Broken Booking System, Useless Support
I've been reporting a booking bug for several weeks. The issue is easily reproducible, but support keeps sending copy-paste responses instead of investigating it. They also refuse to provide any way to contact the technical team directly or escalate the issue properly. Extremely frustrating customer experience.

NEVER EVER GET THEIR MEMBERSHIP!! Here’s why this is one of the worst products I’ve ever use:
1. The price may seem cheaper upfront, but they will charge $140+ membership and there’s No Way to Cancel it. The only way to cancel is to make an international call: the longer you stay on the call, the more money you will be charged, so they make the cancellation as complex as possible and I was charged for $80 while they made me wait for 30mins on purpose.
2. Customer service will not help you, but gaslighting you. I was blamed for not being cautious for not having the confirmation emails they never sent.
3. They are based in Barcelona - so on top of not being taxed, there is also foreigner transaction fee for all the processed payment

BLOCKED FROM CANCELLING
I am unable to cancel my yearly subscription renewal on the app or online, both lead me to an “error” message. The “VIP customer support” requires me to only call an agent (there is no messaging option besides with a useless chatbot) which is incredibly expensive as it takes about 10 minutes to get through to someone all the while I am paying international call fees. I have still not been able to cancel my renewal subscription, this feels akin to theft.

I strongly advise against using this membership. Their policy is extremely restrictive, and I was not satisfied with the service. Consequently, I canceled my membership, but they will still charge me for the remaining year at the monthly base rate. I believe their policy is fraudulent, and their review, which currently stands at 4.5 as of May 2026, appears to be fraudulent as well. I strongly advise against using their service.

Do not buy tickets from them! They are lying in description of the fair which you are going to purchase, they’ve been promised included luggage in ticket VNO-ORD for May20-June4, 2024 but when I’ve got reservation on email and I was checking details directly with airline (Finnair) they sold me ticket WITHOUT ANY LUGGAGE!!! That’s mean they’ve been trying put extra 180 Euros on me for checked luggage!

I used this app once and mistakenly subscribed to their membership, thinking I could cancel it at any time. However, it took several calls and emails, only to end up speaking with robots or agents who could not communicate clearly in English.
The last time I attempted to cancel this garbage service, which has been charging me monthly for more than a year, the agent said, “Oh, so $10 a month is too much for you, huh?” and laughed. I felt extremely disrespected.
I was recording the call, and they were constantly trying to avoid canceling the service, which was the entire purpose of the call. I am now trying to remove this charge from my credit card, and I will probably pursue legal action regarding the way the agent spoke to me.

This is a scam i did not sign up from a year plan for app i never used . There is no option to delete this account and to remove my bank card information which is not rightas i dnt use this application. Its useless and you are taking my money for nothing
Be careful - Not honest
I’ve paid their prime membership for about two years and use them on several occasions. It works well until you have any type of issue arise. I needed to cancel a reservation and I canceled it in time according to the hotel however eDreams refused to refund me the full amount and withheld almost $400. They continue to blame it on the hotel, even though the hotel has sent me documentation showing that the hotel refunded the full amount.

Booked a flight on edreams not realizing they signed me up for “prime” billing my card $69 annually. Never used the service again but realized 3 years later they’d been charging me and now $89. Called them to cancel their “service” within an hour of seeing their new membership fee but they refused to issue a refund for the coming year of “service” I don’t want and can’t use. Not a trustworthy company. Avoid at all costs.

I recently paid for a Prime membership that is supposed to be valid until next year. However, after canceling the auto-renewal, I was immediately blocked from using any Prime benefits - even though I already paid for a full year.
Every time I try to book a hotel with a Prime discount, I get an error message and cannot complete the reservation. So basically, I paid for a service that I cannot use.
This is extremely misleading and unfair. Customers should be able to use what they have already paid for, regardless of subscription cancellation.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

What’s worse is that if your call gets disconnected, they won’t call you back. This makes the whole experience feel very unprofessional and poorly managed.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others in the U.S. to avoid using this service.

eDream is a great site for deals however the Wyndham Howard Johnson Hotel in Mission Valley,Ca.was definitely the worst ever. The room was not clean, the knob for the shower was broken, toilet seat was cracked & this morning there was a roach crawling on the wall. If I had to rate this hotel it will get a -1 please take this hotel off the list of hotels

Very confusing, you don’t get travel information in an easy to use format. I had to cancel my flight and I did it through them but they never even canceled it with the flight agency and I ended up not only not receiving flight credit but owing Latam airlines almost 500 dollars for the flight “not being canceled”. The worst app ever. I paid $149 for a ticket, but when the trip was canceled, they only refunded me $67. This is the first time I've experienced such a loss when returning a ticket!
Great until something goes wrong.
Booked a hotel through eDreams. The hotel room had a non-working refrigerator, we were moved between multiple rooms, and ultimately checked out the same day because the issue couldn’t be resolved. The hotel confirmed the amenity failure in writing and advised eDreams to contact them for refund approval. eDreams refused to cooperate and defaulted to policy language instead of addressing a documented service failure. When something goes wrong, expect scripts, delays, and zero accountability. Use at your own risk.

I had an international flight that I was forced to download this app to check in with. When I finally was able to check in, it said they would send it to me eight hours before the flight. So I go to sleep thinking I’m going to get it. Then I wake up for my morning flight and it says check-in denied and customer support told me I would have to check in at the airport. Absolute nightmare.

Customer service literally told me on the phone they sold my ticket! I’m sure calls are recorded so I can’t lie! This is fraudulent!
