Doesn’t allow to open local files
I was not able to figure out how to open a file from Downloads folder. Browse menu loaded some adult dating site.
Advertising has no place in an error message
An error message when a document link failed immediately took me to an advertisement for some AI service app for me to purchase. Is this a hidden message that my missing link is intentionally disabled to give my attention to an advertisement?
Why all the pop up ads ?
Use to be good until all of the pop up ads.

i’ve used this app for many years and can’t believe I can’t even get into my documents without going through advertisement. I won’t be using this app any longer.

Suddenly plays advertising with sound. Won’t run this app because of that annoying feature.

I don’t normally write reviews but i spent hours writing a paper only to fall asleep and wake up to literally nothing on an empty document. There’s nothing I hate more than when companies steal my time like it’s worthless. Don’t waste your time, switch to Linux and libra if you value yourself at all.
I use to love this app
This app used to be my favorite app, but now it does not work. I try to upload a document in the app just crashes and closes out. Such a bummer.
Ads on my phone???
I am trying to open a document that I need to send urgently to my insurance. This is on my phone. MY phone, my document. And how in the world it is popping up an ad for a scanner that I dont want and no matter what I do, the ad doesnt leave the screen and I cannot access my doxument at all! There is no option to close it and i even chose “install” just to get rid of it, it still wont go away! I dont need to scan anything. I just need to s nd a pdf file to the inaurance and now i cannot access it because of the ads!! Since when we have ada on our phones to open our phone hard drive?? This is outrageous and abusive. More and more I want to remove myself from the grid but unfortunately the world doesnt allow it. Lots of companies only offer the app to interact with them. Basically if you dont want a smart phone you cannot funcion in the current world. These companies are horrible and abusive invading our life and privacy and giving us no way out.

I have started going back to the past and have only hard copies on paper of everything. They have the control over my phone apparently and the files I have saved in it.
So thia Documents app is now useless. Because of a stupid ad blocking access to my files.

Doesn’t work
I have had this APP for a long time. It never worked. It won’t open anything without going through some other program first. I see no use for this program.

Open app, ad appears with no option to close ad. Can’t even get to content.

I put docx file in the shared folder and opened the file. Wasn’t able to edit anything in the text.
I opened the docx file in this app via email, still no option to edit, double click zoomed in. Long click selected the word and no option to edit.

App has become unusable due to ads. On open the ad instantly pops up and cannot close it on 16 pro max. No options to close the ad no matter what you try so everything is locked behind the ad.

It seems the App writers felt I’d never want to see any other. - And I understand that free Apps will have ads, but I get pop ups that I can’t Exit from. The only option is to “get“ it. App writers seem to believe that we normal people want to load our phones with More Apps, just like they do. It’s like some people who want a million Friends on their Social Media. (I used to Hire & Fire software writers, they are a true Variant!) (not normal)
Needs lots of work. Hard to navigate.

Whenever I try to open this app, ads take over my screen. SavySoda has sold out, big time. I prefer to use the "Files" app. No muss, no fuss! SavySoda: fix this-or else I will delete it!

I’m giving 2 stars because I haven’t had the chance to use and explore this app yet before being promoted to give a review which I find irritating and potentially a red flag as I haven’t even had the app open for more then 15 seconds.. on that note once I’ve had a chance to review and use this app I will be changing this review.. ps u should set at least a 72 hour usage timer before prompting a review request

Sounds ads aggravating
About a month or so ago, the ads started popping up more frequently. They used to occur when navigating away from the app, but then they started occurring while in the app and typing, which was very disruptive, especially since you would inevitably tap on the ad and get taken to the App Store. Then in the last week or so, the ads will not disappear until they are played out entirely AND they are sound ads, so I cannot use the app during a meeting, or it becomes disruptive. These changes are becoming deal breakers for this app.
