Unusable lately
I can’t ever select the location so this app is now useless to me unfortunately. I assume this is a bug but it has made it so I can no longer use it.

Unable to receive SMS code to US phone number
The SMS message is received via WiFi continues to be invalid even though it’s entered within seconds. Seems to have issues with US phone numbers. Can’t finish registration.

Frustrated
I downloaded app, it will not validate the code texted to me. I went to the website for help, error code on the help page. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Now, how do I park on my trip if this is the app used?
In the United States it’s not available..
Don’t waste your time downloading this app in USA it will just reject your 6 digit code.. I just wish someone would have told me before I made the mistake to download this app..
US phone fails in Australia
Registration failed multiple times. Upon entering the code successfully texted to my phone, the app loops endlessly claiming “The code is invalid, please try reentering code.” This I conclude the app coders can neither code nor write effectively.”

Easily the worst app ever
Useless. We’re traveling, so are using data only eSIMs, but of course this requires a phone number for a verification code (no email option). So, we modify our phone plan to get texts, so now it tells us we’ve reached the maximum number of text validation requests. There’s a countdown timer that says you can try again in five minutes ( despite the fact I hadn’t tried since yesterday, oh, by the way, the countdown timer only runs if the app stays open to that page), not that it matters, since even after it expired I still get the same “maximum requests” error message. It’s like it was designed without any thought or troubleshooting.
Don’t share payment information
Caution using this app or parking with this company. If you do, immediately delete your account after. They hold your payment info and do not let you delete it. Worse, if you have a rental car and do not remove the car after use, they illegally charge your card if someone later parks there, even months later. It’s a ridiculous operation. Stay away.

Keeps timing out or returns weird errors at every step of the way.
Can’t log in
I reach the step to enter my verification code but when I enter it I keep getting an error that it is invalid! I’ve attempted at least 15 times with the same result. From USA.
Terrible support
Wrongly calculates fees for EVs in Prague. Support is absolutely horrible and useless and there’s zero chance of any bug report getting through them, or frankly of any help with anything.
Bad UI caused parking fine. Please beware.
Customer service agent confirmed I opened the app, selected the right location, set the dial, I distinctly remember confirming and seeing the timer run, but apparently the session hadn’t actually confirmed to start. The result was I got a fine. I frequently use the app. I had notifications turned on for a while but turned them off when it constantly pinged me to the point it lowered my battery.
Warning: bad UX and design choices will likely lead you to use the app wrong and leave you with the fine.

Warning misleading
When I registered to use the service I did not realize I was signing up for a monthly subscription to use it until I noticed I was being billed about $5US (49NOK)once a month about four months later. I use several other parking apps. None do that.
Latest version does not allow me to stop a session
Five out of five times since I got the latest version, the app will not let me stop a session and I have to go to the online Support to get them to stop the session
Must have European phone number
If you try to register using a cell number outside of Europe, the app will send you a code when you try to register but will report an "invalid code" error message when you attempt to enter it.
Only after consulting their support bot did I learn that you can't register with a non-European cell number.
They need to correct the wording of their error message AND make it clear that you need a European cell number. 😖

Subscription
I used once and then wanted to delete the subscription since I didn’t know there were reoccurring charges until months later. It is so difficult to log back on the app. I had a rental car so I did not know the license plate and it was required to log in. Then the verification codes were not working. I managed to log in on the website but it is not possible to cancel through the website. The assistance tool is no help.
No real iPad support, can’t login
No landscape mode so kind of useless on an iPad. Log in SMS on iPhone also doesn’t work, so useless
App is a scam
DO NOT USE THIS APP. THERE’S NO WAY TO DEACTIVATE THE RECURRING MONTHLY FEE THROUGH THEIR PORTAL. I cannot even login to the mobile app.
Impossible to use
I am trying to login but it won’t recognize the code being sent to my phone. It also won’t log in with Apple. For an app that you HAVE to use to park, this is down right embarrassing.

Charges you for other people’s parking
If you use this app to park once with a rental car, they will keep charging you every time someone else rents that car and parks it somewhere that uses EasyPark, forever. You can’t log into your account on a web browser unless you remember the license plate of the rental car. The phone app doesn’t work because to log in you need to enter a code that gets texted to you, but the app never recognizes the code. No customer support. Extremely insecure, and subjects you to endless fraudulent charges to your credit card. Beware!
Bad app
I hate that I have to turn that stupid disc and that it lags so it takes forever to get a 24 hour ticket. Just allow me to manually put in the final time like any normal app.

Couldn’t even validate 6-digit code
0 stars, was in Perth area code 37094. Tried to use the app to get parking ticket. The 6 digit code verification never worked. I would receive a code and then enter it into the app only to see “The code is invalid, please try reentering the code”. Biggest waste of time of my life.

Beware of Scam
Used this in Italy. Returned to the US and still being charged. Now I will have to cancel my credit card to make the fraudulent charges stop.

Charging me months after
I used this app for a trip back in August 2025. It is now December 2025 and they have attempted to charge me at least once a month since then - erroneously.

An expensive app
Yes, it’s easy to pay and to pay less for the exact time if one comes early BUT…
Two expensive charges occurred.
New to the App, in fact my first use, I was unable to extend parking time. After several attempts in a minute or so I “parked” again on the App. Unfortunately where I was located was a different place to where the vehicle was parked. Not being familiar with the App, I received a hefty fine for going a few minutes over my original parking period. Though I paid EasyPark for the second period.
Two features I was unaware of - Camera parking and vehicle registration number not deleted automatically when parking time is over. I had a rental car and had left the country but a new customer of the rental vehicle parked overnight and I got a large bill to pay.
Neither EasyPark nor the rental company were willing to transfer the charge to the new customer.
If Camera parking is on switch off after use.
Remove vehicle registration number after returning the vehicle.

Beware of subscription costs
I used it once in Italy, not even sure if it worked, but I have been conveniently charged over $5 monthly for some sort of subscription. You can’t delete the account because of the subscription but you can’t find anywhere to cancel the recurring charges. Very deceptive practice.
Dangerous for renters - make sure you delete your rental car or they will happily take your money.
Customer service is slow and useless.

Already deleted the account and APP. Still got charged randomly from Apple Pay… unable to stop the charge.
Subscription membership bug?
I haven't used this app for 4 months, but the app automatically subscribed to easypark go today, so I got a credit card chargeback bill!
Unfair billing practices
Do not send notices before billing. Immediately cancelled and no refund. Had to wait forever for customer service (they cut it off once and every time was a long delay). Completely Unsatisfactory billing practices.

I had to download this app while in Switzerland to park. Now that I am back in home in the United States; I have cancelled my subscription to the app. However, I AM STILL BEING CHARGED! There is no way to connect to customer service, because they don’t have a callback feature for US numbers. I have tried to call long distance several times and have been kept on hold for more than 20 minutes only for the call suddenly end in disconnection. APPLE APP STORE: PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS SCAM APP!!!
Scam
Locks you into a subscription without telling you, then makes it impossible to delete your card or account or end the subscription. Avoid at all costs.
Can’t add payment and makes drives people away from city centers
24/7 parking fees in empty parking lots where we have been parking for decades. Now with these “easy” park companies it’s a big hassle. Can’t add my credit card that I’ve been using around the globe. It’s killing the city centers in Sweden. Who the heck wants to spend hours and money to fight parking in at most half empty parking lots when you can go to alternatives outside the center and conveniently park. It’s a shame!!! And you shove your parking space you know where.
