i like the gimmicks of the game but the bomb gimmick is not fair at all because it’s basically saying you have to play this way to win or ELSE you pay 900 coins which is completely unfair since there will always be some of the colors hiding/waiting. also the time given is much too short and the benefit of having a win steak is almost bare minimum minimal. +15 seconds and clears a row (of which it is always just a row with 1 LOL)

Since today’s update I have twice bought coins to finish a level and the game freezes after purchase making me have to close the game and restart anyway. Just save your money the game won’t let you use the bonus coins anyway. What was once a fun game is now maddening but the constant updates that usually cause more issues than they fix.
Why the complication
Just 5 hearts and to another chance 900 coins ( you win just 40 in the game ) i want to have some fun
Suffer the time limit or pay money
It’s a clever idea and it has potential, but the clock moves too fast and you don’t get the opportunity to really enjoy the game unless you’re willing to sell out money right from the very early start. It’s not worth your effort!
Please never pay for anything in this game
The game could be fun but there’s an unnecessary timer that tries to get you to spend real life money to beat levels. Not use problem solving skills, use magic powers to solve your problems for you. And for some, it’s necessary. Because the timer is a minute shorter than what it should be. And that’s not even to mention that you get an ad after EVERY game you complete. It’s lame, it’s predatory, it’s cringe. I hope no one ever pays for anything in this game.

This game is horrible it makes you continuously watch everything to crowded nobody wants to pay to removed and then it doesn’t give you enough time to complete the level I have been stuck on level 28 for 10 weeks because I have been almost fine but the time has ran out to fast and and I didn’t have 900 coins to continue playing and the game is so frustrating
Glitching
Played a couple levels, then it glitched to level 170 but shows just a blank screen. Still does so despite quitting and restarting or deleting and redownloading app.

Did the first 4 levels and then it sent me to level 170 with a frozen timer and no puzzle just a blank screen. Unable to do anything.

I had fun playing the first five or so levels, but then the game said I was on level 170 and froze. I can’t do anything with it. I tried closing it and even deleted it and redownloaded, but it went right to that same screen
Glitched
I just downloaded this app today and only got to maybe level 4 then it jumped to level 170 and froze on a grey screen. I’ve closed the app and reopened it multiple times. Even waited an hour after fully closing the app to reopen it and it’s still stuck on lever 170. I deleted the app.
Overcharging for add ons
I bought a coin package for $9.99, was charged $24, I also bought a coin package for 19.99 and was charged $32. Did not see until I saw my bank statements.
The refund process wants you to essentially expose your credit card info. I’m just gonna go through my bank and dispute the charges. Beware !double check your charges.

Ads are the fastest way to ruin your app
Just deleted the app. I absolutely will not watch an ad every single time you beat a level. I also won’t pay your 8 bucks to get rid of them. Being greedy is what kills an app. Let’s hope yours is next since you want to force ads.
Timer
The timer is absolutely ridiculous. I went and looked for a solution on a puzzle I was stuck on, and the video I watched had a 5 minute timer…. What gives?

I downloaded this game and it NEVER starts. I even updated my phone and redownloaded it. Still nothing.
Ads as usual and easy are the hardest
All about making money, but not too bad of a game if they would lay off the constant ad play. Play for about a 100 levels then you’ll get tired of the constant need to watch ads or pay for lives and bonuses.
Horrible
Too little time. Shouldn't even be a timer. And 900 coins to continue is ridiculous when you give at most 80 for a level. Zero stars.
Keeps crashing with no helpful support
Loved the game until the last update. App continues to crash every time I open it. I did the chat box and did all of the things recommended for if the game crashes and nothing has resolved the issue. I also submitted a contact us form and have received zero response. Not sure what else I can do outside of uninstalling and giving up on it completely.

It’s started after the update. After each level, the app would crash. Now, it won’t load at all. I paid for the no ad version…but now the game is unplayable …won’t open at all. I’ve tried deleting and downloading and nothing. Can I get my money back?
Used to be great
It used to be one of my favorite games and one of the very few I’ve spent actual money on. Now it force closes all the time and is super frustrating.

I love this game but it keeps crashing. I get to the level page and then it just crashes. Every time. I have left multiple messages but no response. I had a whole long review written that disappeared and I’m not rewriting. The game is fun. The latest update causes freezing and crashing. Can’t play the game at all. Lost challenge standings, rewards and other perks. Support is non existent. 4 days later and not a word from them. Deleting the app and never downloading from Rollics again.

7 Points to improve
1. As many people mentioned, some levels are physically impossible to solve without using the booster items. When you put a box in front of the gate, it will take up some time for the characters to fall into the box (sometimes I just tapped the gate with a box instead of placing it to reduce the time); Items are expensive compared to the rewards. Hope there’s any other way to earn coins.
2. There are some glitches even with regular updates; normal boxes got overlapped, got stuck on the border, or are glitched/trembled when you put a box over the characters on the field.
3. I was fine with receiving 40 coins without watching the ads, but after some update, ads are showing up regardless of my choice (40 coins without ads/80 coins with ads) and you need to be connected to the network to just play the game.
4. There are no exit marks showing up on certain ads. I had to physically end the app to get out of it.
5. Sometimes loading takes forever, both getting into the game and the stages.
6. Recently, this game has been closed by itself.
7. After today’s update, I cannot access the game at all. All I can see is the loading page.

A bit rigged
Some levels are simply impossible without spending in-game coins for boosts. This was completely fine as each level used to give out 40 coins at the end of a level but now the button doesn’t work anymore if you’re not on a data network. Since I played this game exclusively when there was no available network this renders the game unplayable past a certain point, and I refuse to pay a dime for a game that is so obviously dependent on paid boosters.

Real talk need to add some more time on these levels, not only that at least have something where we can watch an ad to get more coins or more time or something I mean dang this is terrible.

The keys mechanic is weird: it seems like it’s supposed to be tied to level performance (faster time = more keys), but in practice it appears random at best.
It appears that this game is engineered to be as addictive and lucrative as possible, which makes it not fun to play. Wonder if my experience would be different if I shelled out a ton of money… probably not.

Gotta Pay To Play
I’m an epic game player. Only on level 33 and already it’s too hard and requires my money to play. Real shame because it seemed like a great idea.
Better prizes
Game is a lot of fun but you get little coins for a win vs costing so many coins to continue on. The win should matter more. And timing is awful. More time and just 5 extra seconds if you buy more time- come on!!
Commercials
I don’t mind watching commercials, but where is the, X, to exit them? Makes no sense to offer free lives by watching commercials and you can’t exit them when they’re over. Hello?

Once you get to level 400 it’s pay it win, or you can look up on YouTube on how to beat it, which takes the fun out the game.
One of the worst…
After a few levels, it is evident that the game is designed to where you either pay money for power ups or you don’t pass the level. The timer is way too short (unrealistically so), and the levels often require one of the tools to even create a solution. It’s definitely a scam. There are better games of this style out there.
Way too difficult. Can’t reset progress.
Got to level 62, and that was the end of the game for me. Can’t figure it out and can’t reset my progress to start over and enjoy the game. Oh well. It was fun until I couldn’t play anymore.
Waste of Time
The timer is absolutely atrocious. You are given a minute and fifteen seconds to complete a hard level challenge. The boosts to buy to help cost a lot of coins and you aren’t given many coins when you beat a level.

So that’s misleading. By the time you get another life to play the game again you’ve forgotten the paths that get you to clear the board. It could be enjoyable but who wants to spend money endlessly to keep playing. May at level 900 or 2000, but not 25.
