Dishonest Company
I still cannot access the Ultimate Team account on Web or Companion App, even though I have completed all requirements listed by EA. Not only that, but in order to complete these prerequisites, I had to play the game for so long that the Steam platform would no longer let me ask for a refund. This seems like fraudulent behavior to me.

Nothing can be saved, squad management, transfer market. It’s a waste of time…

I haven’t been able to gain access to season pass on console since January so I have to use the app. I can’t unlock any trophies on console for completing the season pass because it is “unavailable.” The app often hides cards that I actually own and I have to keep signing out and back in to potentially see them. I often have a lot of problems logging in also. The game as a whole needs to be fixed, said no one ever.
Garbage
Security is absolutely essential for this and there’s barely any. People hack accounts and steal your rewards from Squad Battles, Rivals and so on. for completing tasks like an SBC is nice and that’s it.

I’ve been playing non stop and it seems like it’s impossible to pack any cards other than from packs in store. I’ve done over 1000 sbc and yet to pull a decent card. Sad sad sad that they want you to spend money to keep up with players that do

What’s the point of spending hard-earned money on this game if everything resets every year? Why not move to a subscription-based model where players can keep some value, cards, or progress after the season/year ends? Players invest time, money, and effort, yet every year we start from zero again.
I genuinely believe you would have much higher player retention and more daily logins if players felt their investment mattered long term. People are tired of spending money only to lose everything a year later.
Also, what is the point of elite players if lower-rated players (85, 86, etc.) can overpower them in situations where they clearly shouldn’t? An elite 94-rated player should feel elite. If a 94 Maldini loses shoulder-to-shoulder battles too often against an average 85-rated attacker, then ratings stop meaning anything.
Yes, lower-rated players should still be usable, but there should be a clear difference in power, positioning, physicality, defensive intelligence, and consistency. Otherwise, what’s the value of grinding, spending, or building an elite team if average players perform almost the same?
You update the game frequently anyway, so what’s stopping FC from becoming a better, fairer, and more rewarding experience for loyal players?

Can’t login due to “logged in on a different device”
As the title says can’t login because it seems I am in ultimate team while in fact I had closed the game and opened 2 other games after closing it. Absolutely will not let me in. Thanks for the evo objective you can’t complete because the app is broken EA.

This game sucks, its horrible, app doesnt even work because it says the console is logged into the ea account after I closed app and turned off the PS , the actual game is slightly better but still sucks, hae to wait 24 hours for whatever reason to use the transfer market after completing objectives, fifa was way better than any of these fc series

Transfer Market
You should have the transfer market available to lasting accounts. Been playing for on and off but frequent. Now I cant even hop on this new app to transfer while im off the game. And you dont give any way to figure out how close you are etc. really sucks.
Horrible glitches
I have been playing ut since 2012 and it keeps on getting worse , the app has so many glitches and bugs especially when trying to submit bids on players it times out and shows errors, everytime I complete an sbc I get the minimal promised. If it says 88+ I’ll be lucky if I end up with an 88 that’s not horrible. I’m div 3 btw skill issue are not a problem. Also I am very opposed to gambling & addictive habits and ultimate team is literally gambling and you spend your own money….
Bugs / bias
So many bugs, when using squad builder it won’t choose the players that I have!! I have to manually add. Also this stupid game always giving the worst player picks!! If it’s 88+ then I will have all 88’s. Absolutely not worth it!

No console link, and when i realized i forgot my password for my EA account, a password reset was never sent to my email. Another EA dud

Such a toxic game with pay to win and gambling model. Specially it is so detrimental to young players mental health. Developers working on this should be ashamed of themselves.
Fix your POS app
Absolutely nothing works on this app, from SBCs, to Evos, to countless visual glitches this is the worst app ever and the fact its raiting is not 1star just mean they buy ratings too bc there’s no way anyone actually using this app rated it any higher

Fc should be a continuous game
What’s the point of spending your hard earned money on this game if every year it resets ? Could you guys consider moving to a subscription based game where we keep the cards or get some value at the end of the season/year for our time and effort towards playing ? I think you’d find higher player retention and more daily user logins. People are sick of spending money on your game just to start over each year. You’re already updating frequently anyways so what’s stopping you?

FC UT just sucks
It’s really sad how bad UT has gotten. Month by month, year by year, update by update FC just money grubs and tries to scam little kids and dumb adults out of spending money on a virtual gambling game. SBC’s get way harder just to win fodder, former easier methods of playing instead of paying to win become harder and more of an uphill. EA, just make this game fun for once and stop trying to revolve UT around in game purchases.

i’ve never had to sign in over 1000 times, not receive the email once, have to use my stupid console for verification, and all that to be told can’t sign in because the verification tool is signed in?? and then try do it again and you have to sing in again and repeat the stupid idiot process
