This game was fun and cute…at first. I downloaded it because my daughter recommended it. Some of the levels were definitely challenging, but I never spent $ on it. That is, not until yesterday. Because I was stuck on the same level for 7 WEEKS and I WASN’T EVEN CLOSE with beating the level! So I spent $10 to get enough coins to add more time and I bought several boosters. NOTHING worked. Not freezing time, not erasing some cats, not taking away anything to give me a decent shot and I was so damn frustrated I deleted the whole game. Never again. Totally a waste of time.

After the recent update, sometimes halfway through a game the screen will freeze, only way to fix it is to force close the app. But that makes you lose a life!

This is one of those games that you can only play if you waste all your money on specialized items, since they set the clock at a very short amount of time past the intro rounds.
Loss of purchases AND progress
Game continues to glitch and set me back levels I’ve already completed. Levels I have made purchases on to help complete. Several times now it’s glitches and taken all of my purchases away! Then yesterday the game glitches once again and not only are every single purchase I had made gone AGAIN, but I have also lost my progress from level 320. I’ve tried emailing support about my lost purchases NUMEROUS times, no response, ever. I believe I’m being scammed. Game never glitches until I started putting money into it. I would love to have my money back for the items I did not get to keep. Fat chance on that.
Fun at first
I really enjoyed this game at first until I got to higher levels and the timer got ridiculous, and I couldn’t really do anything without using the special cheats. And when you run out, you have to pay for more. No thank you. It’s not designed to be a fun puzzle to figure out at your leisure. It’s designed to stress you out and take your $.

I paid money for extra time & the game glitched and did not open the mystery boxes so I could complete the level. I sent an email for help and still have not received a response. Very frustrating.
Money Hungry
This is the most money hungry game I have ever played. I still cringe to see advertisements for it which is why I’m writing this review. They shorten the time on levels to the point that you’re almost forced to buy boosters. It would be fun if it wasn’t infuriating. Please stop the ads that display fake gameplay.

I firmly believe that they are motivated by trying to frustrate you and give you anxiety so that you will spend money on the game. Don’t waste your time.

The cats are adorable and would make this game so relaxing if it weren’t for the timer. I would pay a pretty good amount to be able to remove the timer permanently on this game. Instead, I’m going to end up deleting it.

I like the game a lot; however, after this last update, the game will freeze completely and then I have to force quit. Granted, nothing has worked well since I updated to iOS 26 but I thought the game update would be compatible with it.
Crashing or freezing
I love this game. It is fun and frustrating at the same time. Some levels are so challenging it takes me several days to beat them. However, since the most recent update, my game freezes or crashes mid-level. This is super frustrating. At level 2756, I need every heart I can get and losing one mid-game means I have to watch an ad for another one or I have to wait 30 minutes. And when I’m close to solving the level and the game freezes, I have to start over again.

i just updated the game to its latest version and now the game is crashing every five minutes. the entire screen freezes up and i can’t even leave the game and go to home screen. i have to turn off my phone, wait a couple seconds for the turn off function to even work, and then clear out the window before i restart the game. really annoying and frustrating. poor game and app quality

Fun games but the ads are impossible to skip and they are very long and time consuming. Some ads last a few minutes and you cannot exit or return to the game. I am not paying just to skip the ads. They are like scams.
Purchases don’t get applied.
This is a fun game and I was on the verge of going ad-free when I made a bundle purchase that included coins and helpful boosters. I didn’t see the coins so I thought the purchase didn’t go through and purchased the bundle again with the same results. So now I have proof of the 2 purchases and nothing to show for the money spent. I have messaged support multiple times with no return message/email back. I’m looking into other similar games then I plan to delete this one. Can’t trust my money will not be taken for nothing again.

Ads force redirect to websites
The WebKit on this stupid app repeatedly forces you to websites for the ads they play. Experian, Intuit CreditKarma, and some of those idiotic long form ads, all do this same nonsense when you play this game. This shouldn’t be legal.
Pay to play
The game itself is extremely fun and challenging. I loved it. It becomes increasingly more difficult as you advance rounds. The developers mix in a few easy games to keep things moving, but some of the "super hard" levels can be extraordinarily frustrating to the point that I was paying a lot of money for a few more seconds in a game. There's no reward for daily play. I just ended up paying to play after getting high up in the game, and at that point I deleted the app.

So many ads!!
I’ve been playing for a while lvl 197 i like the challenge but there’s always an active ad at the bottom of the screen and EVERY TIME I WIN OR FAIL A LEVEL. It wasn’t like that when I started and I’m about to uninstall this game it’s gotten so bad. I’d be fine if it was ‘watch an ad to get more lives’ but not if it’s going to spam me with ads between levels. I’m not paying 8 dollars to get rid of the ads. Please fix this seriously.
Cute until it’s not.
As usual, it’s a cute puzzle game that’s fun until about 20 levels in. The timer goes from 5 minutes to 1 and 1/2 in an uncomfortable difficulty jump. It also becomes very clear just how much they want you to buy their micro transactions around this time. Also, it has ads. Not at first! But it does have them. It also has a battle pass. Very disappointed.
Edit: almost forgot! Of course after the timer becomes uncomfortably short, they offer you to spend real life money on tickets that make the timer infinite.

love it until recently
absolutely loved playing and was a great way to pass time until recently. if i could post the screenshot i would. game continuously crashes mid game and i lose all progress (heaven chase, sky catstle, any “power ups” used, and the timer still goes down during the unlimited play for hearts). it’s extremely frustrating.
