Horrible upgrade
The app was fine and now it’s so bad I would rather go in the store to order.
Can’t even reset password
Tried resetting my password and because of capitalism you can’t reset your password due to a fat add in front of the reset password which when you click to remove it causes you to make the link invalid. So if you forgot your password, thank dominos and their priority to run ads rather than actually letting people fix their problems first. I salute my middle finger to whoever is in charge of this system

App states the store I order from doesn’t have ham, or better yet let’s you personalize everything and put it in the order and then it just doesn’t show up because apparently they are missing one topping. When I go to the store they say ham is available.
Rewards program is a joke. Say I decide not to cash in a reward item for some reason after putting it in my cart or basket and it removes the item but doesn’t replace your reward points.
When ordering in person or on the phone they do not honor app prices even though there is no access to the store through the app that isn’t.
I’ve stopped going there almost all together for these reasons, because after working until evening hours every day the last thing I need is to be frustrated by a device or program or anything to do with my supper, that is mostly the only meal I get during the day, so I’m sure not wasting my time for a pie thank you.

New Design has Intentionally Opaque Pricing
The old version of the app was great, and while the new version could be good, it is currently much more difficult to use and, more importantly, doesn’t show any prices! The only way to see a price is to add to your cart and go to checkout! This is certainly done to hide the ever-increasing prices. I would much rather order from somewhere that doesn’t try to obscure their pricing, we will see the total when we get to the end anyway, just show me my options so I can make an informed decision. As an example, I might have bought a large but I had no idea how much more than a medium it was so I just got a medium.

Terrible app upgrade!
This was my favorite easy app to order from now it is terrible. It doesn’t find the store that I work with. It is slow. It is buggy and I have now stopped ordering from Domino’s because this app alone is enough to make me want to throw the phone at the wall! It doesn’t even list my Domino’s, which is up the street for me to pick up from anymore!
Doesn’t work
Missing out on a lot of my accumulated points because I can log back in or create a new password at all. What’s make it worst I made a whole entire new account and was logged out and won’t accept my password at all, so I’m back with the same issue with both accounts
AD HARASSMENT
There's so many ad notifications that you literally can't turn off. There's an option in the settings, but it doesn't change anything. If you want pizza tracker notifications, you also get 3x/day advertising notifications. Just call in your pizza order or get food from somewhere else. This isn't worth it.
FIX THIS APP
great pizza and the new ui looks way better than the old ui. BUT THIS APP IS SO TERRIBLE. just use the wensite
Insanely buggy, wastes money
This app is one of the most buggy apps there is. It removes deals and then charges cards for pizza without it reflecting on screen. Only found out about what I actually paid for when I picked it up.
Un-usable
New update complete broke the app, I cannot order as I get “one or more resource not found” and “sorry we hit a snag, please try again later” useless. Looks like I’m ordering Pizza Hut because they have a functional app.
Boo
The new updates took my rewards and won’t let me order off of the deal menu. I have never been so aggravated in my life. It stopped me mid making my order when I had a deal for 50% off and now I can’t access it. This app sucks and I don’t see my points.🤨 not a very happy customer.

Address Changes
I have used dominos for years and have had a multitude of addresses saved to my account. I recently tried to go through them to edit and delete old ones. However despite multiple attempts there was no clear way to edit addresses previously used. I tried deleting my account and remaking one and again came across difficulties. I kept getting sent a verification code but had no place to put it. I have since decided to delete the app until this has been resolved. Very frustrating platform for what is meant to be an easy to access app.

Might be the worst app I've ever tried to use from a big national company. I had to close app about 6 times because the app got stuck. Awful experience.
Poor Ordering Process
I ordered a pizza to a store while sitting outside figuring it’d be as quick as ordering at the counter. That was not the case at all! After an hour of waiting the store said they had no record of my online order. I kept waiting. For another half an hour the app kept reporting that the order was one minute from being done. All the while the workers at the location tried to be helpful and were very kind but they did not get my online order. Would not recommend ever ordering using this app interface even though in the past I’d had success! A poorly designed system that is entirely inaccurate!!

The app is great if it wasn’t for the fact that it logs me out and makes me reset my password which only works half the time as well as you’ll get points on “some” of your orders I mean I thought a point of having an account was for some loyalty program but to be honest just save yourself the headache and call to order/order without an account there’s no real incentive here

Since the app support page doesn’t exist and there’s no other way to report a bug, here goes:

Worst pizza ordering app.
Clunky app. Loses what you order, have to constantly start over. Adds pizzas to the cart on its own and deletes pizzas from the cart. Removes coupons on its own. Incredibly frustrating and very difficult just to order pizza! Pizza sucks too.

This form in no good. There wasn’t a way to customize my order. It wouldn’t let me change any thing. It is also to light. Needs darker print. Why do I have to give it a nickname to send the review??
New App is Terrible
Everything about the new app is bugged. The app charges incorrect prices, edits the wrong pizza when making changes and deletes the wrong pizza when you delete something.
Missing “well done” option
This new app does not preserve past orders, resulting in having to start from zero each time. Nuisance.

Wanted delivery and since I was paying cash it wouldn’t let me bc it was $25 and over needs card. So I just went to Pizza Hut

The Pizza Isn’t Worth This Broken App.
What ever redesign they did it ruined the app, It’s SUPER SLOW & isn’t responsive, I’ll remove items from checkout and say it removed it but it’s still in checkout, either fix the app or I’ll never buy Dominos Pizza again, also the app support page redirects to an insecure page that thankfully safari blocked.

This app used to work perfectly, and I loved it. Now that they entirely re-vamped it, I can’t get an order in at all. It takes forever to get anything in my cart, and then it never completes sending the order in. This was my favorite food app. Now it’s useless!!
Way too much time spent on pointless UI changes
Way too much time spent on pointless UI changes; not nearly enough time spent on making the damn thing functional. I’m on an iPhone 15 which isn’t the newest model but isn’t so old that I shouldn’t encountering this many problems with a basic app like Dominos -____- Pages don’t load, crashes constantly, just a complete mess. Also you can only enable or disable banner notifications without any more specific options. Want live updates on your order? Hope you also enjoy being bombarded with ads every day. Sucks. Id say use the website instead but tbh it’s only barely more functional and seems to have major problems with VPNs and other things like that.Which also wouldn’t be an issue if my dominos account information wasn’t CONSTANTLY needing to be reset after appearing data breaches…

Used to order dominos as our go to Friday night dinner after work. The app has been lagging, freezing, or giving an error that “they are experiencing issues”. I’ve tried occasionally to order since but the problem continues so I’m finally done ordering from dominos simply because I can’t with the app

The new app is horrible. It duplicates each pizza you order and deletes the others you have listed! I just won’t order anymore.
New version of Mobile app is terrible
The newest web version is easy to use and navigate but the mobile app is awful. Artwork is too busy, and too big. Menu requires to much scrolling because the pictures take up the whole screen. The videos playing in the background are distracting and unnecessary. The old version was just fine. Not sure why you changed it!

I’m no longer able to access the app because unfortunately I’m poor and cannot afford a new phone so mine is unable to support this new download…hence I’m missing out on everything as far as rewards!!😢👎🏻
It’s been months of this now
I was ordering 2-3 times per week, for years. Iwill admit, I was extra mad at the app update failures because I was addicted. It’s not great pizza but it’s good pizza. But being unable to order for 2 months now, I’ve broken the addiction. I won’t go back. Goodbye Domino’s.
