Disappointed
My mom set this up and was so excited to use it. After setting it up,she was explaining to me how she was having trouble with the app. naturally i download the app, create my own profile to join her calendar. It was so extremely laggy. At times you press a button and it will just not work. After adding events, the app also starts to lag, not load events already in the calendar, and sometimes crashes entirely. This is ridiculous. We have two completely different phones and are having the same experience. please fix this asap.

It was good for about 20 months and then it started glitching and now screen is completely dead. Tried to reach customer service through amazon and no response.
It won’t stay on
The calendar will just shut off. We have gone into the settings and checked everything. But it will just turn all the way off. So basically we just have a black screen on our wall..

Calendar in-syncs all the time. Wish I didn’t get it. I spend more time re loading my calendar than actually enjoying it. Extremely disappointed!!
Too Many Glitches
Too many glitches. Wont allow me to delete profiles and when it does, the profile somehow reappears. I cannot reset and sync again.
Trash app
App is laid out poorly doesn’t sync well. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Save yourself time and frustration by downloading a different app.
Does not work with Outlook
I have had this calendar for over a year now and have been trying to get it to sync with my Outlook calendar And I cannot get it to work. I don’t know why it won’t work. I’ve done everything it says to do. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t last
I received this item for Christmas and the first one did not work out of the box. Got the second one and it did not last six months. Began to glitch and would turn off for days and randomly turned back on. I do not recommend.

Worst customer service and product
This is the worst product I’ve probably ever bought. Mine shuts off all the time. I’ve tried to do customer service on Facebook. And it’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting for Facebook admin to add my comments. I’ve also emailed their customer service and have heard nothing. Crickets so if you decide to get this item, make sure you know how to fix it or just let it hang dark on your wall.

It keeps showing old tasks that are already completed. No matter how many times they get deleted, restarting the device or resetting it. Old tasks still show up.

The first month I had the calendar and app it all worked great. Now my phone and calendar won’t talk to each other and I have restarted and started both. It’s frustrating because I can’t delete a profile I accidentally created. It’s not the most user friendly app.
Do not purchase a dupe of SkyLight Calendar
This is a cheaper, less reliable e-calendar designed to be similar to a SkyLight Calendar. However, the app often doesn't recognize my e-calendar when I'm not at home and the widget doesn't sync with the calendar for my iPhone. If you're going to spend the money, purchase a different option because this one just causes headaches.
So many broken features and options
This app has significant usability and reliability issues. Adding users, updating email addresses, and sharing calendars frequently result in errors. The interface is clunky, and customer support provided inaccurate guidance before ultimately becoming unresponsive.
While it may work for simple task tracking, I would not recommend it for managing a family. For households with multiple users and calendars, it creates more frustration than efficiency.

Don’t buy the calendar
Haven’t been able to log in or reset password. I’ve reached out to the company and they can’t seem to solve it so I can’t use my calendar.
Awful
This device and app is awful. It doesn’t sync to your phone calendars at all. You have to copy and paste the links and it still doesn’t work. It is not user friendly at all. The app logs you out randomly on your phone so you do not get any notifications when you set up what little notifications options they have to begin with. The only thing I liked what that it was only a calander and home organizer not a tablet set up. But I will be returning this and cancelling my subscription to whatever the subscription was I don’t even know what the upgrades are for it.

Ever since it had been unplugged I’ve had nothing but issues. Went a month without being able to use it. I reset my router like the instructions say on google, worked good for a day then again nothing but issues. My daily tasks don’t show everyday like they use to, and that is what made the calendar so great and fun. You can compete with your loved ones and make it a game to have fun while being responsible adults and also having some fun with our kids.
I like to stay organized. So I thought it would be a great upgrade for my family to get a digital calendar instead of dry erase boards on the fridge to keep track of everything and it cuts time in half instead of having to write everything.
I am hoping that my eCalendar works great again at some point. These calendars aren’t cheap and it’s a shame if it doesn’t work properly anymore and be out of all that money.

The app is glitchy and does not sync well
Not allowed to do anything
I tried to remove certain tasks and it doesn’t allow me to remove them. I tried to remove specific people and profile profiles that are on the app and on the calendar and it says system error. I have been trying for weeks and it still says the same thing over and over again it’s good when it is working for what you wanted to do other than that if you want any control over your schedule and how you want tasks and profiles to be set up you’re not allowed.
Needs Upgrade
This App desperately needs to get with the times. Its interface is outdated, there is no ability to create a Home Screen widget, notifications barely work. It’s 2026, it would be better to spend the extra money on Skylight.
Didn’t last 6 months
Arrived and set-up easy. First few months it worked great, kept us organized. Then it started randomly clicking and not functioning. Did the updates with no change, still an audible click every few seconds. Unable to get anywhere with the company, they wanted a video that wouldn’t upload. Amazon says it’s been too long now to return. So now I have a useless blank frame hanging on the wall. Don’t waste your money.
