I will not be your customer if you can't keep me logged into your app
Today is the first day I left Dutch Bros instead of ordering a drink with the money I had already given them in the app. Not only did it make me sign in again just like it had last time, but I again had to try and remember which legacy sign-in method my account used. And then when I did remember and attempted to sign in, it told me there was a login error. So I left, just like I imagine a large portion of other customers do. I encourage the Dutch Bros board of directors to look into the seeming correlation between the stock price stagnating and the rollout of this magic link sign-in method. Probably there are some developers that not only shouldn't have a job, but are actually responsible for many millions of dollars of lost revenue. Keeping customers signed into your application is a very fundamental part of acquiring customers.

Doesn’t display full list of syrups
A couple things I don’t like about the app is you can only customize 3 things on your order and it only has options for 10 flavors so I always have to pay for the syrup at the window

Technical Oopsie

Online order sucks
Consistently waiting 10+ minutes after the estimated pickup time for online orders. Can’t provide feedback anywhere else in the app. Impossible to plan my morning around.

Inconsistent and expensive
Used to love going to Dutch and would go Daily. It really sucks now especially using the app. Drinks are expensive and the app promotions are not consistent. My sister and I will go together a lot but she goes more than me but I see she has different offers and more chances to earn points or bonus points and I do not get the same offers.

bella isn’t a great costumer service worker
every time I go to Dutch and Bella is the one taking orders she completely ignores my car and goes around me or she will go inside, and every time she does take my order she’s very mean, not very professional at all, she’s been doing this since she started working there, it takes me longer in the drive through as well because she refuses to take my order, sometimes i’m there 10 minutes longer because she won’t take my order, bro needs to grow up

Inconsistent options in app
The ice beverages allow you to select decaf, half decaf, or regular but the blended options don't allow for ANY choices on decaf or half-caf? This has been an issue for over a year.. disappointing

If I had a nickel for every time its happened I’d only have 2 nickels. But its weird that its happened twice
