Terrible experience. I booked with EasyJet for the first time in ages and their app was incredibly frustrating to use. It kept glitching, making it almost impossible to change my flight, and I had to repeatedly reset my password just to access my account. A simple task ended up taking hours just to make a change and download a boarding pass. If this is the standard of their digital service, I definitely won’t be flying with them again.

Terrible airlines
In tbilisi airport, we were sitting in the airport, it was announced several times that boarding started, though it was too early. everyone came to gate, they allow us to scan boarding passes and let us go, but plane did not allow passengers to the plane and hundreds of passengers locked in the small corridor up to 1 hour, in August, no air conditioning, no ventilation. we asked airport staff and it was air plane's decision.
What a mess
I heaven’t seen such a broken app in a while. When I press “add to a wallet” it simply show me a bunch of text, alao can’t save the downloaded pdf. Totally useless app.

Please for the love of everything that is good on this earth, spare yourself the torture of having to use this app. I have never encountered a less user-friendly and difficult check-in process before in my life. Boo and two thumbs down to sleazy jet.

This app won’t allow me to manage my special needs assistance for a temporary disability, “Easy”Jet won’t respond to my 5/9/2035 email requesting assistance, and I’m going to have to suffer through this trip. I’m being annoyed and worried about my condition worsening as I continue my vacation in Italy. Terrible customer experience.

Useless
Can’t download my boarding pass to my wallet, wont display terminal, won’t display gate, flight extras display is confusing… For example I have a single seat but it displays as 2x and 2x luggage when I paid for 1, doesn’t display my baggage that I paid for. Why is the option “delete boarding pass” located next to “download boarding pass”.
Can’t check in
I get “Sorry, we have been unable to complete check in” every single time, and none of the listed reasons are relevant for me. Amazing!
No native app
The native iOS app used to be fantastic. Easily one of the best booking experiences for an airline. But then the developers switched it to a web-based app and now it’s terrible. The UI is not as intuitive, it shows less detailed information, and the font + glyphs are smaller. Maybe this was done for ease and/or budget cuts, but PLEASE consider reintroducing the native app. It was far superior than this one.

The update is TERRIBLE
This app used to be great. It was my favorite flight app, even compared to big players like BA, Delta, Lufthansa. But the most recent app is truly horrendous. They’ve doubled or tripled the number of taps it takes to complete any tasks. Checking in is mind boggling confusing (how did I need to exit through 4 separate screens once I had checked in???). I wasn’t even able to figure out how to buy a ticket, and just defaulted to the web. Bring back the old app!!
What happened??
Prior to the latest update, this app was fantastic. Easy to use and everything was designed to work via the app. Now it’s all changed and checking in is now down via the website that is not app enabled. Please go back to the version before this.

Also, your employees are fantastic at pestering customers multiple times over trivial things, like making sure their bags can smush inside the regulation bins which are tighter than they are actually on the plane, damaging important equipment. The bag checkers must have a massive stick firmly placed deep inside a place that does not see the sun shine
I’d highly suggest people avoid this airline service.

There’s no way of getting in touch with your customer service. I can’t believe I wrote you an email and your response was you might get back to me within seven days. I bought a ticket I can’t get through to Orbitz because they said I had to go through you and you said that you can’t do anything because I booked it with another agency. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never dealt with such a airlines before.
Never use this airline
This airline is an absolute scam. Made me pay 60€ for a carry on at the gate. I have never had this happen on any other flight.
Calendar Privacy Fail
App insists on having access to your complete calendar (“Full Access” permission) to add your booked flight to your calendar, when “Add Events Only” is all that should really be required.

I don’t think they should even get a star. On the way to London everything was fine but on the way back they were rude to everyone on a half full plane. I had to throw away some clothes and a pair of nice shoes just so my bag would fit the small baggage. Also their first class is not a thing really there is absolutely no leg room on the entire plane. I will definitely not fly this EVER again.

So confusing
From checked-in page that said download boarding pass to repeated inability to find my trips to strange instruction in confirmation email to go to Go to Gate to check in that had no option for checking in to confusing array of different numbers, it took me nearly half an hour to use this app
Can’t get any worse
You get what you pay for, oh wait, you don’t even get that. Paid for a flight with one layover, flight delayed, couldn’t make our connection and they wouldn’t put us on the next flight, or any flight to our final destination without buying another ticket. What a bunch of crap
Missed Flight
Early to the gate by 3hrs and never heard an announcement for Catantia or our names. Perhaps a audio system issue, but the ladies on duty were less than helpful to get us rebooked, full of negative attitude, and soured our love of Italy. Unfortunate on our part to miss the flight somehow, but inhospitable for EasyJet to not try and assist us with a good resolution.
Cancel flights with 0 solutions
They canceled my flight and have no substitution for another flight. Do not book with this company.

Layout is nice and ux is aesthetically appealing, but it would not work multiple times when I tried to check in. The app even said I completed the check-in process, but every time, a pop-up message would appear saying there was an error and check-in could not be completed. Which was certainly true since I could not download my boarding pass. This happened several times. Hopefully the non-functionality of the app is not an indication of how the flight I’m about to get on will go…

This site is so difficult to navigate. I have tried on a number of flights to pay for luggage before arriving at the airport. It is impossible to do that on this app.

I have speedy boarding on my reservation, one day the app boarding passes showed it correctly. When I arrived at the airport the next day it did not show speedy boarding on my boarding pass. When I logged into the website it show correctly on the boarding pass my speedy boarding. Be careful, you could wait in a long line for nothing.

Absolutely worst airlines I’ve ever encountered. Flight from Lisbon to London was originally delayed 1hr but then suddenly was told to bored. Then it stopped and there was NO ONE providing updates as to why or what was happened. 2hrs later, we find out that the plane was delayed because the pilot crew “did not have necessary accommodations for a meal so they had to get off the plane, go to the terminal and eat lunch”. This was verbatim from the pilot.
What an ABSOLUTELY horrible experience! Completely ruined the rest of my vacation as I arrived nearly 4hrs late!!

Using app to download boarding pass to phone
Difficult - not intuitive for me
Still no carbon offset option as part of booking flow
Since Jan 2023 easyJet is no longer offsetting it’s aviation fuel emissions for its customers. It claims on its sustainability web page that a voluntary option will be available… but two weeks in there is still no carbon offsets option in the booming flow that would show the emissions for the given flight and allow to add an offset payment as per of the reservation. This shows just how serious the airline actually is about emissions. More greenwashing from big orange. I’ll be taking the train.
Worst airline on the planet? Maybe.
The app works fine. Too bad the airline doesn’t. Be prepared to be treated worse than cattle. From long wait lines even with “speedy boarding” to the line at the gate. To the line after the gate. To the line in front of the plane. They wait until every passenger has reached the next little corral to then progress forward. The only thing this airline does well is find new and unique pain points to charge you just that little bit extra. This is the airline you fly when you have NO other options.
