Impossible to cancel
We have canceled our subscription through apple. We cannot log into with any of our email addresses to check app settings, password reset does not work. We have tried to block charges on our CC. The charges keep coming. This app was great for our child but the inability to cancel it and constant charge disputes we have to deal with are a headache. Content wise - 4/5 start. App design and ability to cancel subscriptions. Negative 5. This is borderline theft!!!!!

Terrible
Very distracting games with little learning content. I had a month long gift subscription and ABCMouse charged me $80. I can’t be refunded according to their website. Mia Academy and reading.com are much better quality and less expensive.
Amount per family
I have 4 children under 7 and I am not able to provide each of them a profile without purchasing another subscription, disappointing.
Subscription Promo designed to over charge the user
I subscribed to a monthly plan due to the availability of a free trial month. Subsequently, I was further promoted to a yearly promotional offer. However, at the end of the month, I noticed that I was charged for the monthly fees. Why would I have a recurring monthly and a yearly plan tied to my account? Unless the purpose is to scam the user. Just take the money upfront instead of setting up such schemes.
Atrocious!
First off, I’ve heard that it is a free game! When I downloaded it for my daughter, it said either log in or pay 59.99 a year! I am not a fan of that. What a ripoff! Also, my daughter loves this game called Kiddopia! Sure, you have to pay for the educational games on Kiddopia, but at least there are some games that are free! I don’t hate Kiddopia, but I want my daughter to have a more educational game system. Another reason is, my daughter is starting preschool next year and I want her to get a jumpstart in her subjects. So I thought “Why not? I might as well try this educational game. It seems fun and easy for a three year old.” Turns out I was wrong. I am not paying that ridiculous amount of money for a game! I expect this game to be free! Parents, I would not recommend this game. I only gave this a one star review because it has no ads. I will not be writing a good review unless I see that it is free. Especially my brother hates this app. I used to not agree with him. But I couldn’t agree more with him on this topic. Do not hesitate to get this game.

Gotta Make everything more updated or I won’t want to use this app No More can you atleast update the characters please it’s starting to get annoying seeing the same characters again and again and again make more newer characters please I don’t wanna have to delete the app
ABC mouse 1 and 2 are bad
I said that because I wish there would be a 4th grade lvl the ads keep popping up and it’s so babyish, if there was a test on this I would get a 110%

No refund policy after renewal after kid outgrew it.
Toddler likes it and paid for the year, and they outgrew it and stopped using it. The automatic renewal hit and we promptly reached out asking if they could change it to just a month’s worth. Nope, paid for the year. No refunds.

I downloaded ABC mouse for for my kids and before have any of learning games for my kids it made me pay $40 and some families can’t afford that much and that’s why I put it one star

I believe that this is a great app but…
I believe that this is an amazing app and the reason I believe about it is because when I was in school well there was like this after school program that I would go to, and they have this computer where you can play ABCmouse and I know that it’s an amazing app but the downfall is when I download it on my tablet it’s sent first month free and I was super excited but then when I tried to do it, it made me pay the $15 first so I was really confused cause it like added the $14 so the $15 sorry and I was very confused and I’m really sad about that so could you please try and fix that?

hi so there is a bug and it is annoying …sometimes it says"WHOOPS please try again "and i try again it doesn’t work ……and i have to clear my tablet and i try again and it doesn’t work so whoever is reading this you have to fix this problem
Horrible cancellation process
The lengths I had to go to cancel this membership was ridiculous. They hide the ability to cancel so deep, and make it so cumbersome hoping people will give up and just keep getting charged. For that reason alone, I would never sign up again.

Wouldn’t work
Downloaded this for my son a got the year subscription. Paid upfront. Couldn’t get past the “optional” survey on any device we own. Did everything do get it to work. Updates, deleted and reinstalled app, cleared cache, everything even reached out to customer service. Cancelled subscription and asked for a refund. Now can’t get an answer back from customer service on my money on an app we’ve never even been able to use. Waste of money.
Constant Freezes

Hey ABC mouse, why do you have a double of the same game because literally they both say ABC mouse and I’m your second ad for ABC mouse you put ABC mouse character there also when I went to check something I was just scrolling down, but then I found a thing that says 0-5 and that’s just weird so I don’t think I’ll be downloading this app

Extremely misleading advertising
I wanted to subscribe to this app and of course it pushed me to their direct website. After subscribing to the $45 / year (as I intended) I was taken to another page that said something about a $39 renewal. I assumed that was a discounted price for renewing the subscription. I just purchased. But it was an additional $39.
Because ABC Mouse steers you out of the safety of the App Store, there is nothing I can do to get my money back. I’m trying to do something nice for my kids and now I’ve spent money that I can’t afford.
