As someone who gets 0 likes on any other platform I can tell you, me getting 11 likes in less than a day is the fakest thing

Gonna give this app a try for 72 hours. But already I don’t like it. It constantly gives me people who are younger/older than my preferences & people who are hours away from me, regardless of my distance settings. Everything you do is hidden behind a pay wall like most dating apps. Which is really frustrating. There are fake accounts. And if you get liked. Good luck ever seeing those accounts. 48 hours left til I delete this app. It’s pretty trash.

This app does not match you with people remotely nearby. If you want nearby matches, you have to pay a premium price and even then your matches do not show people with your preferences.

None functional dating app
Right have completing account got a likes which is already a red flag. Did the premium to give it a fat shake and all were fake accounts.
From a functional aspect the app doesn’t work. Will set distance limit to say 100 miles and it will show piropee multiple states over or across the country. To add to this the only way to tell where someone is at the bottom of their profile so you have to scroll for to search then go back up if they are within range.
The swiping on it is so touchy that you will be sending false likes just trying to get done to the section to check where they live.
It has a nice little view counter under your profile. They have shown my profile 4 times in over a month even after having premium. Ya… that’s great, if your going to hide peoples account to show fake ones, might at least either hide the view counter or fake views to seem like the app is legit.

Preferences are set to less than 3 miles. Ive seen nothing but people 100s of miles away from me. I’m in Wisconsin why even show me potential matches in Kentucky? There’s a tiered subscription model that doesn’t allow you to do anything really without paying for the highest tier at $60/month. Really frustrated and disappointed.

Worst dating app
If I could give zero stars I would. It is about the quality of people on this app and the lack of protections for women. Harassment is rampant on this app. It was a waste of money. I tried the upgraded versions for one month and my profile was seen, but every match was not compatible. You can’t even do more in reality with the upgrades. It is a business tactic that all of these apps are doing and it is just a scam. A few men even harassed me from the start. Not one single match had a normal introduction and conversation. Their profiles seem decent and honest, but then they harass you in the DMs. There is no way to protect yourself and reset your algorithm and feed. I’m officially done with dating apps because of this.

I downloaded the app. Within minutes I received calls and messages from over 10+ diff girls. All leading with the EXACT SAME message to start off. You have to buy coins to message so I did. Just to be led on by the conversations of BOTS. everyone of them had the exact same reason to not meet for drinks. This app is a scam. The profiles you’re “talking to” are fake. It’s super sad and I want my money back.

You take the time to create a profile and have no access to talking, viewing their profile again after swiping. Deleted my account immediately after.

I stupidly bought the monthly and noticed duplicate profiles once unlocked. I requested a refund but no answer. I have photos of the duplicate and the “99+” likes.

I posted 5 photos trying to go based off the help and hints that the app itself gave me and immediately deleted 4 of the photos and then later told me my 5th photo doesn’t meet guidelines? It’s a shirtless photo but nothing crazy at all. My about me got deleted every time I tried to post one. The app would show me people thousands of miles away and not people by me. Pretty much a complete waste of time, I’ll continue to use other services. This one isn’t legit at all.

Tried putting I was poly and pansexual and it was against their community guidelines… wrote that i was never going to be monogamous and that passed because i didn’t put poly or pan

My favorite part of Duet compared to other apps is that you set an age range, say 25-30, and it shows you almost exclusively people under or over those ages. Even better is when you select 40 miles and everyone it shows you is 3+ hours away even if you live in a major population center.

I have my parameters on 11 miles away and they keep suggesting people that are in Washington state and Tennessee and I’m in Jacksonville FL. Everybody that they have for me to swipe on with in other states. I’m actually trying to find somebody to date not just to message.

Money scam not a dating app
Don’t waste your time creating your detailed profile bc this app only allows you to see likes if you pay for a subscription or potential matches or msgs if you pay a higher subscription. The apps algorithm was written to ensure you pay bc the men who have liked your profile rarely pop up in the regular profiles to like and get a match. My profile has said I have over 500 likes yet all I see are repeat profiles I’ve already swiped NO on. Don’t fall for this dating app money scam.
