I need my subscription canceled!!!!! Don’t sign up! They make it super difficult to cancel the subscription. I’m still getting built for it even though I’ve messaged so many times to cancel. They keep giving instructions to go cancel under Apple subscription, but it’s not even listed on Apple. The Bo services is useless. It just keeps giving repetitive prompt. I.

Don’t subscribe
They said I can cancel subscription from my iphone setting subscription list but was not there. It does not show. Next thing you know the ID change and there is no way to cancel it anymore. The subscription just keeps charging your card.
VIP for a year but about to cancel
Let’s be honest, this is not great acting, but it keeps my mind of off daily stress. But lately every other release is AI. So yeah if it keeps going this way, I’ll cancel and go to another one.

Bad subscription
I’m paying for a subscription that doesn’t show up in the app. No way to contact developers, no way to end automated payments. Only way I see possible is to cancel through the bank however that doesn’t refund the payments I made without receiving any access to programming. If anyone has a solution please I am open to all suggestions.
Too much AI
I used to love this app but every other new drama is AI garbage. So I won’t be using this app going forward if this is where it’s headed. It used to be the best app for short dramas but now it’s just poorly done AI videos with horrible subs and nonsense storylines. If we’re going to pay for a subscription then I want that money going to actual human actors not AI nonsense.
Charging 2 months after cancellation
I just want them to stop trying to charge my card you won’t get anything anyway I have reported it to the bank just stop other than that it would’ve been no issue

Yall charged me for episodes that was already paid for and unlocked!!!! I had 580 then went to episode 31 and only had 440 coins… wth. I’ve been saving coins for DAYS!!! Please refund them and I’ll take back my bad review, So unfair!!!

Glitch
Keeps giving a loading screen half way through an episode. So annoying, even if I lower the quality which is even more annoying because I pay for it. Would be good. If this doesn’t get fixed I’ll just have to cancel for good.
CHEATERS
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!! they have it so you cannot manage your subscription. I repeat, do not purchase this app! They have it so that you cannot go in and cancel your subscription. If you go on your phone in settings, you cannot cancel. There’s nowhere to cancel in your settings. If you go through the app, you can’t cancel through the app. They take your money and take your money and take your money! I had to change my card in order for them to stop taking drafts out of my bank account.

Cheaper than the rest but not worth it
The shows are not as good as the other ones. Even if the price is a little lower half the time you can’t even watch anything because their network is down or slow.

The ads are 2-4minutes long and the videos are 30-45 seconds not worth it at all this app sucks try reel shorts ads are much shorter. Highly disappointed with this app no app should make the adds 20 times longer than the clips. Not worth the download
Cheap trick
Could have been a good app put they got super greedy and gave you almost nothing for your money 5 dollars for 5 min. Joke

They will charge you multiple times when you purchase their subscription, I purchased their 1 week subscription to watch a serie I saw from Tiktok for $8.99, they charged me again for $14.99 and another charge for $15.99. Total of 3 charges. They fraudulent charged me the last 2 charges. I reported it to my bank.

Every time I watch something, it’s so laggy and always has coming soon every other episode. This need to be fix.

I can only watch about 1/3-1/2 of a movie before the app freezes and locks my phone. This is ridiculous!!

Although it says subscription renewal ended on certain date it will renew it afterwards. I already tried to cancel it, but it keeps charging it so now I have to call my bank tomorrow and unfortunately I didn’t use my sign in to do the purchase so now I’m just used as a guest and Apple won’t be able to assist me since I didn’t sign in. Avoid this scam.

Thoroughly Disappointed
I brought the membership but the app is glitchy. Can’t play any videos with loading or weird buffer, even have the loading screen while videos playing. Had no issues with other streaming apps. I will probably be contacting apple soon about a refund if this persists.

Hate to pay
The only reason im giving it 2 stars is because you have tp pay for more coins. But Its nice that they give you the first ten episodes for free but then you have to pay 50 coins for each episode and doing all the tasks to get coins takes a while and then by using those coins for more episodes it only covers maybe one or two which then wipes out your entire amount of coins and the only to get more coins is to buy them . Not only would it be more beneficial and would keep me around longer if the episodes were 10 coins each instead of 50.
I don’t want to watch dubbed shows
I have been an on and off VIP member. I happen to be one of the kinds of people who do not like watching dubbed shows. Unfortunately, 90% of the shows that are suggested to me are dubbed shows and when I am searching for new shows majority of the time the App only shows me the dubbed version and will not let me see the original. I have tried reaching out to App support, but they are not helping! I will raise my rating to 5 stars if this situation can be fixed. Even if there is something in the settings where I can put do not show dubbed I will be happy with that.
Good If You Get The Annual Subscription
I had this app for a full year and some of the shows became one note when I cancelled the subscription I was going to renew to a monthly membership but they only had a weekly subscription of 19.99/Week like what kind of deal is that. The annual membership is 149.99 so I might as well do that but not again I will just wait for someone to spill the ending on FB, SC, Google, or YT I’m not interested anymore. If I could block this app on my phone and from all future accounts I would. I have already blocked this page on FB and SC. Whoever makes this app have a good day or a day you deserve.
