Cela me dit aussi que vous ne vous souciez vraiment pas des patients, je vais mettre cela sur l'App Store pour que le monde puisse voir, plus je pense qu'il est nécessaire de contacter les agences gouvernementales impliquées et de poursuivre une poursuite judiciaire peut-être parce que votre incompétence empêche les gens dans certains cas de recevoir des soins médicaux parce que certains médecins ne prendront pas de réservation sauf par Doctolib si utiliser bonne chance
App can’t SMS my US number
I’m traveling in France, roaming on T-Mobile, and the app can’t seem to send me an SMS or call me to validate my phone number. It insists on using my cell phone rather than my email. Other international apps are able to SMS me - Uber, Door Dash, Netflix, my bank… but not Doctolib. I tried contacting Doctolib to see what I could do, but before letting me send a communication, it wanted to… validate my phone by sending me an SMS!

Terminverschiebung Unmöglich
Ich habe einen Termin verschoben, hatte aber derzeit einen anderen, und es hat nichts gesagt, keine Warnung. Dann habe ich das bemerkt und versucht den Termin noch Mal zu verschieben, aber jetzt sagt es "du hast schon einen Termin in diesem Zeitraum," obwohl das nicht stimmt. Und natürlich gibt es keine Hilfe, wo man einen Mensch erreichen kann

Impossible de trouver un docteur dans le bon pays
Problème classique de certaines appli internationales où le contenue d’un pays n’est pas disponible pour les utilisateurs d’un autre pays. En l’occurence je cherche un docteur en Allemagne, mais l’appli m’offre des résultats seulement en France. Aucune option pour changer le pays de recherche, rendant l’appli 100% inutile.

App is all in Deutsch, no option for language change. Have to go to the webpage and translate. It’s a pain as some options do not translate.

I needed an COVID test so goddamn bad to make a flight and I couldn’t read anything on the app because they don’t have any English which is ridiculous so I had to ask random people until someone who spoke French decided to help me

App is used for Covid testing to travel. It is crazy to think no other languages exist. France makes everyone use this site or app to book appointments but it is not helpful to tourist who speak a foreign language. English is a widely known language so I’m not understanding why no option for English as I’m struggling to make sure my appointments went through.

Only downloads in French, but they say app is available in English. Moreover, Doctolib should not purport in any way to be for people without French phone numbers. They need to make that clear, because their website, for me, has been repugnant garbage.

Not having English is just plain primitive. Are you not aware there are non German or French speakers living in Europe?
allows misleading information
I was able to find a therapist off this app, hence the two stars. But it’s a frustrating experience. Doctors are allowed to falsely state themselves in search filters as taking public health insurance when they only take private. Despite this being reported multiple times, Doctolib claims it’s not their responsibility for wrong information being posted on their app/website despite being the only booking place for several doctors. They also allow doctors with shady qualifications. The offerings listed for appointments is always too small/too little and there seems to be no quality monitoring or proper reporting system, leading to some practioners trying to scam new patients (usually immigrants) while Doctolib looks the other way. Book through your health insurance instead, it will save you the time and drama

It was great
Recently it has been extremely glitchy and won’t leave me logged in which is very annoying. The last two weeks, I can’t log on at all anymore though the app. I’m not sure what’s going on-it use to be such a great tool.
