To add insult to injury, on top of stealing my account and the multiple purchases made on it, they force me to play the tutorial EVERY SINGLE TIME.

If somebody can tell me if you’re having the same problem there is some update of a bonus pack download and as it is trying to download it’s not progressing I am getting a error in the download process of 404 I don’t know what that means and I don’t know what to do I’m scared to do anything because of how much things I’ve got on my profile Please help

Good Game, Bad Company
Played for about a year then they decided to charge me for a package I didn't purchase. They wouldn't refund so I reversed the charges as it was unauthorized and they deleted my account. Apple, of course, is useless when it comes to fraudulent charges as well.

Like a few others have experienced, all,of my progress from when the game launched is completely gone. Nothing is left over; progress, characters, unlocks, and even my account as a whole was seemingly deleted. Nothing reason for me to try and play again if this is what I get to come back to.

I was playing this game with no problems until the day it erased my account and every time I was going to log in to t was restarting the story, so all I had bought, lost it!! Be careful, it might happen to more people. Very disappointed.

Потратил на игру пару суток, в прямом смысле слова, зацепила так что все свободное время тратил только на нее и вот несколько минут назад меня в очередной раз выкинуло из игры (модель телефона iPhone 13) я бы не стал жаловаться если бы не тот факт что при этом раковом вылете я потерял весь свой прогресс, аккаунт я не менял, сервер тоже, но игрового персонажа не стало словно его и не было, просматривал сервера, так теперь показывает что персонажа у меня и вовсе нет ни на одном сервере, я обеими руками за этот проект, был по крайней мере до того момента как потерял весь прогресс бог знает почему и только разработчикам видно куда и где пропадают персонажи на учетных записях игроков, хотя не исключено что я первый кто столкнулся с данной проблемой, в общем и целом, если бы не такое происшествие я бы поставил естественно от 3-5 звезд поскольку оценил бы объективно данный проект, но увы, средств связи с поддержкой я не нашел, а кнопка support на официальном сайте и вовсе является не активной как виджет которому забыли написать функцию

Sudden disappointment
I played and enjoyed the game for about six months and suddenly on Monday of this week of me posting this, my game data was gone. I went from having so many agents, unlockable features and amazing gameplay features and characters, to nothing. There was no warning and this sudden reset is the only reason for my rating. I’ve heard nothing from the support team, I’m done with this game. I refuse to start over from scratch.

I only downloaded this game to give it a bad review, as it’s a constant add on Facebook that torments me, but whooooa boi; it’s actually bad. I decided to play it for about an hour.
Poorly written story story, boring mechanics, a micro transaction on every menu, an energy system, and it doesn’t even have the nudity that it claims to have. 🤣 It failed every single metric. It gets 1 star because at least these idiots can draw, I guess.

The game at initial glance does seem fun and the style is really nice as well but with such terrible rates for pulls, I just wanted to ensure ONE banner UR early. Apparently rerolling (after maybe 5-7 attempts) is considered “suspicious activity” and I can no longer attempt to play. This greedy corporation can enjoy losing a potential buying customer over what should be a non issue in a gacha game with horrible rates.

The tutorial is way too long the ui is simple enough to figure out on our own maybe just make tool tips instead, cause you’re literally not able to do ANYTHING except the tutorial for the longest time. After closing the game mid tutorial it said it needed to download a patch then just never downloaded even a percentage

This game is decent not gonna lie but what I find so absurd is grinding for levels and how pricey bundles are when you can get that amount of stuff in a few days of playing. The grinding is honestly the worst thing about the game because ive literally played the game for months and months and I don’t even have endgame content which is super ridiculous.

I love this game it’s amazing! However I spent money on this game and I logged on today and my account got restarted? I logged out and back in to the account but to no avail. So that’s why this isn’t a 5 star review. I’m not going to spend more time than I need to fixing it I’ll try to refund and cut my losses.
Great game but nearly unplayable
I’ve been playing for a few month now and the game as a whole is very fun. Unfortunately, I can’t play for more than 5 minutes at a time because the game continuously crashes despite my every attempt to fix the issue. I will do 2 or 3 fights then the game crashes like clockwork. I don’t want to stop playing but I will be deleting it soon if a fix is not implemented :(
