The icon it shows in the ad that gives you the free gifts… never appears… and can’t connect to Facebook to play with friends… it connects… then says no internet connection… funny thing… all my other games stay connected. They will tell you if you ask.. that we are all misunderstanding the ads… that there are lots of opportunities to get “ free gifts”…. You just have to watch ads… or play the endless gift game where you get free gifts… then you have to pay to get a few more… on and on… THOSE are the free gifts they advertise! It’s the new gimmick to get you to download their games… there are several out there… the game is cute.. good graphics… but if you are expecting anything for free… just remember… if it sounds too good to be true… it is….. if you see a game advertising theses free gifts… go to the reviews… and DO NOT read the first ones.. or the most “ helpful” read the most recent… those are the real reviews…

FALSE AD
The ad for this game came up for me when I was playing June’s Journey. It said when you downloaded the game you would get a FREE prize pack. I do not see anything free. It said you did not need a wi-fi connection which is also not true. Why the misleading ad?
Disappointed
I have a lot of health issues that have kept me stuck at home so to keep busy other than reading I play games. So many ppl I know get free stuff from this game to enjoy it and to enhance their progress but I never do. I’ve even spent money on this game. It makes me want to delete this game and others from this company. Why aren’t people getting the same opportunities. I have had this game a long time so I’m disappointed

I’m so disappointed in this game. I loved it for so long. I’m on level 2025 and it keeps freezing up on me. I’m so done now.
Not so much fun anymore.
What happened to this game? This used to be the best of the 3-match ones ever. Now, unless one wants to spend alot on boosters and coins, your progress will remain limited. At level 2496 boosters seldom boost : back in the day, they sometimes did afford players a little bit of an advantage…especially the shuffle booster. That’s pretty much useless now as seldom does that help at all. Even the initial array of the boosters is not often in a way that gives one any advantage. They’re less and less frequently next to each other, especially having 2 of the balls side by side to help clear a particularly tough board. Anyway, while I’ve enjoyed this game a lot, I’ll not be purchasing the additional coins, boosters or extra plays anymore. I miss the good old days! 😢
Glitchy
This game started out great and was well liked but it soon became very glitchy. The movement of the tiles got to be very inaccurate (example:swiping to the left and it goes the opposite direction) which causes the loss of too many turns and levels. By the time I got to level 300 I had enough of the frustrating glitches. With Royal Match or Royal Kingdom you see none of these issues.
Keeps freezing
All it does is freeze tried everything won’t load gets stuck on screen then freezes

They just changed with this last update to where you can’t watch ads to continue play. They are forcing you to use your coins much faster. Bye bye!!!
Ad is bogus
The ad I found this app in said I would get a $99 bonus package for free. If you can find this anywhere in the app you’re a better person than me.
Total lies
I was playing another game and the ad for this game came up. The ad stated that you would receive a $99 package free if you downloaded it through the ad which I did and it connected me to the App Store in my iPad. I played the first six games and then it sent me to this games store. There was nothing free offered. I am retired from federal law enforcement in the United States so that is interstate fraud on the part of this company. I will be deleting this game. And once again this company has committed interstate fraud.

And because the game is special, you think that support would be a little better definitely nothing special. In fact they suck and they don’t answer any questions no matter how many times you message them. They don’t respond. Typical boring expected from a game like this don’t bother.

Liked the 2025 version better. When it had ads. Now ure forced to spend coins for extra moves. Company is definitely trying to make a cash grab.

Keeps freezing up after winning. I have to completely shut down phone to reboot🤬
Very shady app
This app is either very buggy or very shady. I don’t get my rewards half the time. Either way it’s unacceptable for an app that takes your money. I don’t expect them to do anything about it so I’m uninstalling.

