available on my phone to download a 1gb video and it says storage full.
Freezing & crashing on iPad M2 Pro
The app is so close to a great tool, if it only worked. Wired connection is unusable, yet how else to work with hundreds of large video files? It’s such a shame for an app showing incredible potential. I am otherwise a huge fan of DJI and their color rendering is truly amazing!
Not Ideal
Most of the time it takes 30+ minutes to just get it to pair and half the time I just give up and don’t end up using it. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
Download
When I click download from the device preview after I’ve added the filter edits. It asks if I want to safe it with the glamour effects or original and when I click WITH GLAMOUR EFFECTS it still downloads raw.
Sucks
The app sucks for editing, all I try to do is get the clips off the camera, color grade then trim the clips but I can’t even do that! Constantly keeps crashing..
