Uncomfortable for right handed
The core fishing feature makes me extremely uncomfortable. The only fishing key is tiny to press on, only on the left center and I have to lift my left thumb high and precise to reach. Also the fish is not automatically inside the cabin, you need more actions to put down the fish and then continue fishing, Redundant, unintuitive and awkward.

So I downloaded the game and opened the app. In the main menu I read try for free and below that it said buy game. Then I deleted it straight away cause ain’t nobody got time for all that in this economy. Other than that I have no clue about the game😂.
Price is yikes
The game is fantastic and I have it on Steam. The price for the mobile is insane and not worth.
Shady Pricing
I own this game on Xbox and love it. I rated it 5 stars on there. However, I believe it is super shady how the developer chose to price this on the App Store. It is not only cheaper on Xbox, but also includes some of the DLC. It is also free on Game Pass, so idk why they wouldn’t throw it up on Apple Arcade as well. In fact, I had assumed it was an Apple Arcade title when I saw it listed as “free”, but much to my dismay, upon opening it I realized I had to pay $25 just to unlock the base game. Please consider pricing your game accurately in the App Store. While I do appreciate the demo available before purchasing, I feel that this could be a separate offering to enable more price transparency.

25 bucks for a stand alone iOS game (not even with the dlc included), is ridiculous. I love this game, but I’m not spending upwards of 40 bucks to play the complete game. I’ll come back when it’s a bundle sale for 10-15 bucks MAX.

Promising atmosphere, tedious and lacking in substance
I love the mechanics of the boat, and the atmosphere. However, the fishing mechanic is boring, the mechanic of trying to fit things on the boat is also tedious, the puzzles are very straightforward or if not straightforward, not interesting to solve. The story seems like it’s going to be interesting, but the conclusion has several holes. Several very uninteresting side plots and stories - why should I care about them? I just wanted to get to the end of the game, but I felt like I was being dragged on and on.
And as for the horror element, it’s pretty easy to avoid the horror. Which I don’t mind necessarily… but I think the predictability makes it boring.
2 stars because I don’t appreciate the amount of time I spent on meaningless side quests in the game.

The font is way too small. You can’t expect people to be happy with 5pt on a phone screen. C’mon
