I loved this app for years. Recently It now has the tightest slots on planet earth and is impossible to have any fun. I moved on to games that are actually fun. The key is winning. This app lost it’s way. They changed to a massive chip store so I dumped them. They should have focused on fun not easier ways to fill their own pockets.
Wasted years
First off I would like to say is it takes a MINIMUM and I do mean MINIMUM of at least 20 spins to even win back what you are betting. I have spent over 200 billion points at 1 billion a spin and not one bonus or free spin. This is for the super supportive support team they have that’s over 200 plus spins. They just keep telling you the same thing over and over again. Ok I have played this game for many many years. What a waste of my time. I have hit very few jackpots so save yourself time and Don’t download this game. Wish I could give a zero for the game and mostly the support team.

This game used to be fun and enjoyable. Now it is a frustrating experience and a money grabbing attempt. You win very little and it takes those small winnings so fast that you cannot enjoy the games for very long without being offered a purchase packet. The selection of games are outstanding but I never, ever consider a purchase due to the speed at which you lose the free coins you are given. I am deleting for the final time and am actively looking for a better place to spend my time instead of this money grabbing attempt of a place. Simple horrendous, and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

You will just throwing away your money….I’m have spent thousands of dollars purchasing coins to play these slots only to realize that you can’t win….you can spin over 100 times and get nothing then it may pay you something only to once again to,take it all back with little it no wins. I have had it….kept thinking that maybe this time I play it will be different….but it is not. You have lost a good customer….I am done just handing over my hard earned money and get nothing in return. Worse than real Vegas games , so many ads to buy chips for cash and you loose it all right away , big wins are far and few , and if you do win a lot of there free chips , you can be sure it won’t last long , save your money for other games that are more player friendly.

Ripped off
Been a big fan. This has happened in the past and happening again. I purchased three bundles this week and the chips last maybe 2 hrs each time. Bets are between 54-180. Bundles are apx 39 buck each. • You did not roll more than 50x max without getting either the "Scatter" or "Bonus." Now I can count well over 100 between each time.
• When you got Free Spins, one of those spins always gave you the "Bonus Round." Now 3 or 4 times out of 10 will that happen.
• You also had a legit chance during the Bonus Round to actually receive a top (or even high) level bonus. Now, you will never get higher than the lowest or second lowest bonus prize.
• During Free Spins you always made more than at least 1 to 2 times your original bet. Now, I've gone into 10 Free Spins to win 1,000 coins on an 80,000 coin bet.
• You used to be able to contact real people for support, however now, their "Help Center" takes you to a list of FAQs and that is it.
No matter what happens in this game, it's never the fault of the game. It's always your internet, your cookies, an act of God, anything so they don't have to admit that the game may have occasional glitches. With any other game I play, if it freezes or glitches and i lose some items, i just tell support and they replace them. Seriously, this game can't reimburse you 100,000 coins or 1 million coins on the off chance that it might have been the game? That's nothing to them. How selfish and greedy are these people?

Please stay away from this app. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spent money got on the app spun 100 times losing all 100 spins and every coin I just bought in a few minutes. You will also spend a lot of coins and there bonuses will be zero or under the amount you bet. I just spent 250 million coins to hit a bonus for 900k if that tells you anything.