For about the 20th time, ((JUST TODAY!!!!)), I have had over 1100 Literacy Books, but ran out of plays. So, I used 900 coins in order to get (5 MORE PLAYS!!!), so I could pass that level. Yet, when I passed the level, I have repeatedly received LESS books than what I would have had if I had passed the level without having to use 900 coins!!! For the love of God, could you PLEASE respond to the MULTIPLY email & reviews I have sent, without your generic response telling me to “contact support & you will be happy to fix my issue”, because that is the ONLY reply I have EVER been able to get from you guys, yet I HAVE contacted support EVERY SINGLE TIME, & NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!! And it is not just me that has received NO HELP from support, every single person on my team that has contacted support has had the exact same issue that I have had, no response from support!! You know I have been playing this for 3 years. Out of know where I have to wait for the next “league” that I qualify for, however they say it. Whelp, I have been waiting since MAY 2025! This game is now useless to me.
Dream Mania - A Bug-Filled Nightmare with Support That Ghosts You
Dream Mania could have been a fantastic game with its engaging concept, but it’s let down by persistent technical issues and unresponsive support. Sending cards to teammates is broken-cards are deducted from the sender but often don’t reach the recipient. Even more frustrating, using unlimited boosters can result in them being removed after a failed level, forcing a game restart to recover them. The game is riddled with bugs that disrupt gameplay and make it feel unreliable. Reaching out to support is pointless, as messages go unanswered, leaving players feeling ignored. With so many issues and no fixes in sight, you’re better off exploring other games that actually work and have support teams that care.
Unable to Play
I was enjoying the game until I faced issues with the game that would not allow me to complete new levels, after literally completing thousands of levels. I contacted support, via the Dream Mania app, on more than one occasion about the issue, but never received a response.

I used to enjoy this game until they took away the option to view a video before you played the game to gain 5 extra moves. I’ve depleted most of my money buying extra moves. Please bring this option back. I’ve already emailed support.
Zero originality
This is an exact copy frame by frame of Royal Kingdom and Royal Match. So basically you’ll have 4 to 6 weeks of free stuff, and then the game gets insanely hard so you have to spend. It’s just an imposter. Go play Royal Match instead.

Fun for a while
This was a great game for a while but after 3000 level it became frustrating and inconsistent. Got new rewards that at first were winnable for a while but you could never complete them. The reward would come from completing the puzzle but the items needed to complete the overall task were provided by the computer so you would never finish the last chance because you couldn’t get the items you needed. I like the possibility to earn a big reward but not the impossibility. Went from my favorite app for months but not now. Time to move on.
I have changed my review to a four because the developer reached out to me about my concerns. In this country today it is a rare occasion when companies actually correspond to your concerns. I’m impressed !

Jewel streak issues
I enjoy the game but hate that the ‘jewel streak’ resets when you’re done playing. I’m on level 408 with a win streak of 407…yet every time I open the app kk jewel streak is back at 1. SMH 🤦🏼♀️ no other game does this. So I’m supposed to play non stop just to keep to jewel streak??? Hopefully developers fix this obvious glitch.
Can’t enough game without $$$
I like the game a lot but give it two stars because it’s so rigged. The game offers lots of helps. The biggest help is the Super Ball and once you get it the Super Ball shows up a lot. But the game will start working against you and the ball stops showing up less and less the longer you have it. Really, the game is addictive and enjoyable as long as you keep throwing money in it. I’ve reached out to support twice on the game and NO ONE RESPONDS. Will be deleting this game.

If you win a tournament, you don’t get those coins you won. A good fun game otherwise. But very disappointing.
FROZEN TILES
I’ve been playing this game a long time and I love it. But today level 6306 wouldn’t clear a “green” tile after hitting it 15 times. Used 900 coins and then 1500 coins and still would not clear. Very disappointing as this is the second level that this happened to me on. Someone needs to fix this bug and maybe find a way to contact you in the game instead of having to write a review. I would definitely give it 5 stars except at this point I’m super frustrated. Also it would be nice if you added “areas” quicker than 6 months apart.

I used to love this game - played it everyday but a couple of days ago something changed no more videos for extra lives, I show unlimited life but have to use coins to continue the levels. Contacted support twice but no answer.
False advertisement
The game claims that you get the $100 package for free which is 65000 coins and hours worth of specialty bonuses if you have never played the app. I never played the app before nor did I get the free rewards as promised. I got a 5000 coins bonus once I played 50 levels. I’m on a much higher level because it’s just like all the other apps. I’m considering reporting this issue because I haven’t heard anything from support
What happened to my game?
I was really enjoying playing this game. I liked that you could get five extra moves before playing a level by watching a video, get an extra helper item before playing a level by watching a video, or continuing a level by watching a video. I no longer have any of that. I know other people who play it and their game has continued as usual. I guess I will have to look for a new game to play, as this one got a lot less fun
