Scam I cancelled over two months ago, and these scammers still keep hitting my credit card for a monthly subscription fees. I have had to turn this over to my bank to resolve as a scam.

I loved the short videos so I paid the high price for a week and cancelled the subscription. No harm and I did my service to support the app but I was shocked when another charge hit my account so I wrote to the company with a screenshot where I did cancel the subscription. They wrote me back saying they couldn’t refund!!! What?!?!?! How can you not refund money for something I could prove was indeed cancelled??? I won’t be purchasing another short film again. I will also be disputing the charge with Apple. This is not how you earn customers respect and money.

They charge you without telling you and customer services never responds. And if you pay then log in you lose it. Then you will never hear back from customer services. Do not buy. It’s a scam.

if I could give this app a Zero rating I would. I am an avid novel reader and short skits watcher and on 04/03/2026 I happened to come across it and got interested in a story so I downloaded it the app and a box popped up saying I could read the story for 7 days free trial then another box popped up trying to VIP status to read all stories for free for 7 more days for $5.99 I made the payment and when it confirmed payment received it took another unauthorized payment from my card of $15.99 saying it was subscription and if I didn't want to keep the subscription to unsubscribe before 7days to stop futher charged every 7 days I did immediately got confirmation of my initial 7day free trial would end on 04/10/2026 and tried reaching out to both the app and apple about the matter with screenshot proof no response. on 04/07/2026 I was notified that the app was trying to debit my card for $12.99 for package subscription "C". good thing my card stays locked. after seeing the reviews I now know that this app has to be scamming people and I emailed them numerous times of times stating how I felt and requesting that they remove the charge that sets in my apple wallet and store highlighted in red the nonowed $12.99 due to it not letting me update my important apps nor download other apps I need without my having to unlock my card or update payment method so that the dramawave scamming app can on fact debit it for that amount.I finally got a response from dramawave saying that they cannot refund me my money they took well I guess not that's how scammers normally operates right??? ok fine keep what you already scammed and just remove the latest one that highlighted in red and stop hindering me from updating/downloading my important appsgo scam someone else PLEASE!!!
