Okay so I saw an ad for this app… going on a diet and needing meal plans obviously. And I had deleted my account because 39.99$ is RIDICULOUS! Now they won’t stop trying to charge me and my bank account is now in the process of being shut down due to so many fraudulent charges! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT install this app. They don’t answer the phone and it is not U.S. based so they won’t even answer the phone! Complete nightmare! STRAIGHT AVIOD! They took 80 out of my account! BS!

I paid for trial for one month. And I uploaded the application. But I didn’t receive any single food receipt!!
7 day free trail is a joke
I wanted to try it before I committed and they offered a 7 day free trail I found it wasn’t for me I just wanted higher protein meal ideas I didn’t really want to have to pay for the whole thing I canceled it the next day, but was still charged for a two or one month subscription disputed the charge twice with no luck. 25 bucks I’ll never get back

I was charged for a subscription that I did not clearly authorize. I only intended to use a trial, but I was billed anyway.
I contacted support requesting a refund, but my request was refused without a clear or reasonable explanation. I believe this is unfair and misleading for users.
There was no transparent communication about the charges, and I feel the subscription terms were not clearly presented.
I am very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this app.

I chose carnivore diet-it gave me a dish with rice
You know this is kind of useless if you tell it dietary needs and complete just ignores it. I would like a refund
Fundamental Mismatch Meal Plan and Macros
Created macros and then every recipe for the day was 50-75% fat, 20-25% carbs and protein each. Wasn’t even giving recipe meal plan that adhered to its own recommended macro levels

Not Worth the Money
The AI Calorie counting is very inaccurate and inflexible, and the meal planning is not what I thought it would be. You can’t write in your own plan, it only allows for their recipes to be added to the meal plan. Not worth the money, super disappointed and they won’t give me a refund.
Sketchy Billing
I signed up for the yearlong plan with a promotion for $19.99. Im thinking okay, awesome! Then a couple days later there was an attempt to charge my card $39.99. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud and I wasn’t charged. Immediately canceled my subscription. Not sure what that was about but really not cool if they’re doing shady things like that

They ignore you when you send a request to cancel. And then they have the audacity to charge not only the $19.99, but an additional $39.99. And still, after several emails, there are no responses I do not recommend this product at all. buyer beware

I have been so annoyed using this app. First, I didn’t get my free-week trial. Then, I put all my preferences in and the meals it suggested did not match what I was looking for at all. I was looking for quick dinner meals and it suggested Oatmeal Rolls, which how is that dinner, and they were supposed to take 2.5 hours.
I also wanted budget friendly and every day every meal is different. I guess I want more of a meal prep option, like I can make something on Sunday and eat it everyday for breakfast, etc.
I had it create a meal plan and I had to go in and change every meal because what they were suggesting was just not going to work. I am trying to save time/money and eat macro packed meals.
What is prompting this review is that I opened the app to make dinner tonight and my meal plan, that took so long to put together, had completely disappeared. If I could get my 25 dollars back and find a new app I would love that.

Inaccurate
It might be operator error on my part, but whenever I scan food or scan the barcode, it gives me everything in Spanish even though I have selected English for the language. The calorie count is also way off.

They charge me money without my consent and they never responded to my mails to cancel the subscription. I’m the app when you go to the subscription page it goes blank so you can not cancel it.

Well, I haven’t used it yet but they offered me the plan at a price and I was charged more than double the same amount, when I try to contact them so that it is resolved I can’t, because there is no kind of contact from them, I hope they improve this, I feel very disappointed

I have sent at least five or six emails asking for someone to help me with my subscription. At this point I just want to cancel it, but I am not able to do that in the app. When I open the manage subscription within the app, the page is blank and allows me to do nothing. I am at the point where I am probably going to call my bank to stop any future charges! Your lack of customer service and response time is terrible!
Cant cancel my subscription
There is no place in the app to cancel my subscription. I even looked on im apple subscriptions to cancel from there and cant. Wrote them and they said I need proof that I cancelled it on my end with a screenshot. I just want my money back.

When I try and make a meal plan for a week or even a couple days and go to create it doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried restarting the app doing less days and meals and still nothing.

The app sucks. It sound to good to be true and it is. The tracking calories is so stupid and hard I can’t be specific with what brands and measurements also the “meal plans” are ridiculous and not regulated by all the information i originally provided. Like I said I don’t like mushrooms the first meal I try’s to give me is a mushroom quiche. It’s just not good.

This is nonsense and lie.
First, if you change your mind they will never refund you. What they offered to me instead a lifetime membership. Which I don’t want. They told me the tail story that because I bought the app through Apple Store they can’t refund. Can you imagine this nonsense?

Unable to manage subscription in the app and is not listed under subscriptions in app store either. Customer service is just automated replies and I have been charged multiple times for different amounts!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did not like the app and canceled within the trial period and they continued to CHARGE ME WITHOUT PERMISSION. This is a god awful app with the meals tasting terrible and I’m actually a good cook. No flavor in anything. My family and I hated this app
Trial period is fake
I wanted to try this app out and was signed up for the yearly plan after a 7 day trial. I started on the 2nd of march. After trying to add ingredients I am not able to have (due to an allergy) it still brings up food I am allergic to, and unless I look at the recipe I am still given these options. So I decided to cancel. Turns out there is no 7 day trial (today is 6th of march) and it was paid for and unable to be cancelled or refunded.
What a joke
This app is supposed to provide you with a great meal plan to help you lose weight, complete with healthy recipes. I paid their 1/2 price discounted offer when I should have just deleted it. The recipes do not have any serving sizes, so the calories are for the entire recipe - 1000+ calories. The “meal plan” included “Paleo Gravy” as one of my lunches. It simply doesn’t work and can’t work the way that it is constructed.

This is a TERRIBLE ap! If I followed the meal plans, I would Gain A LOT of weight. I paid for a year’s membership. Boy do I regret that! I selected Mediterranean meal plans. Some of my meals were absolutely ABSURD. For example Creamy Avocado Hummus for breakfast. Is that it? Am I eating hummus for breakfast?? Another was ice cream for dinner. What??? What kind of balanced meal is this? That’s not as bad as the day it suggested I spend an hour plus making myself a loaf of bread for dinner. Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of. I did try. I went through and chose many selections for all meals and added to my favorites. Sadly, when I then hit “meal plan” NONE of my favorites were there in the meals. I tried changing the parameters. Didn’t help. I have to “brown bag” and there were NO options for this. Who has all damn day to made meals for themselves? I wish I could get my money back!!!
Not impressed
When I tried to log vanilla Greek yogurt, it kept selecting fruit yogurt. If it cannot successfully log yogurt, then it’s not useful for me.
Horrible app
The recommendation for meals are completely inaccurate to what was requested. They recommended harissa paste as a meal and the nutritional information is not accurate. Don’t waste your money!
Connection issues
The app worked perfectly fine until I decided not to renew my subscription past November 2026. Although I have 10 months left to use the initial plan that I paid for, my app no longer works.

I purchased the yearly plan back in October 2025 and it is now January 2026 and for some reason it is saying that in order to access PRO I have to purchase it, I’ve tried restoring it, and it still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
Don’t waste your money
I signed up for what I thought was a trial but was actually a full membership. I used this twice and was so frustrated immediately canceled my subscription. It’s difficult to use, not that accurate and I just was not impressed. Tried to get a refund but was ineligible even thought I didn’t use it. There are far better tracking apps that are far less expensive or free. Save your money.
Glitching
I’ve been using this app for approx 5 days. It’s deleted my customer meal plan twice and refused to save it on initial setup. I’m canceling my subscription. Waste of money.
