I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for my cashout, I’m top of that his guys are charging a crazy fee. I made 24 but I’m only “receiving” $17. What a joke.

Don’t expect to get paid anytime soon
I earned $15 pretty quick and decided to test their payout… I’m still waiting, doesn’t even show it’s been reviewed yet also, out of $15 I’m getting less than $10. Now I have an additional $50 that I’ve earned but I can’t get a pay out on that because I have $9.87 sitting there waiting for a “review”. I find this lag time to be unacceptable. Also, If you reach out for assistance, someone will get back with you in THREE days and they aren’t in on the weekend 🙄🙄🙄
Update on my review…finally after 2 weeks I got paid my $9… after taking an astronomical fee for cashing out under a certain amount, they charge you $1 to transfer to PayPal. Now I’m onto my second payout…had over $60 to payout but only could get $35 of it. Going on a week since the payment request and it says it “can take up to 8 days”…there is absolutely no reason for this lag time.

Don’t waste your time with this app. You won’t be compensated for the offers and then they’ll say you did something wrong to not be paid. Support is about as rude as can be. I’ll also be contacting the BBB.

I don’t typically write reviews, but the incompetent and flippant attitude of the employees of Prograd pushed me to do so. Evidently, making mandatory application updates ‘breaks’ the link for the games. And, although I had out in hours and about $50 in purchased planning to recoup on later levels, they are now saying they don’t plan to pay me for the levels that I showed proof of completing before I realized it was no longer tracking. They either don’t understand or don’t care… such greed and lack of respect or compassion is very disappointing to say the least. Don’t waste your time.
Doesn’t work
I spent hours doing this app and finally reached the cash out phase yet when I tried to cash out it does not have the option for a person in the United States of America to cash out !!

No real surveys instead you have to download a survey app. Instead of actually taking a survey.
Have yet to let me get my money and I’ve already sent my I’d and everything for verification
Days ago if not a week ago I sent in my ID verification and have still got nothing back
