Offerwall system doesn’t work
I’ve achieved 3 of the 9 Township goals and have only received the reward for the first. I tried submitting a support case at least 3 times and every time it said the problem was fixed but I still never received the rewards. I also tried email support and never got a response.
15 minute load time
With WI-FI, full bare service or both, you have to wait 15-20 minutes just to load in.
Ads never work
Fix the ads. Don’t put them in the game if they’re constantly not going to work.

Money hungry, have to wait ridiculous amount of time and only wants youmto buy gems or play a dif game for gems but then takes off the offer so you dont get anything

Won’t open
My game will not open. I have tried all of the suggestions and I have emailed support with no answers. I was enjoying this game but now cannot even get it open.
Bad update!!!!!
I just updated my app with three days left in the winter wizorts and I’ve pretty much lost everything!!!!!! I can only see my islands and my breeding incubation times there’s a few spotty graphics!!!! It’s mostly blacked out… this is horrible. I emailed support but who knows how long that will take. I have no way to finish out this event!!!

Winter wizard spa
It is December 10th and my park still isn’t apart of this event. I am so sad to be missing out on an event even though I am at level 185 and have been a loyal player since high school. My user is butterfly5312, please someone in support fix this :/
Can’t make friends in game only
I’m giving 1 star because none of my real life friends plays mobile games. In this game you need to have in game friends to have a good experience and the only way to do that is share your game id with someone you know via facebook email etc. Needs an in game only way to find and make in game friends.
Inappropriate Ads...
The game is fun but I don't think CBD/shroom ads are appropriate for a kid-friendly game. I'll gladly change my rating back to 5 stars if this is corrected...
Ads don’t work
This is a great game, but ads never work. This is the only game I have this issue with. It happens on multiple devices. It is a widely reported issue across message boards. The timer runs out and there is no X to exit the ad. I have tried to tap all of the corners, etc. nothing. I have to force quit the game. I am missing daily ad rewards. This needs to be fixed. I will not watch adds or in-app purchase ever again. I cannot recommend the game for this reason. Backflip always took care of customer service. The game was bought out by Hasbro/Deca and customer service is lacking.
Needs fix for in-app purchase
Everytime I make an in-app purchase it doesn’t give me the item but I make the purchase again and it goes through. I end up getting charged twice please fix this.
Won’t work

2 minute ads
This went from one of my favorite games to one I play twice a day. The ads are the problem. You can watch an ad and then get a message saying ‘Sorry, Tolzar turned the wrong dial” and not get the credit, even though you watched the ad. About 2 weeks ago, 2 minute ads started and it takes another 10 seconds for the ‘x’ to work. I know ads are necessary for game play but this game is trashed with ridiculous ads now! 14 years of happiness destroyed by greed! 5 star to 2 star.

Clearly they have great artists and thr game is fun. Docking 3 whole stars because the ai is so foul
It takes forever
It takes me like, a full 6 minutes to load my park. And I love the game but it takes FOREVER to open everytime which makes me wanna not play.
Jank As of Late (Assets Wouldn’t Load)
I’ve been playing this game for years, and have grown to love it, but I took a break from it for about a year. I got nostalgic and wanted to visit my park again, but when I did, almost none of the game assets loaded, and I refreshed the game about five times before I gave up. My islands were invisible, my dragons were silhouettes at best, and it was extremely difficult navigating across my different islands. I really hope this bug is temporary. I can’t in good faith give this game one star, but seeing this borderline creepypasta glitch stick though five reloads, when all I wanted to do was see my dragons again, was really depressing.
Good game except
I love this game sense I was a kid and downloaded it again but why do I have to wait so long in between rolls to get a rare dragon? I have to wait 24 hours and a lot of times I get nothing and the cool stuff that costs gems are impossible unless you pay money
