I have used eatsure for three years and from past few times it has disappointed me so much, as college student i have limited budget and at first it was great app with great discounts but past few experiences were awful
from past two times ive ordered wendys and burgers were extremely cold as if they were never heated, this time i raised a complain as it was the only meal i was ever having and it deeply upset me, how does food so cold (buns cold cheese still same as refrigerated, cabbage tomatoes everything cold even tho food was delivered around 15 minutes no away it could get cold anyways i wasnt expecting scorching hot food i just wanted decent heated food for my money's worth)
i talked to Shwenali this time and she was quite helpful to offer replacement and understood the whole situation
but the order I got was again cold, im writing this review just cause Shwenali was extremely cooperative and ill be deleting the app.

Anti foreigners app
Forget about this app if you don’t have an Indian number. You can try as many phone number as you want it won’t work and you will never receive your OTP of the number isn’t Indian. That’s so so annoying. Its 2024 and they still haven’t solved this problem. Same happened to me a year ago.
Food was cold. Not even heated up
Biriyani rice was stiff like soaked in water.
Delivery issues
Very bad experience. App tracking does not work, delivery agent does not pick up call and expected delivery time keeps getting late. Had to cancel the order after all the waiting.

Worst App ever . I placed an order two hours ago today and I still haven’t received it yet . Yesterday , I placed an order , and I was sent something else that wasn’t my specified order and in addition to that , the food was stale . Stop fooling people

So bad I don’t understand how it sustains.
I’ve ordered a few times and have been disappointed every single time. Out of the 5 times I ordered, an incomplete order was delivered 3 times. Sometimes they’d forget my beverage, other times they’d forget to pack chicken in a non-veg meal. All that notwithstanding, the quality of food is so abysmal that I can’t even understand how it sustains itself in such stiff competition (I only ordered multiple times because the combo non-veg meals were fairly decent). An item called the Chicken Tikka slider consists of two buns and a strip (literally a tiny strip) of chicken pressed between them; My 5 yo niece would make better pav sliders I swear. The worst thing is that pictures on the app don’t - ever - match the actual item. If you order from this app, don’t be surprised if your Chicken Biryani has no chicken in it. Or if their signature wraps make you want to puke. Or if the Rs. 50 worth of Kashmiri Kehwa is being sold for Rs. 200 (Some of the lesser known items are deliberately priced exorbitantly in the menu I guess). I’ve had bad experiences with online food delivery but never quite bad as this one. I’d never usually take the time to write a longish review but I did it so that no one else has to.
TL;DR: The food (and delivery) is bad in ways you wouldn’t think were possible. Save yourself a bad eating experience and order elsewhere.
PS: I ordered in Bangalore, so maybe it’s just Bangalore that is so bad and the other outlets might be good.

Can’t use Fasoos credits on app about to expire
Fasoos it’s been three orders and three calls to help desk but I have 250 credits earned that I am still unable to use. It’s unfair to customers that you don’t let them use your reward credits for loyalty. Fix this or all of us will stop trusting you
Pathetic food quality, smell and taste
Faasos has deteriorated in last 4-5 months, pizza is pathetic, smells and tastes bad. The ingredients such as corn and paneer are stale and dry. Could not find a way to provide a feedback for the order in the app any longer.

Spams with Notifications
I like Faasos and the app is well built, but it keeps spamming the users with repeated promotional notifications that advertise or market products, which is against App Store policies.
Well Quite Disgusting service. 😡

Cheats customer on the name of referral
I am giving this feedback out my overall experience with Faasos till date. I have ordered food from faasos atleast 5+ times and found that it's degrading at following levels:
1. You will never get ur referral bonus.
2. Degrading Food quality since last 3 orders.
3. Very Late Delivery of order i.e. usually 30 mins more than the estimated time.
4. Poor packaging.

Bad quality at good price
Except the UI, I couldn't find anything good about this app. Food choices are limited and expensive. Food tastes bad.
