I would LOVE to give this a much higher rating, however, the app is frozen and NONE of the dramas will play. I don’t have this issue with any other app - just this one. When I navigate to the website, it’s stuck buffering/loading. Awful experience.

The app lets me click on a show bug then just shows a frozen picture. It never plays. Every episode does the same thing. I’ve tried using the website and I’ve tried removing the app and reinstalling. I’ve reached out to support but haven’t heard back. Will update this review if the problem is fixed.

Steals coins
Sometimes the app works, and sometimes the app don’t work and every time I log onto watch an episode it tells me I have no coins and it eats my coins. Please fix because I have two shows on here that I like to watch. I’ve already talked to you guys and you gave me 500 coins and then you guys took them back because the app ate them please fix.
Super Glitchy
This app is so glitchy. I am so mad that I paid for a week subscription and can’t even watch the drama I wanted to see because it just continuously glitches through several episodes. Get it together!!! There are so many competing apps. You won’t last long if you can’t deliver a seamless viewing experience.

Don't waste your money. I paid for a weekly subscription, was charged, but app prevents me from watching any show and requests additional money. No way to contact a human through the app to get the issue resolved.
The app needs work
I saw an ad for a video. I downloaded the app, watched a few chapters, and the short won’t even open anymore. I watched a bunch of videos to earn credits. The videos came up but I never got the credits.

Downloaded the app with a subscription and the app won’t even load. Dumb of me to pay money and not even get to watch a single thing. I literally left the app open hoping it was just leading slow for 30 minutes and nothing. It doesn’t even seem like a real app.

This is the sorriest app I’ve ever downloaded ‼️‼️‼️I’ve been trying to use it for months, I’ve clicked close and reopened it about 4 times no results. When you try to open ANYTHING, all it does is spin‼️‼️I’m done, I’m closing it again and try to find the stories I wanted to watch on another app!! Yall should go out on business!!!
Lost Access Despite Having an Active Yearly Subscription
In August 2025, I purchased a yearly subscription at $79.99. When I tried watching of the shows and got to the “locked” episodes I was redirected to start a subscription. Now the yearly subscription is listed at $199.99. Originally I thought that something weird happened and I would just need to contact their support team to get it restored. I sent an email explaining that I just wanted to get my subscription restored along with screen shots of proof of a current subscription and on my account where it is asking to activate. I also explained that I tried the “Restore My Purchase” option through the app but nothing loaded when I clocked it. I just received a response from their support team. This is their response: “We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We are working hard to provide you better service.
Both Apple and Google enforce stringent controls over subscription and process refund procedures to ensure the protection of user privacy.
Regarding purchases made through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, we encourage you to check our refund policy on our website.

In such cases, you must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs) evidencing the issue.” According to their own policy I have documented the technical issues yet DramaTV did not accept or acknowledge their own policy. Rather shifted accountability and responsibility to other service providers. I make no assumptions about why this issue happened and I hope to hear from the support team soon. I will provide updates as events unfold.

Good shows when it works
This app promises functionality but fails at execution. Core features are unreliable-frequent crashes, endless loading screens, and actions that simply don’t register make even basic use a chore. The UI looks polished at first glance, but it’s essentially a façade for a product that lacks operational stability. From a usability standpoint, it doesn’t meet baseline expectations. Until the developers address performance, reliability, and quality control, this app isn’t just disappointing-it’s functionally ineffective.
Rewards are fake
Expensive 1-2 minute snippets that can be opened with “rewards” except when you watch one ad you jump from 7 available to 0 available immediately.
App closes randomly and it's super irritating.

Love the stories, but not happy since you keep advertising that the shows are for free but yet once you start watching the short stories and as you are hooked the stop it so you can pay to watch.. this is call false advertising. Please let me know if there’s a secret that you forgot to share with us to be able to watch for free.

I have been watching stuff on here for a few days and I watched this one drama and then something happened one day and it paused the drama and ever since it doesn’t play anything no matter how many different things you unlock or try it is frozen same with the coins you go to the daily check in and hit collect 10 coins or Wtv the number is and it’s says coins rewarded 0
Okay shows
For the membership fee I don’t feel it’s worth the shows provided even with VIP I would recommend another vertical shorts app with better ratings started this because of one show I saw under advertisement but wasn’t pleased or sucked into much of any other shows
