Do not use this app
Shady billing!
Do not sign up for this junk! They have a shady billing system in which they even try to make you sign up for another e-fax type service instead of taking you to a cancellation page that you attempt to click on but won’t be successful. Once “canceled” don’t think you are out of the woods yet, nope because you WILL BE BILLED until the “billing cycle ends.” Good luck! Hope that helps!
Hopelessly flawed

Be careful and be prepared for the fact that you will not be able to unsubscribe. I have tried all the methods and so far it has not worked. The instructions for unsubscribe do not work, I wrote to the email - «unavailable» , I wrote to the support - «our team is currently not working». I will try to dispute the transaction with the bank...

BS APP fishing for $
I cancelled this app and they keep trying to charge me. I cancel and cancel and cancel and keep getting emails that I’m missing payments. They say they cancel your account but never actually do. When you respond to emails they respond with completely irrelevant things. I have had to change my card so that they can’t keep trying to charge me for an account I cancelled weeks ago. They confirmed my account cancelled three times and they just keep at it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Dishonest app
I don’t write bad reviews but this app ripped off lot of money without confirmation. On website it says 5 $ but it charged a lot and then failed to send fax.

Different price after viewing terms
If you don’t bother to read the terms and conditions document, you’d assume you’d pay $18.99 a month for the service. But if you do read the terms and click the sign-up button from that page, you’re asked to agree to a $50/month charge.
I signed up for the free trial and was charged immediately. Having issues with getting signed up!

Total scam the app wouldn't even send the fax I needed, and on top of that they took money from my account when I had already canceled the subscription. They were also very rude over email and did not refund definitely recommend you stay far away from this app/company 3 major red flags.
Nonfunctional app
The app is utterly useless. It can’t send a fax successfully. It logs out if you look at your phone funny. The design is clunky.
Deceptively charges by the minute
I signed up for a 170 page 7 day trial which allegedly is supposed to be free. However, I noticed a $10 charge even though I only sent 85 pages and properly canceled my trial subscription prior to the termination of the seven days. When I called to ask why I was charged $10. I was told that I sent 269 pages because a 30 page fax took nearly 2 hours to send despite their website saying that the speed of their system sends faxes at approximately one page per minute. Aside from their customer support being rude and dismissive, if you advertise to provide 170 pages for free then you should provide 170 pages. According to them, you won’t know how many “pages” a fax might actually be because it depends on the time the fax takes - well then don’t be deceptive or lie about that - tell people they have 170 minutes not 170 pages. There are several fax apps on here - please stay away from this one and use one that is actually honest.

Disappointing
Sent only one fax through this after paying for subscription and then canceling it. Logs out constantly and doesn’t save information so you have to type it in every time. It’s annoying when you’re working on something and it wants to log off.
Worst app ever
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. When I signed up for a free trial they went ahead and charged me. The app is buggy, and the coordination with the website is terrible. It won’t let me fax on my computer but won’t tell me why I can’t. It took 30 minutes and 3 refreshes of the app to get my email verification through and just kept telling me “something went wrong.” I’ll be perfectly happy to never see this app again now that my single fax I needed to get out sent.

They will need to call them to cancel your membership. They make it so hard. When you try to cancel via their website/app there is always an error

Never got email to activate account
I signed up using iCloud’s hide my email. I never got the email to confirm the email nor the email with the login instructions. I hope to get a refund.
They are scammers
I use them to send fax. Twice it failed in one day then it finally went through, they charged me two times on my credit card. Now I have to dispute it with the bank I did reach out to them and they were of no help. They are probably hoping no one will notice a double charge. Use someone else.

This should zero stars. So I download this app to send three pages off. Told me I can activate the app free right now(that was the promo they were kicking). They got me for $17 in the end, and still can’t even use the app.

Can’t use app
Got stuck in a loop of trying to set up a password and the app would not load nor accept any password, just a loading screen. Both on my iPhone and laptop. Tried 5 times with no luck.
What Free Trial
They promised a free trial but tried to charge me full price and I didn’t even use the app

App is frustrating
I’ve been using this app for about 6 years. The latest update has been frustrating and customer service has sucked. I am no longer able to print from the app. The menu on the fax doesn’t show completely. When I contacted customer services they told me to go to their webpage and print from there. That’s not the reason i got the app, to go to the website using my browser. The other issue is that when i want to see older faxes, the app has to refresh each time i get to the bottom of the page as i scroll down and I’m back at the top of the page (the first/latest fax) and i have to start scrolling down again until it refreshes again and i start all over again and so on until i get to the fax i am looking for.
App doesn’t work
I have the newest iPhone 16 Pro S and it still can’t run this app. I try to attach documents and nothing attaches and just a cover sheet gets sent. I had to use the online portal to send a fax and even that isn’t optimized correctly for mobile use so it was severely buggy and dysfunctional. Why is this $16 when this doesn’t even work….
Unable to use it
I assigned a password and for some reason the app was not recognizing it. When I tried to assign a new one, the app froze. I tried it three times.. forget it!
Never worked
I was never able to log in to send the fax. It kept saying my login info was incorrect. I went through the password reset process and it still said my login info was incorrect. I had to download and pay for another app because this would not work for me.

I needed to fax something for my mother’s healthcare so I signed up for this essentially to send one fax. They had a first month discount of $15 with it then $50 a month afterwards given the importance of the fax I figured $15 to send one fax was fine.
But then trying to cancel was a nightmare, clicking that part of the application crashed the app and the instructions in the app’s FAQ on how to cancel did not make sense.
Trying to log into their website also was flaky and didn’t work after the first time.
I ended up calling their number being on hold for tens of minutes and finally got a nice person who was able to then cancel.

Draft feature NEEDED IMMEDIATELY PLEASE
It would be amazing if the app would not erase anything written and be saved as draft like an email. That glitch is super wrong inconveniencing extending the time taken to compose or upload anything when needed or in an uncomfortable but urgent moment.
Bad experience
I wasn’t able to create an account because the application was stuck in the loading screen each time I tried to update the location and zip code. This application will charge you to download it, then you can’t even create an account because it lags so much.
Bait and Switch Billing
Billing is unclear and deceptive. Charged $25 for 3 faxes. Canceling.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
They just took the money for the subscription and the app doesn’t even run properly. Super glitchy and never even got to send my fax that I now have to pay for somewhere else
