I downloaded this game for the rewards for points for the book app, I downloaded it, it states I did download it correctly and I got 20 heroes! I’m supposed to get 550 rewards tickets for my book app and never did!
I’ve inquired twice about my rewards and never get a straight answer! I specifically asked what I did wrong and twice I got Generic BS that does not specify exactly what I supposedly did wrong! I followed the instructions I downloaded the game from the rewards link, it does state that the download was done correctly and that the rewards are given with each set of hero’s acquired, I’m up to 20 hero’s and no rewards. I did not violate any rules or conditions. I followed the instructions you’re just being cheap and refusing to pay out what was promised! If you want this for any kind of rewards system don’t waste your time! They suck

Really cool video on FB however this doesn’t exist. I tried this game and quickly lost interest since it was nothing like the ad video. Deleted it after playing several days
Thief they will take your money
If you purchase packages and it happens that there is glitches or technical problems you’ll be sorry they will make excuses and make you accept apologies just play it for free. Everything from rewards are like playing lottery, you get better odds playing blackjack lol. After this event they made me realize one thing this game is not worth it not reliably giving you what you paid for (or making rewards feel misleading or underwhelming), that’s a trust issue. Once that trust is gone, it’s really hard to justify spending anything more on it spending without guaranteeing satisfaction, which can leave you feeling to quit.

If you download this game good luck trying to delete account. 99% players are AI, trying to delete account and all information is impossible . They won’t allow you to do so , trap game and completely BORING !!! Great game but horrible game crashing
This use to be my favorite game but this game offers next to no support and has crashing and game lag horrible. iOS being the worst gaming experience on here to have. The update the game but it brings bugs that create bad game play experience. Beware of spending money on here if you use iOS because igg will gladly take your money then offer no game support .
