Generative AI is problematic for many reasons, one of them being for its environmental damage. Because it requires so many resources, generative AI is environmentally AND financially unsustainable.

For CDL Class A General knowledge, best to go to a trucking school to depend on reviews instead of using this app. Look for schools with an extensive reputations like wptruckschool since 1977

1) When you try to connect to an instructor, the messages do not appear in a chat. So you simply stare at an empty chat.
2) I am a Washington resident but some questions pertained to California for some reason so watch out for that

This app does not tell you that you have to pay a fee to do half of the things this app could be better if you didn’t have to pay
Paywall
The DMV literally gives you all of the lessons in this for free in pdf form. Why would i pay for this?
Sucks
You can only take two tests and get your test results without premium or whatever and I believe the free trial only consists of three days. The other free tests you can take do not give you your test results.

Needs Better Development
Within the app if you click on the button that says I’m not enjoying this App - you go to an email to support so you can tell them what you think is wrong. In this case, after paying for the subscription I find that Test 1 and Test 2 are identical in the test question pool, only in a different order. Really? What is it with these CDL Apps? Just garbage.
