Game won’t play now
I loved this game but now it won’t let me play. I click the green arrow to play and now it doesn’t do anything but freeze on the start page. The app is up to date and I don’t want to uninstall and lose my progress. So that sucks a lot
Rigged and beyond frustrating
This game would be awesome if it wasn't rigged to force you to spend your money over and over again to get anywhere in this game. It is all based on luck not skill and they control the tiles. You can have six tiles left to flip and only one tile to finish the level and they will not give you the proper tile. This happens over and over and over again. I would love to continue to play this game but after getting to level 853 I'm done!!!!
Customer service is lacking
I started this game, loved it until last week, now I cannot get past the loading screen and customer service has been absolutely terrible. They do not respond nor try to resolve the issue. It’s been 4 days with nothing.
BEWARE!!!!!! Rip off!
No matter what your strategy, it will always rig the game in order to make the coin cost of continuing a round too costly to finish and force you to pay, or give up all your resources and benefits. Not to mention all goals set in the game medium and long term are all but unattainable unless you purchase coins or packages in the app. Steer clear of this game. Not worth it any way you slice it.
Great and fun game to play
Awesome game….however you will never have a fortune with this game. You have to pay to play, never have enough winnings to keep playing for free. Even if you pay the 100.00 fee for more coins they will be depleted within a few hours. Sorry people love the game it just is way too expensive to enjoy. J.W. Raleigh N C
Horrible Customer Service & Purchase
Customer service seems to be non-existence. I have made 2 $9.99 + Tax bundle purchases, I never received my purchased bundle in the game. I contacted customer service every few hours & even submitted the screenshots, receipt number & all necessary information as they asked & I never got a response. I wouldn’t recommend making any in-game purchases

Game play is horrible. Although you make progress, the more progress you make the more the game wants you to spend. You make it too far, and you start realizing that your moves become limited. Also, the more coins you obtain be prepared to lose during games. The game is geared towards wanting you to spend money on their coin packs. It becomes frustrating after a while, especially when it takes you a while to accumulate the coins. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Prob just gonna delete this game at this point. Customer service is terrible, refusing to refund me the money I spent or give me the reward I had earned. Nothing but headaches with the back and forth excuses and now the glitches in the top bar with rewards. I really did like the game but I don’t appreciate being ripped off and given no real answers 🙄

Okay but expensive
Look I’ll start with the good. Nice graphics and cute characters that make you chuckle occasionally. Gameplay is straightforward, but let’s face it there isn’t much to this sort of game. However the fee per play versus the reward for wins is horribly out of balance. A single loss can take at least 5 consecutive wins to recover, even worse if you buy power ups. Most rounds end with just one or two short of winning. Don’t expect to make progress quickly if you aren’t willing to pay everyday for more coins. The hourly free coins is pretty negligible maybe 25 to 50 levels in since the price per play increases but that doesn’t. All events are pretty sure short lived too to pressure you into buying more coins instead of waiting of the hourly extras. Overall it’s more frustrating than relaxing.
Where are my side games?
I love the game but all my side games have disappeared and I’m annoyed about it 😑
Used to be fun
This game used to be really enjoyable to play. They took out the option to collect coins and things by watching videos and made the upper levels too hard to build because it requires too many stars. The amount you win in coins is no longer enough to match what you use to play each round. All the changes are just to try and get you to spend money in the app.
Cash grab
Fun game with lots of mini games BUT it is designed to make you have to pay to play the game and not like once, you have to consistently pay real money to have in game coins to play. If you get high enough level you lose way more often because you’ll go about 6 dominoes in before they ever give you 1 match for what’s on the board. Sucks cause it’s fun but ultimately just a cash grab.

Joined through a referral program and my referee never got credit - bait and switch
Enjoyable, to a point.
This game is enjoyable to a point. Get past Chapter 10 and all it is is a money grab because the coins are hardly compensable for what the levels cost. They want you to keep buying coins to advance and buying a million coins can only get you about ten levels. Try something else.
