Awful in game support
The game glitches and you either can’t do things or you lose things. Reaching out to in game support is useless. They do not believe you. And ultimately tell you that you are wrong and the game gave you credit when it didn’t despite you taking a video of the problem. Pictures showing that you haven’t been able to get credit. They still tell you you’re wrong and refuse to give credit. The game developers have gotten very greedy and everything cost a ridiculous amount of energy to try and complete. Most there is no hopes of completing with out coming out of pocket with a lot of actual money and still then they make it impossible. Bc you can’t get all of the credit bc the game glitches and doesn’t give you the opportunity to get the items but won’t let you finish without them. It’s really going down hill fast
You’ll be sorry!
This game will pull you in, then hold you under water after a while, and you’re left to dry yourself out all by yourself! Support is horrible, the game is expensive because once you spend even $1, you’re doomed for failure and wanting to keep spending so you can advance. They have over 1,000 employees, and 75% of them write these so called wonderful reviews. They have employees posing as “players” to keep an eye on things. Look up “The Uganda House”, that’s where most of your money goes. They make us look like fools, trust me!!!!!
Annoyware is a better name
Great game, I’d love to give it 5 stars, but, one very annoying feature. Every time you load the game, change a map, or run out of energy the game pops up 3 or 4 screens you have to close before you can play the game. Every one of those can be selected by tapping on a screen icon, there is no need to annoy the player with these screens.

Very expensive!
You have to spend A LOT of money to really finish any of the events. I’ve never spent as much without the game giving back some. This one just takes and takes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The game
Beautiful art work but the game froze at level 3 and I haven’t been able to get it to work no matter how many times I try to restart the game it freezes at the same spot so I’m good deleting the game not worth it.
Fraudulent charges - warning
I have been playing for a few months and agree with some of the reviewers about how the game really pushes you to make purchases. Recently, I noticed some charges that posted when I wasn’t playing. I contacted my bank and got refunded. I don’t make purchases over a couple of dollars. Yesterday, I discovered higher charges that happened while I was at work. My iPad was at home and no one else was there. I have multiple charges. I will get these resolved and delete the game. It is fun but has gone far beyond frustration and a scam.
Customer support
Horrible customer support!! The game will not give you energy and even with videos provided to customer support they will give you the run around and lie to you. Support says the ads are who controls the energy but they can’t give you a contact there….. like they would give access to their programming to an ad company. 🙄🙄 which they also admit they don’t do but continue the run around.
Used to love it
Used to enjoy playing this game, a money spender as well, until I found out the developers are okay with cheating. Somehow a player who holds 139 dead ponds is fine (she’s a unicorn in the game as literally no one else has them) when those things disappear for everyone else after using 7 times and you have to get a new ones with gold coins. So enjoy the game guys, but don’t give them your money. They have different rules for a special VIP few. 🤡
Pointless
You will never complete a special mission before time runs out without spending lots of money buying energy. The task towards the end of the mission take so much energy to complete it is impossible to ever complete an entire adventure.

The ad keeps popping up on my reels depicting animals having sex and then the “farmer” getting behind the animal to “help”!!!! What in the …. And you have the game rated 4+. Not appropriate for kids or adults. Sickening and disgusting.
Worst customer service there is!
While i enjoy the game, anytime I’ve had issues with purchases the customer service is horrible. The same responses with no help at all. Nowadays customer service is very important where’s there 1000 other games who do the same.

Got conned into downloading this game a few months back. Everything at first was awesome, but once I tried to spend $4.99 on a pack for gems, they took my money and I never got what I paid for. Contacted support, sent them the pic they needed and fast forward 24+ hours later, they decided to just end the convo I opened to resolve my issue. Stating “glad to see the issue resolved” when in fact it was not whatsoever. Unless you want to be scammed, don’t download this game!!

This game was fun at first. I have been playing for 10 months. The original game that gives you energy only lasts a few levels. Then it just disappears and to earn enough energy to even play requires you to watch ads which they only allow you a few ads to watch within a timeframe and it barely gives you enough energy to play one or two parts of a task. It’s ridiculous. They give you surveys after each “timed” island but they don’t actually do anything. There is a Facebook group and everyone complains about the same thing. No one can complete a timed event without having to pay a lot of money…no not just $20 but more like $70-$100 to even finish a timed event which lasts between 2 days to 6 days. I know this because I did that for one of the events and will never spend that much money on a game again. It’s like throwing away your money because the reward is nothing but a sticker to put in a book….they try to do 6-8 different timed events per month. Plus the dragons you receive must have gems to develop and gems costs money! You can earn maybe 2-3 gems per day if you watch ads but to evolve/develop your dragon you have to spend over 3,000 gems plus petals!!! Now, I just play the owners island which you can grow produce and make items to earn coins, sometimes energy, and to send items made off with the ship and to help other team members. There are islands that you can play that never leave but costs soooo much energy to complete but what I earn on the daily (not very much) I use on the permanent islands to eventually find new dragons and luckily those dragons only need petals to evolve.

Fraud- stole my money!!
I downloaded this game for the reason many of us did. The photos show a simple brain teaser game with circles. The description is about moving circles. Come to find out it’s some super fantasy game play game with dragons and such (now the name makes more sense.) it is not what I wanted and I deleted the app. Then I started seeing my Apple Card balance go up and was so confused….. I had over $1,000+ in charges for this game over a few months time. Apple won’t help me. The game developers won’t help me. I literally have no idea how to right this and we’re already financially struggling. I have been distraught for months. This app is fraudulent, a scam, and has stolen my money. Nothing more than 0/5 stars. I will now be pursuing legal action.

This game is not what it seems. I saw an add and it was with tiles. If the tile had a country it would go to you but if it had an emoji it would go to the other person or your partner. I download the game since it seems fun. But when I download it’s literally nothing alike it has a mini game but it’s not even with tiles and you can only play a mini game for every level! If you do want a tile game though I would recommend tile push.

Buyers Beware - Don’t spend $$ on this game
The game itself has amazing graphics and gameplay but when in comes to purchasing passes and buildings you don’t always get what you pay for. I purchased the machine combiner (300 gems) which said you could put your factories in it. Yeah you can put 2 in it for free. The rest cost you more $$ and game gems. False advertising. The passes you can buy with $$ have hidden levels, you can be at the end and it looks like you’re going to receive the grand prize once you purchase the gold pass. NOT! Once the pass is purchased all of a sudden there are 5 more levels to complete to get the grand prize. I’m not sure why they would cheat the players that are actually spending $$ on the game. It has put a sour taste in my mouth. My recommendation play but don’t pay!

Add makes it seem that it’s a puzzle game, but you have to do a story mode quest to get to play them. Absolute waste of time. Deleted after 10 minutes. Will be blocking adds from this game creator from now on.

Unknown download and charges to my banking account. Repeated quite a bit, lots of new bank cards lots of frustrating calls. All passwords changed and still happened. This goes back until last summer. Had to close Apple Card because of it.

I saw an ad for this app on my iPad. It looked like so much fun to untangle the circles. Forget about that. What I was shown to play was not those circles at all. I am incredibly disappointed.
