Need this app/product monthly? Fantastic! It works okay and does what it advertises. Only need a few signatures one time but don’t need it again? Then you’re the customer they really want! They’ve done everything in their power to make it as hard as possible for you to cancel your subscription. You’ll just keep getting charged monthly without any warning until you permanently delete your account. And yes, they absolutely know what they’re doing
FORCED APP USE & FORCED PASSWORD CHANGE
There should be no reason that I can complete the whole process on a web browser. They force you to get the app to finish sending you envelope. On top of that it forced me to change my password even though I just used it to sign in to the web page. If you’re gonna force people to use the app don’t force people to change there password. There’s obviously a back end issue that needs to be fixed.

Failure to Save Progress
Although it gets the job done, i dont recommend this for forms of multiple pages as im unable to save any progress and any errors in loading pages cause the loss of all progress and a waste of time.
Seems like a terrible app
Maybe it’s just me, but this app seems unmanageable. I’m not sure why everyone else loves it so much. Maybe the desktop version or website is a lot more efficient and intuitive, but the app is absolutely not. There’s nothing intuitive about the iOS version of DocuSign, and it seems glitchy on top of that. How a platform with a modular interface can actually function decently with no undo button or maneuverable capabilities is beyond me. And I really don’t get why others are able to use it so well. Again, maybe it’s just me who’s falling short, but right now it definitely doesn’t seem that way.
What on earth….
I just want to sign a document. What is with your online website. These envelopes and customizations and categories and the fact that the doc has to be sent! Why!
Not user friendly
It is too difficult to add/remove text boxes where you need them.
Server error message
Even though I pay for subscription, it keeps giving me error message 5 to 10 times each time. I’m trying to sign anything.
Not very useful
The functionality is poor and limited at best. I now prefer to do the work of printing and collecting signatures personally. Maybe a a fun thing to play around with but I would not trust this poor function in a moment of necessity.
Not working
Check mark is not working once I’m done signing it, the check mark box disappears and can’t see it in the end signed document. Keeps asking me to sign in when I am already signed it giving me the option to sign out.

All this is another piece at advertising to make momey Third 666! is a problem tried for hours to get the contract tried to get the information to sign but did not work there is a gimmick connector in a box to sign only gimmick profuct
