Everything from rewards are like playing lottery, you get better odds playing blackjack lol. After this event they made me realize one thing this game is not worth it not reliably giving you what you paid for (or making rewards feel misleading or underwhelming), that’s a trust issue. Once that trust is gone, it’s really hard to justify spending anything more on it spending without guaranteeing satisfaction, which can leave you feeling to quit.

If you download this game good luck trying to delete account. 99% players are AI, trying to delete account and all information is impossible . They won’t allow you to do so , trap game and completely BORING !!! Can’t login with my IGGID
I bought an iPad and can’t migrate my account from my android and pc to it with my IGGID and password. They want screenshots of registration date and VIP packages I bought from last year. But they don’t want to look at the pile of receipts I paid through google while talking with me on the iPad. I just want to be able to use my account on my iPad. Please.
Quite possibly the greediest company I've ever encountered
The title sums up my feelings. This game is the definition of pay to play. Please don’t start unless you’re willing to spend hundreds of hours or dollars only to be met with the least helpful customer support team that follow "standard operating procedures" that only benefits the company themselves. Even when encountered with direct video and picture evidence of malfunction still claim to see nothing wrong.
Glitches Steal Resources
The game can get really bogged down and glitch at the most inconvenient times. Recently, a glitch made me purchase an in app item twice for 4200 gems (in-game currency, no real cash) and only delivered the item once rather than twice. The developers claim that there was no wrong doing and didn’t budge from their position. Since you can purchase gems with real world currency, it’s either incompetency at best or malicious intent at worst.

It is not possible for the matchmaking to be worse.

The game is good but if u want to touch something you should pay the team is focused more on earning money than the game itself so i don’t like that

I was curious after seeing the overwhelmingly positive reviews, which I’m now convinced are all bots or paid. There is no skill or strategy involved in this game. There are two parts: First is base-building in the vein of Clash of Clans, where you spend resources, including time, to construct and upgrade buildings at your camp. Second is “combat” where you slide your finger back and forth and either pass or fail depending on the rarity of the fighters in your group. The game starts you out with a high-rarity fighter who will get you through the first handful of fights, but you are then expected to purchase higher-grade characters in order to advance, using real money. I hit this paywall after playing the game for the third time and deleted the game. Now you know!

I did give a tried to this game through a tapjoy promotion I played for hours I found it a little bit interesting and I did achieve what they asked to earn the promotion and at the end it was all a lie, it was easier to say that I violate the terms of service ( which I didn’t ) without giving me any explanation, then to give me what they advertised, it’s a shame because I would have given more time and invest more money in this game and probably will find it good. You guys shouldn’t promote yourself with shady companies like tapjoy.

Player for over 3 Yrs, this is my Honest Review for new players.
“If you have a $1000s of dollars to spend (make IGG happy) & still end up with choices between Playing under mercy of current Top-Spenders or get burnt (because all new IGG updates caters to Top-Spenders), surely join otherwise look for another game. Many existing players are leaving because of recent updates”.
Reason: I won’t bother with history so coming straight to point. With new updates, any player can immigrate to new servers (Region) that are 30 days or older. So after a month of settling your servers, Old Big Spenders will come to your Region for something called ‘Marshall’ & ‘Scavenger’ Buffs. This will result in either breaking existing peace deals you made with other Team on your Region or everyone in Zone-3 Burn. DLS allow multiple ‘Marshalls’ & ‘Scavengers’ in 1 Alliance & you can join Cross-Region Alliances, so Top-spending Alliances send players to takeover different Regions. IGG don’t do anything if you file any complaints about it. Or you can always pray to be lucky enough to escape the sight of these Top-Alliances.
This game is fun until you meet a Big Whale (it’s a matter of ‘When’ not ‘if’), & again, IGG won’t help you even if you ask.
Hope this helps & potential save people’s time.

Basically a clone of those kingshot type games
Within the first hour of playing you have to save this lady who’s tied up in a very gross position. This made me very uncomfortable and thus i’ll be giving 1 star since it’s made for gooners
Great game but horrible game crashing
This use to be my favorite game but this game offers next to no support and has crashing and game lag horrible. iOS being the worst gaming experience on here to have. The update the game but it brings bugs that create bad game play experience. Beware of spending money on here if you use iOS because igg will gladly take your money then offer no game support .

If u don’t spend money it will take years to be able to truly do anything. This game was designed for one purpose and that purpose was for the player to spend money. Do not down load this game it’s a waste of time
Did not receive bonus pay
I started this game as a way to earn money, get paid to play. Completed every level they asked me to and did not receive the bonus payments for my work done. On the other hand the game is addicting.
