Poor usability, configurability, and takes too long. No response from developers
I’ve been using this app regularly for about four months. It grows quickly from just a couple of minutes to requiring 6 to 8 minutes or more to do a session. There are no options to increase intensity and reduce the length of the sessions meaning you rapidly wind up needing to find about 30 minutes a day to keep up with this on top of that a number of the exercises are just simply poorly designed because of the interface to the app you have to keep it open and focused on it to be able to do this when you really can’t do much else other than sit there and maybe watch TV in short this becomes a huge time so I’m not convinced I’ve seen any improvement as the result of using this app. I’ve had no response to multiple feedback requests from the developer. And frankly, most of the exercises aren’t that hard you might as well just look up a couple of Keagle exercise exercises and decide how much time you’re going to spend doing this. You’ll get the same benefit without wasting any money Probably the most annoying is it lack any type of snooze or vacation mode so if you’re just in a situation where you know you’re not going to do it it’s going to remind you an annoying amount of times and then it’s actually going to automatically disable your notifications wipe them from the app and when you can get back to doing it, you get to go through the fun process of setting up all your reminders all over
Glitch with no support
The app has been giving the message for two days in a row “Sorry, your progress wasn’t counted.” I had completed two sessions each day before midnight within a 24 hour period. I don’t like that feature anyway because it’s like the app is judging you. But it’s more of an insult when it does it in error and screws up your data related to your progress.
Won’t load
Downloaded three separate times and can get through step one of three then I get errors stating poor connection and that’s on multiple networks.

The calendar of exercises is a lie - it does not exist
I’ve been using the app for over two months now and little to nothing has changed. There’s no such thing as a calendar of exercises only a couple of different little things but nothing like the calendar they advertise online. No one will address me so there’s no customer service so I’ve got no choice but to go to try to do a different platform that actually sells the exercises that they advertise in a picture. Why can’t you do that Dr. Kegel? I paid you my good money and I didn’t get the good program.

Annoying persistent life activity top bar notification
Unable to remove this without trying to uninstall the outright. This was definitely overlooked and I don’t think I need others around me to notice something like this as a top notification on my phone.

Over-charged on renewal
The pricing policy in the pitch is really opaque. You’ll be over-billed if you keep the app and they’ll grind you down with stupid answers from their no-customer support department if you try dispute it. Ultimately, you cancel the app, accept the over-billing because life if too short to fight that hard for a few bucks. And you hope karma will find them.
Lack of customer support
I’ve sent a couple of emails requesting assistance in having my account login info reset. And my request for help has fallen on deaf ears. You provide a email to contact for issues and concerns yet no one takes the initiative to respond. Sure had no problem with them taking my hard earned money. I will NOT be renewing any subscriptions when you are only concerned with how deep my pockets are. The proof is in the failed response(s) from this app/support team. Wish I could give a zero rating here. All these companies make it difficult to get a hold of anyone to assist.
Does nothing
Used the app as instructed, did all the exercises, saw no improvement. Just a waste of money. A scam.

This should go to app support but the email address will not work and every link I hit brings me back around in a circle. I may just cancel the trial. My Apple email associated with the app will not work to set up my profile. But the app has no links to correct anything. It just states wrong email. Nothing else. There is not much in the way of support here.

I installed the app and opened it, it played a video while it “checked for updates”, then it gave me a “Continue” button. Then I received a pop up that my purchase was complete…? I checked my Apple subscriptions in setting and sure enough I had been billed 59.99 for a year-long subscription!!
I will be contacting support for a refund. But do not install the app unless you are ready to buy a year-long subscription!!

I downloaded this and paid for a subscription for the first month . Decided to cancel it through the app and I am still getting random $30 charges. There's no way to sign it to cancel it without having to go through their entire marketing video and scheme.
Stop asking me for reviews
Love using the app but I really hate being asked constantly for review or how was my session. I just want to use the app not answer additional questions

Make sure you both cancel the subscription in the App Store as well as the website or they will charge you into perpetuity. You can get these exercises for free on YouTube

Tried to sign in and nothing worked. Unsubscribed and uninstalled.

I’ve been using this a couple years and found value but now the App is extremely glitchy. It reverts to like I’ve never used it and I need to close it several times to get to my current progress. It also pulls up a blank screen I need to close to use the App. Will probably not renew after finishing this year.

I did the work religiously. Did extra work as well so that I could feel and have results but had none. It was a big let down.
Charged Incorrectly and no Reminders in App
I have my reminders on in my app but after ~3 days it stops giving any notifications. I figure it was a way for the app to keep charging users without them recalling that they have it. I cancelled my subscription and have screenshots to prove it, but yet I looked at my credit card statements and see that I’ve still been billed for the app (and I seem to be overcharged as well).
I don’t see the app in my current subscriptions in my settings, so for that reason and the lack of reminders reason, this has to be my review.

Robbery
They make it impossible to unsubscribe. It doesn’t appear in my apple subscriptions yet I’m charged every month and there’s no option to unsubscribe in the app.
User friendly
So why doesn’t the tutorials for stretching play with cutting off your next stretch? Why didn’t the app switch up exercises when you rate the exercises too hard? Gonna have to try another app
No suport
Be aware! For some reason the app do not recognize my email. There is no way to contact support to get this resolved.
Difficult to make progress
Do not like this app. Almost every thing is locked and also cannot make progress because app resets if you do not complete training sessions within specific time. To me this looks like a scam, where app developer is selling a snake oil but does not want the customer to know about it. Assignment are setup such that person gets demotivated and does not reach next level. So next level remains locked. So cannot even complain program does not work.
Scam
This is a scam supposed to get a free trial and charged my card 12.99 this is a SCAM! Remove from App Store immediately. As you can see they responded below with a terrible response not noting that they charged me without my permission. This app is still a scam don’t trust these scammers. They are trying to charge me 12.99 again as I type this update. Reporting this to the FTC immediately.

I canceled the subscription 3 days into the 7 day trial. They charged my account on the 7th day. Do not trust them.
Glitches
It's a good program so far, but the app doesn't keep accurate track of the daily workouts and regularly locks me out of sessions 2 and/or 3.
